1. 紐扣(kou)電池和電池殼體(ti)
一般的干電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)為錳電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或堿電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),其殼體使用表面處理(li)(li)鋼材再經(jing)過(guo)涂裝即(ji)可,而(er)電(dian)(dian)子精密(mi)儀器(qi)所使用的紐扣電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)用材,處于(yu)表面處理(li)(li)鋼板和(he)不銹鋼鋼板的競爭(zheng)的狀(zhuang)態。在紐扣電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong),有(you)堿電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、氧化(hua)銀電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、二氧化(hua)錳鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)空氣鋅電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)等各種類(lei)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。
不銹鋼具有耐腐(fu)蝕性(xing),適(shi)合(he)制作電(dian)池殼(ke)體。但由于耐腐(fu)蝕的(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)膜(mo)而使導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)惡化(hua)(hua),因此多使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鍍(du)鎳的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面處理(li)鋼板。不銹(xiu)鋼亦(yi)可以用(yong)(yong)(yong)于廉價的(de)(de)(de)玩(wan)具類(lei)產品,但在(zai)高性(xing)能產品中(zhong),則使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鍍(du)鎳的(de)(de)(de)不銹(xiu)鋼。在(zai)電(dian)池種類(lei)當中(zhong),氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)銀(yin)電(dian)池,二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)錳鋰電(dian)池應用(yong)(yong)(yong)較廣。鍍(du)鎳不銹(xiu)鋼的(de)(de)(de)代(dai)表(biao)型鋼種SUS304鍍(du)鎳后,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)者較多。最近為(wei)了降低生產成本,轉為(wei)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鐵素體系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)SUS430不銹(xiu)鋼鍍(du)鎳。
2. 鋰離子(zi)電池(chi)殼體
用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)小(xiao)型(xing)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)材(cai)料中,有(you)表(biao)面(mian)處(chu)理鋼板、不(bu)銹鋼和(he)鋁三方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)競爭,在(zai)(zai)(zai)開發初期,因(yin)為鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)爆炸危險性(xing),所以,對表(biao)面(mian)處(chu)理鋼板和(he)不(bu)銹鋼作為殼(ke)體(ti)材(cai)料而展開研討論證(zheng)。因(yin)為小(xiao)型(xing)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)是長方(fang)體(ti),像使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)完(wan)畢而扔掉(diao)的(de)(de)打火機那樣形狀,雖然使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)面(mian)處(chu)理鋼板并具備沖壓成(cheng)型(xing)性(xing)優勢,但(dan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)常(chang)溫下,靈活充分(fen)地使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)沖壓機床,開發多(duo)種工(gong)藝方(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)沖壓技術(shu),可(ke)以使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)銹鋼進(jin)行(xing)超深度拉深工(gong)藝,制造出不(bu)銹鋼產品化的(de)(de)電池(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)。近來(lai),在(zai)(zai)(zai)數碼(ma)照相機和(he)手機使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi),考慮到輕量化,則鋁殼(ke)體(ti)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)亦產品化了,在(zai)(zai)(zai)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)銹鋼材(cai)料制造技術(shu)中,東京都大田區的(de)(de)技術(shu)實力(li)很強(qiang)。沖壓行(xing)業人員采用(yong)(yong)超深拉深進(jin)行(xing)生產制造。可(ke)以說(shuo)鋁和(he)不(bu)銹鋼在(zai)(zai)(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)(zi)電池(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)行(xing)業存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著激(ji)烈的(de)(de)材(cai)料競爭。
大(da)型(xing)鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),曾以(yi)NEDO為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心,聯合電(dian)(dian)池(chi)生產廠(chang)家參與,分別開(kai)發了移動型(xing)和(he)(he)定置型(xing)。圓(yuan)柱形(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)長方體(ti)形(xing)(xing)的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)殼體(ti),使用不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)材料(liao)(liao)。圓(yuan)柱形(xing)(xing)使用激(ji)光(guang)焊接制造殼體(ti),長方體(ti)形(xing)(xing)則采用超深拉深工(gong)藝進(jin)行(xing)(xing)加(jia)工(gong),而盒蓋使用激(ji)光(guang)焊接進(jin)行(xing)(xing)接合。雖(sui)然正處于開(kai)發階段,但已經決定在(zai)(zai)2010年在(zai)(zai)主力客機波音789上,裝設這種(zhong)(zhong)鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。所用鋼(gang)種(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang),板厚為(wei)(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)(zai)常溫(wen)下利用多道工(gong)序沖壓成形(xing)(xing)。期望(wang)在(zai)(zai)市區(qu)內行(xing)(xing)駛的電(dian)(dian)力驅動而在(zai)(zai)郊區(qu)是使用汽(qi)(qi)油作為(wei)(wei)燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)驅動的兩種(zhong)(zhong)動力汽(qi)(qi)車(che),或電(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)(qi)車(che)上,作為(wei)(wei)二次電(dian)(dian)池(chi),在(zai)(zai)實用化(hua)方面取得(de)了顯(xian)著進(jin)展。從鍍層鋼(gang)板到不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)的不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)化(hua)的重點(dian)是加(jia)工(gong)性和(he)(he)耐腐蝕性。
