浙(zhe)江金洲管道工業有限公司φ508~1626mm預精(jing)焊(han)螺旋縫埋弧焊(han)鋼管生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線引進德國(guo)SMS MEER集團旗(qi)下PWS公司國(guo)際先進的預精(jing)焊(han)(二步法)螺旋焊(han)管生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)技術和設備,于2015年(nian)1月正式投產(chan),年(nian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能力20萬噸(dun),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)壁厚(hou)6.4mm~25.4mm,最高生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)鋼級 L690/X100。
金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。
一、生產工藝(yi)流程

二、主要技術特點(dian)
1. 高速成型預(yu)焊機組技術
穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)鋼(gang)帶(dai)工(gong)作寬度(du)和(he)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)遞(di)送(song)狀(zhuang)態(tai)是(shi)實現穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)高速(su)成(cheng)型的(de)前提,通過(guo)以(yi)下各系統的(de)協同工(gong)作,使鋼(gang)帶(dai)以(yi)最穩(wen)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)進入成(cheng)型器,在高精(jing)度(du)模型化的(de)成(cheng)型系統中實現低應力穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)成(cheng)型,對外徑(jing)、圓度(du)、直度(du)實現高精(jing)度(du)控(kong)制,為預焊(han)提供穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)焊(han)接環境。
a. 鋼帶矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)裝置配備七(qi)輥矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)機,矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)高(gao)度由(you)電(dian)機調節,矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)力(li)大(da)(da)小由(you)液(ye)壓(ya)缸提供,可對每個矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)輥進行獨立控制,精確(que)調整每個矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)輥位置的(de)壓(ya)力(li),使出口側鋼帶快速達到理(li)想(xiang)的(de)矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)狀態,其最大(da)(da)矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)力(li)600噸,滿足大(da)(da)壁(bi)厚高(gao)鋼級的(de)高(gao)速矯(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)。
b. 剪切對(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)機配(pei)備伊(yi)薩等離子切割系統、板(ban)頭(tou)(tou)尾銑邊(bian)機、預焊(han)(han)系統、雙絲(si)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)系統,通過先銑邊(bian)后焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)的(de)工(gong)藝,有效避免因板(ban)頭(tou)(tou)尾對(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)人為(wei)地產生鐮(lian)刀(dao)彎。采(cai)用(yong)Y型焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)坡口,配(pei)合(he)預焊(han)(han)+雙絲(si)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)工(gong)藝,使(shi)得(de)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)達到足夠的(de)熔深和強度,確保對(dui)(dui)頭(tou)(tou)焊(han)(han)縫質量,實現鋼帶對(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)在成型器快速(su)穩定通過。
c. 自(zi)適(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)配備三組(zu)(zu)鋼(gang)帶(dai)寬度自(zi)適(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)。第(di)一(yi)、二(er)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為粗(cu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬度自(zi)適(shi)應系統(tong)通過實時檢測鋼(gang)帶(dai)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)前后(hou)寬度,合理地(di)分配每組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)切削深度,提高刀片的(de)使用壽命,保(bao)證(zheng)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第(di)三組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根據(ju)壁厚(hou)和焊接工藝(yi)設定(ding)(ding)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工作寬度、坡口(kou)角(jiao)度,鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)厚(hou)度、鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)位置,穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)的(de)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)控制為后(hou)續的(de)焊接提供有利條件。三組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)刀盤在豎(shu)直方向(xiang)具有仿形(xing)隨動(dong)(dong)功能,有效地(di)防止由于帶(dai)鋼(gang)波(bo)動(dong)(dong)引起(qi)的(de)坡口(kou)不均勻,保(bao)證(zheng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)部形(xing)狀良好穩(wen)定(ding)(ding),從而確(que)保(bao)成型過程穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)。同時銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削速(su)(su)度在3~10m/min的(de)遞送速(su)(su)度下自(zi)動(dong)(dong)進行自(zi)適(shi)應動(dong)(dong)態調節,滿足高速(su)(su)預焊的(de)需求。
d. 鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)(dui)中系統(tong)配(pei)備(bei)多組(zu)鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)(dui)中裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),每組(zu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)中裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)均配(pei)備(bei)獨立位置(zhi)(zhi)傳感器(qi),實(shi)時(shi)監測鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)位置(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)息,系統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)判斷鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)位置(zhi)(zhi)狀態和變化趨勢,通過(guo)先(xian)進的(de)PI閉環控制算法,實(shi)時(shi)動(dong)態分配(pei)各組(zu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)中輥推力,實(shi)現鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)(dui)中,通過(guo)數據對(dui)(dui)(dui)比自(zi)動(dong)分析鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)鐮刀彎程(cheng)度,實(shi)時(shi)糾偏,保(bao)證成(cheng)型過(guo)程(cheng)穩(wen)定。
e. 主驅(qu)動是整個成型(xing)預(yu)焊(han)機組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)唯一動力(li),由兩(liang)臺210kW交流電機提(ti)供,動力(li)通過行星齒輪傳輸到驅(qu)動輥,最大驅(qu)動扭矩480kN·m,兩(liang)輥夾(jia)送壓(ya)力(li)由液壓(ya)缸提(ti)供,液壓(ya)回(hui)路中的(de)(de)(de)蓄能裝置(zhi)可(ke)有效吸收焊(han)縫通過輥子時的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)變化,提(ti)供穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)遞送速度(du)。
f. 高(gao)精(jing)度成型(xing)機(ji)主要(yao)由三輥彎曲(qu)系統(tong)和(he)外控輥系統(tong)組(zu)成,最大成型(xing)力300t,各成型(xing)輥梁均配置伺服電機(ji)和(he)絕(jue)對值編碼器(qi),采用PWS先(xian)進的成型(xing)模型(xing)算法,通過(guo)精(jing)確定位(wei)各成型(xing)輥位(wei)置,實現高(gao)速穩定成型(xing),同(tong)時各位(wei)置信息通過(guo)PLC儲存(cun),可重復調用,提(ti)高(gao)成型(xing)效(xiao)率(lv)。
g. 數(shu)(shu)字式(shi)預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系統(tong)采用(yong)CO2氣體(ti)保護焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),由(you)兩臺1500A數(shu)(shu)字式(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源串聯而成,內置專家級焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)數(shu)(shu)據庫,根據壁厚和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲直徑不同,選擇合適的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)程序,程序自動(dong)調用(yong)數(shu)(shu)據庫參(can)數(shu)(shu),并在(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過程中對參(can)數(shu)(shu)進行PI閉環控(kong)制,其控(kong)制了(le)頻率達到5kHz,確保參(can)數(shu)(shu)輸出(chu)穩(wen)定(ding)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過程采用(yong)潛(qian)弧式(shi)的(de)過渡形式(shi),配(pei)合活性保護氣體(ti),可(ke)在(zai)較高(gao)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度下保持穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)熔深,確保于焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)強度,最高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度達10m/min。預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系統(tong)配(pei)備激光自動(dong)跟蹤系統(tong)和(he)視頻監控(kong)系統(tong),可(ke)對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點位置和(he)預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫狀態實時監控(kong),實現自動(dong)化焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。
2. 雙環(huan)噴水式等離子環(huan)切(qie)機
配備雙環(huan)噴水(shui)式等(deng)離(li)子切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)機。其(qi)(qi)雙環(huan)即夾持環(huan)和切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan),夾持環(huan)包含3組抱夾裝置,同時環(huan)切(qie)(qie)機具(ju)備長度(du)(du)測量系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong),控(kong)制精度(du)(du)達(da)到1mm,當鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)長度(du)(du)達(da)到切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)所設定的長度(du)(du)時,夾持環(huan)夾緊鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan),使(shi)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)與不銹鋼(gang)(gang)焊管(guan)(guan)以同樣的速度(du)(du)前進,隨后(hou)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)實(shi)施(shi)環(huan)切(qie)(qie)作業(ye)。雙環(huan)等(deng)離(li)子切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)使(shi)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)與鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)形成一個(ge)相(xiang)對速度(du)(du)為0的狀態(tai),提供穩(wen)定的切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)境,使(shi)得切(qie)(qie)口更(geng)加(jia)整齊;其(qi)(qi)噴水(shui)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)一方面(mian)對等(deng)離(li)子弧進行(xing)收(shou)弧聚(ju)能(neng),使(shi)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)能(neng)量更(geng)加(jia)集中(zhong),提高切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)效率,另一方面(mian)對切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)周圍(wei)進行(xing)冷卻,減少切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)熱影響區,保證管(guan)(guan)端(duan)母材性能(neng)。
3. 精(jing)焊機(FWM)
配(pei)備3條(tiao)(tiao)精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian)(xian),每條(tiao)(tiao)精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian)(xian)配(pei)置內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)三絲和外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙絲的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)系統,內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)均配(pei)置獨立的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)激(ji)光自(zi)動(dong)(dong)跟蹤系統、視(shi)頻監(jian)視(shi)系統、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍高度(du)跟蹤系統、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)參數(shu)(shu)控制系統等,通過各結構聯動(dong)(dong),實現(xian)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)、實時的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)頭位(wei)置調(diao)節(jie)和校正,確保每一條(tiao)(tiao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)質量(liang),同時每支(zhi)不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)管的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)參數(shu)(shu)實時曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)可獨立存(cun)檔、回放,通過參數(shu)(shu)曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)可提前(qian)發(fa)現(xian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)存(cun)在的(de)(de)隱患點(dian),以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)針對性檢測。
4. PWS數字(zi)焊接(jie)系統
預焊(han)(han)和(he)精焊(han)(han)工(gong)(gong)藝均(jun)配備了PWS數字(zi)焊(han)(han)接系統(tong),即焊(han)(han)接電源和(he)焊(han)(han)接工(gong)(gong)藝均(jun)通過微(wei)處(chu)理器(qi)控制(zhi),從起弧到整個焊(han)(han)接過程,微(wei)處(chu)理器(qi)均(jun)以5kHz的(de)頻率對焊(han)(han)接工(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)行分(fen)析和(he)優化。焊(han)(han)接工(gong)(gong)藝過程采取極高的(de)頻率不(bu)斷(duan)進(jin)行分(fen)析和(he)優化,實現了對整個焊(han)(han)接過程實時精確(que)的(de)PI閉環控制(zhi),其直接效果使(shi)得焊(han)(han)接過程十分(fen)穩定,減(jian)少了焊(han)(han)縫缺陷(xian)和(he)管端焊(han)(han)接缺陷(xian)。
5. 112通(tong)道(dao)在線鋼管超聲波檢測(ce)系(xi)統
生產線(xian)配備112通(tong)道(dao)(dao)在(zai)線(xian)鋼(gang)管超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波檢(jian)測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),采用8×30mm雙晶組(zu)(zu)合探頭(tou),共25組(zu)(zu),100通(tong)道(dao)(dao),探頭(tou)固定梳狀掃查方(fang)(fang)式對鋼(gang)板(ban)100%探傷,用于檢(jian)測平行(xing)于軋(ya)制方(fang)(fang)向線(xian)性缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)。同時鋼(gang)板(ban)兩邊(bian)200mm范圍(wei)內各(ge)有5個橫波探頭(tou),用于檢(jian)測鋼(gang)板(ban)邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)軋(ya)制方(fang)(fang)向平行(xing)的(de)缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)。鋼(gang)板(ban)兩側各(ge)15mm范圍(wei)內各(ge)有1個橫波探頭(tou),用于檢(jian)測鋼(gang)板(ban)邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)軋(ya)制方(fang)(fang)向垂直的(de)缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)。設備具有聲(sheng)(sheng)、光報警系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)自動(dong)噴標(biao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),以及各(ge)通(tong)道(dao)(dao)的(de)耦合監(jian)視(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)檢(jian)出率100%。
6. 32通(tong)道焊(han)縫超聲波檢測系統
生產線配(pei)備(bei)32通道焊縫超聲波檢測(ce)系統(tong),具有(you)24個探(tan)傷通道和8個耦合監(jian)視通道,采用雙(shuang)探(tan)架設計(ji),配(pei)備(bei)激光圖(tu)像自動跟(gen)蹤系統(tong),確保檢測(ce)過程穩(wen)定性。布局探(tan)頭有(you)X型和串列型,可檢測(ce)焊縫內縱向、橫向、斜向、焊縫中間缺陷以(yi)及焊縫兩側50mm范圍內的(de)熱影響區分層缺陷。
7. X射線實(shi)時成(cheng)像檢(jian)測系統
生(sheng)產(chan)線配備數(shu)字平板X射線實(shi)時成像檢測系統(tong),采用美國珀(po)金埃爾默公司的(de)8in非(fei)晶數(shu)字平板系統(tong)XRD 0822 AP,空間分辨率優于3.0p/mm,具(ju)有全(quan)焊縫實(shi)時存圖及回放功能,檢測靜(jing)態靈敏度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈敏度2.2%~2.5%。
8. 自(zi)動(dong)化鋼(gang)管輸送控(kong)制系統
輸送系統由輸送輥(gun)道(dao)、橫移(yi)小(xiao)車、存(cun)管(guan)臺(tai)架(jia)構成,輸送輥(gun)道(dao)每4個(ge)為一組,存(cun)管(guan)臺(tai)架(jia)采用V形臺(tai)架(jia),每組輥(gun)道(dao)、橫移(yi)小(xiao)車和每個(ge)V形臺(tai)架(jia)均配置(zhi)傳感器,用于檢測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)位置(zhi),鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)輸送控(kong)制(zhi)系統由中央控(kong)制(zhi)室進行監(jian)控(kong),并自動(dong)(dong)選(xuan)擇最優程序(xu)實現整(zheng)個(ge)車間(jian)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的運(yun)輸和存(cun)放,提高車間(jian)作(zuo)業效率。
9. ERP信息化管理系統(tong)
ERP系統包括制(zhi)造數據管理(li)、計劃(hua)排(pai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)管理(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)調度管理(li)、庫存管理(li)、質量(liang)管理(li)、工藝(yi)過(guo)程管理(li)、采(cai)購管理(li)、成本(ben)管理(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程控(kong)制(zhi)、質量(liang)數據集成分析(xi)。實(shi)現(xian)從訂單下達到產(chan)(chan)(chan)品完成的整個生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程的優化管理(li),改(gai)善各個環節(jie)的銜接效率,對生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)進度、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)數據實(shi)時(shi)反(fan)饋,從而保(bao)障(zhang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)和工廠及時(shi)交貨能力(li)。
10. 機器(qi)人自動噴標系統
生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線配備(bei)機器(qi)人自動(dong)噴標系統,實(shi)現生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程鋼管信息(xi)的(de)自動(dong)讀取和收集(ji),中控匯總鋼管的(de)過(guo)程狀態信息(xi),同時(shi)產(chan)(chan)品標識更(geng)加美觀、規范、準確。通過(guo)機器(qi)換人,降(jiang)低工人勞動(dong)強度。

自(zi)(zi)2015年投產(chan)以(yi)來,金(jin)洲(zhou)管(guan)道(dao)以(yi)預精焊(han)生(sheng)產(chan)線為依(yi)托(tuo),成(cheng)立了能源管(guan)道(dao)研究所,焊(han)接實驗室等研發(fa)部門,整合公司優質資源,通過自(zi)(zi)主創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)和產(chan)學(xue)研等方式,加快預精焊(han)工藝技術消化吸收再創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),先后試(shi)制(zhi)進行了φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格,參(can)與了新粵浙管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)的(de)單(dan)爐試(shi)制(zhi),在(zai)高(gao)鋼級大(da)壁厚(hou)的(de)螺旋不銹鋼焊(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產工(gong)藝上積(ji)累(lei)一(yi)定的(de)經驗。針對預焊(han)飛濺、精焊(han)質量、生產效率等重點難點問題,進行了專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)攻關,通過多項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)科研成果的(de)應用(yong),金(jin)洲管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道預精焊(han)工(gong)藝技術(shu)水(shui)平(ping)達(da)到國內領先水(shui)平(ping)。產品廣泛用(yong)于石油、天然(ran)氣(qi)輸(shu)送、海底(di)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)、城市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)以(yi)及大(da)型鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)樁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等領域(yu)。先后承接了惠州海底(di)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)、金(jin)麗溫(wen)省級天然(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道工(gong)程(cheng)、海南環島管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)工(gong)程(cheng)、江陰燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道工(gong)程(cheng)、馬來西亞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)、文萊(lai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)、伊(yi)朗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),以(yi)及港華(hua)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)、中燃(ran)(ran)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)、華(hua)潤(run)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)等各大(da)城市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)工(gong)程(cheng)。
