1. 紐(niu)扣(kou)電(dian)(dian)池和電(dian)(dian)池殼(ke)體
一(yi)般的干電(dian)池(chi)(chi)為(wei)錳電(dian)池(chi)(chi)或堿電(dian)池(chi)(chi),其殼體使用(yong)(yong)表面處(chu)理(li)鋼材再經過涂裝即可,而電(dian)子精密儀器所使用(yong)(yong)的紐扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)用(yong)(yong)材,處(chu)于表面處(chu)理(li)鋼板(ban)和不銹鋼鋼板(ban)的競爭的狀(zhuang)態。在紐扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)中,有堿電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、氧化銀電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、二氧化錳鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)和空氣鋅電(dian)池(chi)(chi)等(deng)各種類型電(dian)池(chi)(chi)。
不銹(xiu)鋼具(ju)有耐腐(fu)蝕性(xing),適合制作(zuo)電(dian)池殼體(ti)。但由于(yu)耐腐(fu)蝕的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)膜而使(shi)(shi)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)惡化(hua),因此多(duo)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鍍鎳(nie)的(de)表(biao)面處理(li)鋼板。不(bu)銹鋼亦(yi)可以用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)廉(lian)價的(de)玩具(ju)類產品,但在高性(xing)能產品中,則使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鍍鎳(nie)的(de)不(bu)銹鋼。在電(dian)池種(zhong)類當中,氧(yang)化(hua)銀電(dian)池,二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)錳鋰電(dian)池應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)較廣。鍍鎳(nie)不(bu)銹鋼的(de)代(dai)表(biao)型鋼種(zhong)SUS304鍍鎳(nie)后,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)者較多(duo)。最近為了降低生產成本(ben),轉(zhuan)為使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鐵素體(ti)系(xi)列的(de)SUS430不(bu)銹鋼鍍鎳(nie)。
2. 鋰離子電池殼體(ti)
用(yong)(yong)在(zai)小(xiao)型鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)殼體材料(liao)(liao)中,有表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板、不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)和(he)鋁(lv)(lv)三方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)競爭,在(zai)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發初期,因(yin)(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)存在(zai)爆炸危險(xian)性,所以(yi),對表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)殼體材料(liao)(liao)而展(zhan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)研(yan)討論證。因(yin)(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)小(xiao)型的(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)是長方體,像使用(yong)(yong)完畢而扔掉的(de)(de)(de)打火機那樣形狀,雖然使用(yong)(yong)表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板并具備沖壓(ya)成型性優勢(shi),但在(zai)常溫下,靈(ling)活(huo)充分地使用(yong)(yong)沖壓(ya)機床,開(kai)(kai)(kai)發多種工藝(yi)方式的(de)(de)(de)沖壓(ya)技(ji)術,可(ke)以(yi)使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)進(jin)行超深度拉深工藝(yi),制(zhi)造(zao)出不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)產(chan)品(pin)化的(de)(de)(de)電池(chi)(chi)殼體。近來,在(zai)數碼照相機和(he)手機使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi),考慮到輕量(liang)化,則鋁(lv)(lv)殼體鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)亦產(chan)品(pin)化了(le),在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)材料(liao)(liao)制(zhi)造(zao)技(ji)術中,東京都大(da)田區的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術實(shi)力很強。沖壓(ya)行業(ye)人員采用(yong)(yong)超深拉深進(jin)行生產(chan)制(zhi)造(zao)。可(ke)以(yi)說鋁(lv)(lv)和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)在(zai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)殼體行業(ye)存在(zai)著(zhu)激烈的(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)(liao)競爭。
大型(xing)鋰離子電池,曾以NEDO為(wei)中(zhong)心,聯合電池生產廠家參與,分別開(kai)發了移動(dong)型(xing)和(he)定置(zhi)型(xing)。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)和(he)長(chang)(chang)方(fang)體形(xing)的(de)(de)電池殼體,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)材料(liao)。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光焊接(jie)(jie)制造殼體,長(chang)(chang)方(fang)體形(xing)則采用(yong)(yong)(yong)超深拉深工藝(yi)進(jin)行加工,而盒蓋使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光焊接(jie)(jie)進(jin)行接(jie)(jie)合。雖(sui)然(ran)正處于開(kai)發階段,但已經決定在(zai)2010年在(zai)主力(li)客(ke)機波音(yin)789上,裝(zhuang)設這種鋰離子電池。所用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)種為(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang),板厚為(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)常溫下利用(yong)(yong)(yong)多道工序沖壓成形(xing)。期望在(zai)市(shi)區內行駛的(de)(de)電力(li)驅動(dong)而在(zai)郊區是使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽(qi)油作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)燃料(liao)進(jin)行驅動(dong)的(de)(de)兩(liang)種動(dong)力(li)汽(qi)車,或(huo)電動(dong)汽(qi)車上,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)二次電池,在(zai)實用(yong)(yong)(yong)化方(fang)面取得了顯著進(jin)展。從鍍(du)層鋼(gang)板到(dao)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)化的(de)(de)重點是加工性和(he)耐腐蝕性。
