一(yi)、限(xian)流孔板的作用與形(xing)式(shi)


  限(xian)流孔(kong)板(ban)設(she)(she)置在管(guan)道中用于限(xian)制流體的(de)流量或降低(di)流體的(de)壓力。有(you)的(de)設(she)(she)計單位由管(guan)道專(zhuan)業(ye)負責選(xuan)用,有(you)的(de)設(she)(she)計單位由儀(yi)表專(zhuan)業(ye)負責選(xuan)用。限(xian)流孔(kong)板(ban)根據 GB/T 2624、HG/T20570、GD 2000、GD 87等標(biao)準(zhun)設(she)(she)計制造。


  限流孔板用于以(yi)下(xia)幾個方面:


   ①. 工藝(yi)物(wu)料(liao)需要(yao)降壓且精度要(yao)求不高。


   ②. 在管道中閥門上、下游需要有較大壓降時,為減少流體對閥門的沖蝕,當經孔板節流不會產生氣相時,可在閥門上游串聯孔板。


   ③. 流(liu)體需要小流(liu)量且連(lian)續流(liu)通的地方(fang),如泵(beng)(beng)的沖洗管(guan)(guan)道、熱備用泵(beng)(beng)的旁路管(guan)(guan)道(低(di)流(liu)量保護管(guan)(guan)道)、分析取樣管(guan)(guan)等場所。


   ④. 需要(yao)降壓以減少噪聲或磨(mo)損的地方,如放空(kong)系統。


  限流(liu)(liu)(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)為一(yi)同心銳孔(kong)板(ban),用于限制流(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)或(huo)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低流(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。流(liu)(liu)(liu)體通過(guo)孔(kong)板(ban)就會產生壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),通過(guo)孔(kong)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)則隨(sui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)增大而增大。但當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)超過(guo)一(yi)定數(shu)值(zhi),即超過(guo)臨(lin)界壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)時(shi),不論出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)如(ru)何(he)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低,流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)將(jiang)維(wei)持(chi)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)值(zhi)而不再增加。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)就是根(gen)據這個原理(li)用來限制流(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)或(huo)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低流(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。


  限(xian)流(liu)孔板作(zuo)為節(jie)流(liu)元件,由于(yu)(yu)具有結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單、易(yi)加工(gong)、制(zhi)造成本低(di)、安裝方便等優(you)點(dian),在(zai)滿足工(gong)藝要求(qiu)的前提(ti)下,使用限(xian)流(liu)孔板代替調節(jie)閥來限(xian)定流(liu)量(liang)或降低(di)壓力,將會(hui)大(da)大(da)地(di)降低(di)投(tou)資和操作(zuo)維(wei)修費用,因(yin)此在(zai)國外已被廣泛地(di)應用于(yu)(yu)工(gong)藝裝置,對(dui)裝置的安全運行起著重(zhong)要的作(zuo)用。


  限(xian)流孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)按(an)孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上開孔數(shu)(shu)分為(wei)單孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和多孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),按(an)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)數(shu)(shu)可分為(wei)單板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和多板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。公稱(cheng)直徑(jing):10mm≤DN≤1000mm,公稱(cheng)壓力:PN≤42MPa。工作溫度:50℃≤t≤550℃ ,連接方式:焊接、法蘭(lan)連接。典型限(xian)流孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)見圖6.6.4。

二、限流孔板選型的一般(ban)要求


 1. 氣(qi)體、蒸汽


   為了避免使用限(xian)流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)的管路(lu)出現噎塞(sai)流(liu),限(xian)流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)后(hou)(hou)壓(ya)力(li)(P2)不(bu)能小(xiao)于板(ban)前壓(ya)力(li)(p1)的55%,即(ji)P2≥0.55p1,因此(ci)當P2<0.55p1 時,不(bu)能用單板(ban),要選擇多板(ban)。板(ban)數要保證每板(ban)的板(ban)后(hou)(hou)壓(ya)力(li)大于板(ban)前壓(ya)力(li)的55%。


 2. 液體


   當(dang)液體壓降小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)或等于(yu)(yu)2.5MPa時(shi),選擇(ze)單板(ban)(ban)(ban)孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)。當(dang)液體壓降大于(yu)(yu)2.5MPa時(shi),選擇(ze)多板(ban)(ban)(ban)孔板(ban)(ban)(ban),且使每塊孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)的壓降小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)2.5MPa。



三、孔數的確定


  管(guan)道公稱直徑≤150mm的(de)(de)管(guan)路,通常采用單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban);150mm時,采用多孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)。多孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(do),一般可選(xuan)用12.5mm,20mm,25mm,40mm。在計算多孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)時,首(shou)先按單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)求出孔(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(d),然后(hou)按式(6.6.1)求取選(xuan)用的(de)(de)多孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)數(N)。
