不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管化(hua)學(xue)除(chu)油→熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)→清水(shui)(shui)(shui)漂(piao)(piao)洗(xi)(xi)→烘(hong)干(gan)→電解(jie)拋光(guang)→清水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)→熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)→清水(shui)(shui)(shui)漂(piao)(piao)洗(xi)(xi)→(鈍化(hua)處理→熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)→清水(shui)(shui)(shui)漂(piao)(piao)洗(xi)(xi)→中和→熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)→)→烘(hong)干(gan)→檢驗(yan)→包裝→出廠。


2. 化(hua)學除(chu)油


化學除油配方(fang):


NaOH: 50g/L~80g/L;  Na2CO3: 20g/L~30g/L;  Na3PO3: 20g/L~30g/L;


洗衣粉:7g/L~10g/L;溫(wen)度:80℃~90℃;時間:15min.


3. 電解拋光(guang)工藝


電(dian)(dian)解(jie)拋光(guang)(guang)工藝(yi)(yi)主要包括電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液的(de)(de)配(pei)制,電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液的(de)(de)溫度,電(dian)(dian)解(jie)拋光(guang)(guang)的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)、電(dian)(dian)流和電(dian)(dian)壓等。下(xia)面介紹(shao)幾種常用(yong)的(de)(de)不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)解(jie)拋光(guang)(guang)液配(pei)方及其(qi)工藝(yi)(yi)參(can)數。這些配(pei)方所用(yong)的(de)(de)化學藥品都是最普(pu)通(tong)的(de)(de)容易(yi)購(gou)買到的(de)(de),而且(qie)工藝(yi)(yi)要求的(de)(de)溫度都比較(jiao)(jiao)低,拋光(guang)(guang)所需時(shi)間(jian)也較(jiao)(jiao)短,非常適合于大(da)生產(chan)的(de)(de)要求 而日地光(guang)(guang)效果理(li)想可(ke)靠,見表(biao)11-1。

4. 鈍(dun)化


鈍化液配方:HNO3: (d=1.40)600ml/L~700ml/L;重鉻酸鉀:8g/L~10g/L;溫度:常溫;時間:30min.


5. 中和(he)


中和液配方及工藝條件:Na2CO3: 20g/L~30g/L;溫度:常溫;時間:2min.
