浙江金洲管道工業有限公(gong)司(si)φ508~1626mm預精(jing)焊(han)(han)螺(luo)旋縫埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)鋼(gang)管生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線引進(jin)德國SMS MEER集團旗下PWS公(gong)司(si)國際(ji)先進(jin)的預精(jing)焊(han)(han)(二步法(fa))螺(luo)旋焊(han)(han)管生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)技(ji)術和設備,于2015年1月(yue)正式投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan),年生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)力20萬噸,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最高生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)鋼(gang)級 L690/X100。


  金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。

1. 高(gao)速(su)成型預焊機組技術


  穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)帶(dai)工(gong)作寬(kuan)度(du)和穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)遞送狀態是實(shi)現穩(wen)定高(gao)速成型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)前提(ti),通(tong)過以(yi)下各系統的(de)(de)(de)協同工(gong)作,使鋼(gang)帶(dai)以(yi)最穩(wen)的(de)(de)(de)狀態進入成型(xing)器(qi),在高(gao)精(jing)度(du)模型(xing)化的(de)(de)(de)成型(xing)系統中實(shi)現低(di)應力穩(wen)定成型(xing),對外徑、圓度(du)、直(zhi)度(du)實(shi)現高(gao)精(jing)度(du)控制(zhi),為預焊(han)提(ti)供(gong)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)接環境(jing)。


   a. 鋼帶矯(jiao)平(ping)裝置(zhi)配備七輥(gun)矯(jiao)平(ping)機(ji),矯(jiao)平(ping)高度(du)由電機(ji)調(diao)節,矯(jiao)平(ping)力(li)大小由液壓缸提供,可(ke)對每(mei)個矯(jiao)平(ping)輥(gun)進行(xing)獨(du)立控(kong)制,精確調(diao)整每(mei)個矯(jiao)平(ping)輥(gun)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)壓力(li),使出(chu)口側(ce)鋼帶快速達到理想的(de)矯(jiao)平(ping)狀(zhuang)態(tai),其最大矯(jiao)平(ping)力(li)600噸,滿足大壁(bi)厚(hou)高鋼級的(de)高速矯(jiao)平(ping)。


   b. 剪(jian)切對(dui)焊(han)機(ji)配(pei)備伊薩(sa)等(deng)離子切割(ge)系(xi)統(tong)、板頭尾(wei)銑(xian)邊(bian)機(ji)、預(yu)焊(han)系(xi)統(tong)、雙(shuang)絲自(zi)動埋(mai)(mai)弧焊(han)系(xi)統(tong),通(tong)過(guo)先銑(xian)邊(bian)后焊(han)接的(de)工(gong)藝,有(you)效避免因板頭尾(wei)對(dui)接人為地產生鐮刀彎。采(cai)用Y型焊(han)接坡(po)口,配(pei)合預(yu)焊(han)+雙(shuang)絲自(zi)動埋(mai)(mai)弧焊(han)工(gong)藝,使得對(dui)接接頭達到足夠的(de)熔(rong)深和強度,確保對(dui)頭焊(han)縫質(zhi)量,實現(xian)鋼帶對(dui)接接頭在成型器快(kuai)速穩(wen)定通(tong)過(guo)。


   c. 自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)配(pei)備三組(zu)(zu)鋼帶寬度(du)(du)自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)。第(di)一、二組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)粗銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬度(du)(du)自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)系統通過實時檢測(ce)鋼帶銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)前后(hou)(hou)寬度(du)(du),合理(li)地分配(pei)每(mei)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)切(qie)削(xue)深度(du)(du),提高刀片的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,保(bao)(bao)證銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第(di)三組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根(gen)據壁(bi)厚和(he)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工藝設定銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)(hou)工作寬度(du)(du)、坡(po)口角度(du)(du),鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)厚度(du)(du)、鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)位置(zhi),穩(wen)定的銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)控制(zhi)為(wei)(wei)后(hou)(hou)續的焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)提供有(you)利條件。三組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)刀盤在豎直方向具有(you)仿形隨動功能,有(you)效地防(fang)止(zhi)由于帶鋼波動引起的坡(po)口不均(jun)勻,保(bao)(bao)證邊(bian)(bian)(bian)部形狀良好穩(wen)定,從而(er)確保(bao)(bao)成型過程穩(wen)定。同時銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削(xue)速度(du)(du)在3~10m/min的遞(di)送速度(du)(du)下自(zi)動進行自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)動態調節,滿足高速預焊(han)(han)的需求。


   d. 鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)中(zhong)系統配備(bei)多組鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)中(zhong)裝置,每組對(dui)中(zhong)裝置均配備(bei)獨立位置傳感器(qi),實(shi)時監測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)的(de)位置信息,系統自(zi)(zi)動(dong)判斷鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)位置狀態(tai)(tai)和變化(hua)趨勢,通過(guo)先(xian)進的(de)PI閉環控制算法,實(shi)時動(dong)態(tai)(tai)分配各組對(dui)中(zhong)輥推力,實(shi)現(xian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)中(zhong),通過(guo)數據對(dui)比自(zi)(zi)動(dong)分析(xi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)鐮(lian)刀彎程度,實(shi)時糾偏,保證成型過(guo)程穩定(ding)。


   e. 主驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)是(shi)整個成(cheng)型預焊機(ji)組的唯一動(dong)(dong)力,由兩(liang)臺210kW交流電機(ji)提(ti)供,動(dong)(dong)力通(tong)過(guo)行(xing)星齒輪傳輸到驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)輥(gun),最大驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)扭(niu)矩480kN·m,兩(liang)輥(gun)夾送壓(ya)力由液壓(ya)缸提(ti)供,液壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)的蓄(xu)能裝置可(ke)有效吸收焊縫通(tong)過(guo)輥(gun)子時的壓(ya)力變化,提(ti)供穩定(ding)的遞送速度。


   f. 高(gao)(gao)精(jing)度成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)機主要由(you)三輥(gun)彎曲系統和(he)外控輥(gun)系統組成(cheng)(cheng),最大成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)力300t,各成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)梁(liang)均配(pei)置伺服(fu)電機和(he)絕對(dui)值編(bian)碼器,采(cai)用PWS先(xian)進的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)模型(xing)算法,通過精(jing)確定位(wei)各成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)位(wei)置,實現高(gao)(gao)速(su)穩定成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),同時(shi)各位(wei)置信息通過PLC儲(chu)存(cun),可(ke)重復調用,提高(gao)(gao)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)效率。


   g. 數(shu)字式預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)CO2氣體保(bao)護焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),由兩(liang)臺1500A數(shu)字式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源串(chuan)聯而成,內置專家級焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)數(shu)據庫(ku),根據壁厚和焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲直徑不同(tong),選擇合(he)適的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)程序,程序自動(dong)調(diao)用(yong)數(shu)據庫(ku)參數(shu),并在(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)程中對參數(shu)進行PI閉環(huan)控制,其控制了頻率(lv)達到5kHz,確保(bao)參數(shu)輸(shu)出穩(wen)定(ding)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)程采用(yong)潛弧(hu)式的過(guo)渡形式,配合(he)活性保(bao)護氣體,可(ke)在(zai)較(jiao)高的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度(du)下保(bao)持(chi)穩(wen)定(ding)的熔深,確保(bao)于焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的強度(du),最高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度(du)達10m/min。預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系(xi)統(tong)配備激光自動(dong)跟蹤(zong)系(xi)統(tong)和視頻監(jian)控系(xi)統(tong),可(ke)對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點位置和預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)狀態實(shi)時監(jian)控,實(shi)現自動(dong)化(hua)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。


 2. 雙(shuang)環噴水式等離子環切(qie)機


  配備雙(shuang)(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)噴(pen)(pen)水(shui)式等(deng)離子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)機。其(qi)雙(shuang)(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)即夾持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)和切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan),夾持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)包含3組抱夾裝置,同時(shi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)機具備長度(du)測量(liang)系(xi)統(tong),控制(zhi)精度(du)達到1mm,當鋼管(guan)(guan)長度(du)達到切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)所設(she)定的(de)(de)長度(du)時(shi),夾持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)夾緊鋼管(guan)(guan),使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與(yu)不(bu)銹鋼焊管(guan)(guan)以同樣的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)前進(jin),隨后切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)實施環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)作(zuo)業。雙(shuang)(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)等(deng)離子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與(yu)鋼管(guan)(guan)形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個相對(dui)速(su)度(du)為0的(de)(de)狀態(tai),提供穩定的(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境,使得切(qie)(qie)(qie)口更加整齊;其(qi)噴(pen)(pen)水(shui)系(xi)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)對(dui)等(deng)離子(zi)弧進(jin)行收弧聚能,使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)能量(liang)更加集中(zhong),提高切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)效率,另一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)對(dui)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)周圍(wei)進(jin)行冷卻(que),減少(shao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)熱影響區(qu),保證管(guan)(guan)端母材性能。


3. 精(jing)焊(han)機(FWM)


  配(pei)備(bei)3條精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線,每條精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線配(pei)置內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)三(san)絲和外(wai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙絲的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和外(wai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)均(jun)配(pei)置獨(du)(du)立的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫激光自動跟蹤(zong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、視頻監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍高度跟蹤(zong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參(can)(can)數控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等,通過(guo)各(ge)結構聯動,實現自動的(de)(de)、實時的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)頭位置調節和校(xiao)正,確保每一條焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang),同時每支不銹(xiu)鋼焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)管的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參(can)(can)數實時曲線可獨(du)(du)立存檔、回放,通過(guo)參(can)(can)數曲線可提前發現焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫存在的(de)(de)隱患點(dian),以進行針對性檢測。


4. PWS數字焊(han)接系統


  預(yu)焊(han)和(he)(he)精(jing)焊(han)工(gong)(gong)藝均配(pei)備了PWS數字焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)系統(tong),即焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源和(he)(he)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)藝均通過(guo)(guo)微處理器控制(zhi),從起弧(hu)到整個焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),微處理器均以5kHz的頻率(lv)對焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)行(xing)分析和(he)(he)優化(hua)。焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)采取(qu)極高(gao)的頻率(lv)不斷進(jin)行(xing)分析和(he)(he)優化(hua),實(shi)現了對整個焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)實(shi)時精(jing)確的PI閉環控制(zhi),其直接(jie)(jie)(jie)效果使得(de)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)十分穩定,減少了焊(han)縫缺(que)陷(xian)和(he)(he)管(guan)端焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)缺(que)陷(xian)。


5. 112通道在(zai)線鋼管超聲(sheng)波檢(jian)測系統(tong)


  生產線(xian)配備(bei)112通(tong)道在(zai)線(xian)鋼(gang)管超聲波檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)統,采用(yong)(yong)8×30mm雙晶組合探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou),共(gong)25組,100通(tong)道,探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)固定(ding)梳狀掃查方式對鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)100%探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)平(ping)行(xing)于(yu)軋(ya)制方向線(xian)性缺陷(xian)。同時(shi)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)兩(liang)邊(bian)200mm范圍內各(ge)(ge)有5個橫波探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou),用(yong)(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)邊(bian)緣(yuan)與軋(ya)制方向平(ping)行(xing)的(de)缺陷(xian)。鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)兩(liang)側(ce)各(ge)(ge)15mm范圍內各(ge)(ge)有1個橫波探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou),用(yong)(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)邊(bian)緣(yuan)與軋(ya)制方向垂直的(de)缺陷(xian)。設備(bei)具有聲、光報警系(xi)統,缺陷(xian)自(zi)動噴(pen)標系(xi)統,以及各(ge)(ge)通(tong)道的(de)耦合監視系(xi)統,缺陷(xian)檢(jian)(jian)出率100%。


6. 32通道焊縫超(chao)聲波檢(jian)測系(xi)統


  生產(chan)線配(pei)備32通(tong)道(dao)焊縫(feng)超聲波檢測系(xi)(xi)統,具(ju)有24個(ge)探傷通(tong)道(dao)和8個(ge)耦合監(jian)視通(tong)道(dao),采用雙探架設計(ji),配(pei)備激光圖像自動(dong)跟蹤(zong)系(xi)(xi)統,確保檢測過程穩(wen)定性。布局(ju)探頭有X型(xing)和串(chuan)列(lie)型(xing),可檢測焊縫(feng)內(nei)縱向、橫向、斜向、焊縫(feng)中(zhong)間缺陷以及焊縫(feng)兩側50mm范圍內(nei)的熱影響區(qu)分層(ceng)缺陷。


7. X射線實時成(cheng)像檢測系統


  生產線(xian)配備(bei)數字(zi)平板(ban)X射線(xian)實時(shi)成像檢測(ce)系統(tong),采用美國珀(po)金埃爾默公司的8in非晶數字(zi)平板(ban)系統(tong)XRD 0822 AP,空(kong)間分辨率優于(yu)3.0p/mm,具有全(quan)焊(han)縫實時(shi)存圖及回(hui)放功能,檢測(ce)靜態靈敏度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈敏度2.2%~2.5%。


8. 自(zi)動化鋼管輸(shu)送控制系統(tong)


  輸(shu)送系統由輸(shu)送輥(gun)道、橫移小車、存(cun)(cun)管(guan)臺架(jia)構(gou)成,輸(shu)送輥(gun)道每(mei)4個(ge)為一組,存(cun)(cun)管(guan)臺架(jia)采用(yong)V形臺架(jia),每(mei)組輥(gun)道、橫移小車和每(mei)個(ge)V形臺架(jia)均配置(zhi)(zhi)傳感器,用(yong)于檢(jian)測鋼(gang)管(guan)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),鋼(gang)管(guan)自(zi)動化輸(shu)送控(kong)制系統由中央控(kong)制室(shi)進行監控(kong),并自(zi)動選擇最優程序實現整個(ge)車間鋼(gang)管(guan)的運(yun)輸(shu)和存(cun)(cun)放,提(ti)高車間作業效率(lv)。


9. ERP信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)管理系統


  ERP系統包括制造數據(ju)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、計劃排產(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)調度管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、庫存管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、質(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、工藝(yi)過程管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、采(cai)購管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、成(cheng)本管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)過程控制、質(zhi)量(liang)數據(ju)集成(cheng)分析。實(shi)(shi)現從訂單下達到產(chan)品(pin)(pin)完成(cheng)的(de)整個生(sheng)產(chan)過程的(de)優化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),改善各(ge)個環節的(de)銜接效率,對生(sheng)產(chan)進度、產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)數據(ju)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)反饋(kui),從而保障產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)和工廠(chang)及(ji)時(shi)交貨能(neng)力。


10. 機器(qi)人自動噴標(biao)系統


  生(sheng)產線(xian)配備機器(qi)人(ren)自(zi)動(dong)噴(pen)標(biao)系統,實現生(sheng)產過程鋼管(guan)信(xin)息的(de)自(zi)動(dong)讀取和(he)收(shou)集,中控(kong)匯總(zong)鋼管(guan)的(de)過程狀態(tai)信(xin)息,同時(shi)產品標(biao)識更(geng)加美觀、規(gui)范(fan)、準(zhun)確。通過機器(qi)換人(ren),降低工人(ren)勞動(dong)強(qiang)度。

  自2015年投產以來,金洲管道以預精焊生產線為依(yi)托,成立了能源管道研(yan)究所,焊接實驗室等研(yan)發部門,整合(he)公司優(you)質資源,通(tong)過自主創(chuang)新和產學研(yan)等方式,加快預精焊工藝技術消化吸(xi)收(shou)再創(chuang)新,先(xian)后(hou)試(shi)制(zhi)進行了(le)φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格,參與(yu)了(le)新粵浙管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線的單(dan)爐試(shi)制(zhi),在高鋼(gang)(gang)級(ji)大壁厚(hou)的螺旋不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)焊(han)(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產工(gong)藝(yi)上積累一(yi)定(ding)的經驗。針對(dui)預(yu)焊(han)(han)飛濺(jian)、精焊(han)(han)質(zhi)量、生產效率等重(zhong)點難點問題,進行了(le)專項技(ji)術攻關,通過(guo)多項科研成(cheng)果的應(ying)用(yong),金洲管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)預(yu)精焊(han)(han)工(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術水平達到國內領先水平。產品廣泛用(yong)于石(shi)油、天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)輸送、海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線、城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)(wang)以及(ji)(ji)大型鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)樁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等領域。先后(hou)承(cheng)接了(le)惠州海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)項目(mu)、金麗(li)溫省級(ji)天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、海南環島(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、江陰(yin)燃氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、馬來西(xi)亞(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)(wang)項目(mu)、文萊(lai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線項目(mu)、伊朗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線項目(mu),以及(ji)(ji)港華(hua)燃氣(qi)(qi)、中燃燃氣(qi)(qi)、華(hua)潤(run)燃氣(qi)(qi)等各(ge)大城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)(wang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。
