AP(Acid Pickling)酸洗(xi)處理(li)
不銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力主要來源于其內含的鉻元素與氧氣發生反應后在其表面形成一層致密的防護層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發生這種反應,以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力,酸洗過程中會去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產中所沾染的其他物質。管道內外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質附著。
MP(Mechanical polishing)機(ji)械拋光
拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)輪或拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)帶借助拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)劑中的(de)磨料(liao)(liao)對不銹鋼(gang)管表(biao)(biao)面進(jin)行拋(pao)(pao)磨加工(gong),促使不銹鋼(gang)管面達到平滑拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)效果。其亮度與效果則取決于(yu)加工(gong)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)種類(lei)。另(ling)外機械拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)后雖較(jiao)美觀但也會降低抗蝕性,所以(yi)當用在(zai)腐蝕環境下(xia)需再經(jing)過鈍化處理,且鋼(gang)管表(biao)(biao)面常有拋(pao)(pao)光(guang)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)殘留。

不銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)在制造(zao)過程中,用(yong)于潤滑的(de)油脂晶粒也(ye)會(hui)因(yin)加工而(er)變形,為了避免(mian)油脂殘留在鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)中,在退(tui)火(huo)時利用(yong)高溫以氫氣(qi)充(chong)當(dang)爐內氣(qi)氛,借由氫氣(qi)與鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)碳氧結合(he)燃燒,進一步清潔鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)產生(sheng)亮(liang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)效(xiao)果,這種利用(yong)純氫氣(qi)退(tui)火(huo)加熱(re)并快速冷卻,以亮(liang)化(hua)光面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)方(fang)式叫(jiao)光輝(hui)退(tui)火(huo)。雖然利用(yong)此種方(fang)式來(lai)(lai)亮(liang)化(hua)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)可保鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)充(chong)分干凈無任何(he)外來(lai)(lai)污染。但這種表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)明亮(liang)度若(ruo)與其他拋(pao)光方(fang)式相較機械、化(hua)學、電解會(hui)有霧面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)感覺。當(dang)然其效(xiao)果也(ye)與氫氣(qi)的(de)含量與加熱(re)的(de)次數有關。
During the manufacturing process of the steel pipe,the grease grains used for lubrication will also be deformed due to processing.In order to avoid the grease remaining in the steel pipe,argon gas is used as the furnace atmosphere at high temperature during annealing.Oxygen combined combustion further cleans the surface of the steel pipe to produce a bright surface effect.This kind of annealing and heating with pure argon gas is called bright annealing in the way of brightening the surface.Although using this method to brighten the surface can keep the steel pipe sufficiently clean without any external pollution.However,if the brightness of this surface is mechanical,chemical,or electrolytic compared to other polishing methods,it will feel matte.Of course,the effect is also related to the content of argon gas and the number of heating times.
EP(Electro Polishing)電(dian)解光
電(dian)解拋(pao)(pao)光是利(li)用陽極處理的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式,借由電(dian)化(hua)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原理,適(shi)當(dang)地調(diao)整電(dian)壓、電(dian)流、酸液組成、以(yi)及拋(pao)(pao)光時間,不但可(ke)以(yi)使表(biao)面(mian)達到明(ming)亮(liang)、順(shun)滑(hua)、潔凈的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果,更可(ke)以(yi)提升表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗腐(fu)蝕性,所以(yi)是最佳(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)亮(liang)化(hua)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法,當(dang)然(ran)其成本和技術(shu)也相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高不少。
不(bu)過,因為電解拋光(guang)會凸顯鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的原始狀(zhuang)態,所以若鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)有(you)(you)嚴重刮傷(shang)、孔洞,或是夾渣、析(xi)出物等,皆可能造(zao)成電解失(shi)敗。其與化學拋光(guang)不(bu)同(tong)之處(chu)是,雖然也是在酸性環境中進行,但(dan)鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)不(bu)但(dan)不(bu)會有(you)(you)任(ren)何晶界腐(fu)蝕現象,可經由控制表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的氧化銘膜層厚度,使鋼管(guan)達到的抗蝕性。
However,because the electrolytic polishing will highlight the original state of the surface of the steel pipe,if the surface of the steel pipe has serious scratches,holes,or slag,precipitates,etc.,it may cause electrolytic failure.
The difference between it and chemical polishing is that although it is also carried out in an acidic environment,the surface of the steel pipe will not have any grain boundary corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe can be achieved by controlling the thickness of the chromium oxide film on the surface.
