沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)是(shi)一類(lei)含沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)元素(su)(Cu、Al、Ti、Nb)的(de)鐵鉻鎳合金(jin),可(ke)以通過熱(re)處(chu)理強(qiang)化(hua),此類(lei)鋼(gang)具有高強(qiang)度、足夠(gou)的(de)韌性(xing)和適(shi)宜的(de)耐蝕性(xing)。主要(yao)(yao)應用(yong)于(yu)宇航工業和一些高技(ji)術(shu)產業。 沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)可(ke)區分為(wei)馬氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)、半奧氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和奧氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)三(san)種(zhong)主要(yao)(yao)類(lei)型(xing),近(jin)(jin)年來又出現了鐵素(su)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。在馬氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)中(zhong),基于(yu)馬氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)時(shi)效鋼(gang)的(de)經驗,近(jin)(jin)年來出現了馬氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)時(shi)效不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang),與前者比較,后者碳含量(liang)較低,其(qi)強(qiang)化(hua)手(shou)段主要(yao)(yao)是(shi)靠金(jin)屬間(jian)化(hua)合物(wu)析出,且熱(re)處(chu)理簡單。
