一、基本情況(kuang)
江蘇天淮鋼管(guan)有(you)限(xian)公司φ508mm(20in)PQF連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),是目前全球最大口徑的三輥式連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),2012年(nian)5月28日熱負荷(he)試車成功。該機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)由(you)中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有(you)限(xian)公司做(zuo)工(gong)廠設(she)計,主軋(ya)線設(she)備由(you)德國梅爾公司、意大利因西設(she)計制造,設(she)計能力為年(nian)產(chan)(chan)無(wu)縫鋼管(guan)50萬(wan)(wan)噸。自投(tou)產(chan)(chan)半年(nian)時間里,生產(chan)(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼管(guan)共(gong)3.8萬(wan)(wan)噸,產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)優良。

3. 工藝流(liu)程(cheng)
φ508mm PQF連軋管機組的工藝布(bu)置如圖6-16所示。
工(gong)藝流程為:合格管坯→鋸(ju)(ju)切→冷(leng)定心→環形爐(lu)加熱→高壓水除磷(lin)→穿孔(kong)→吹(chui)硼砂→穿芯(xin)棒→高壓水除鱗→F連(lian)軋→脫管→高壓水除鱗→定徑→冷(leng)卻→定尺(chi)鋸(ju)(ju)切→矯直→吹(chui)吸灰→探傷→人(ren)工(gong)內外(wai)表(biao)面檢(jian)查→噴(pen)標→收集入庫。
三(san)個變形主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由(you)(you)帶管(guan)坯預旋轉的錐形輥導板式穿孔機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架PQF限動芯(xin)棒連(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)、12架單獨(du)傳動的定徑機(ji)(ji)組成,三(san)大主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本體設(she)備都由(you)(you)德(de)國MEER公司(si)設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設(she)備前后臺連(lian)線設(she)備由(you)(you)中冶京誠工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術有(you)限公司(si)設(she)計(ji),天津賽瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)有(you)限公司(si)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組采用(yong)更為完善(shan)的先進工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統-CARTA系(xi)統、嚴格的質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統-QAS系(xi)統、物料跟蹤(zong)系(xi)統(MTS)以及(ji)在線檢測系(xi)統等工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,從(cong)而確保了熱軋大口徑無縫鋼管(guan)生產的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)先進性及(ji)穩定性。
四、主要工(gong)藝設備及性能特(te)點(dian)
1. 環形加熱爐
環(huan)形爐由LOI天(tian)津(jin)公司設計(ji)及制(zhi)作,為(wei)降低成(cheng)本,采用(yong)高(gao)(gao)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)和天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)混合氣(qi)作為(wei)燃料(liao)(liao)。從(cong)裝料(liao)(liao)到(dao)出料(liao)(liao)共分7個加熱(re)控制(zhi)段(duan)(duan),其中(zhong)第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)為(wei)加熱(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)為(wei)均(jun)熱(re)段(duan)(duan);其中(zhong)預熱(re)2段(duan)(duan)和加熱(re)段(duan)(duan)采用(yong)高(gao)(gao)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)蓄熱(re)燒(shao)嘴,均(jun)熱(re)段(duan)(duan)用(yong)頂置的天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)平焰燒(shao)嘴均(jun)熱(re),環(huan)形爐采用(yong)全自動(dong)、先(xian)進(jin)、可(ke)靠的熱(re)工控制(zhi)系統測(ce)量和控制(zhi)爐子(zi)的熱(re)工過程,可(ke)根據(ju)不同工況準確匹配(pei)爐子(zi)供熱(re)量,保證管(guan)坯按最佳的工藝(yi)曲線加熱(re)和保溫。
環形加熱爐主要參數(shu)包括(kuo):
中徑:51m;
爐(lu)底寬度:5.4m;
最(zui)大加熱(re)長度:5.0m;
最大坯重:7620kg;
最大加熱(re)能力:260t/h;
最大裝出料(liao)節奏(zou):90p/h。
2. 錐形(xing)輥穿(chuan)孔機
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由(you)于本(ben)機(ji)組采(cai)用(yong)的管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)直(zhi)徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機(ji)組管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)直(zhi)徑大,管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)重量也大,為方(fang)便管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)咬(yao)(yao)入(ru),防止前卡事(shi)故,在前臺設置(zhi)了管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)預(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),見圖(tu)6-17,大管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)在推鋼機(ji)推入(ru)軋輥(gun)前在預(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的驅動下旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)起來,這樣很大程度改善了咬(yao)(yao)入(ru)條件,減少了事(shi)故,提高了軋輥(gun)壽(shou)命。
該(gai)穿孔機(ji)后(hou)(hou)臺一段(duan)有6組(zu)三(san)輥(gun)定心(xin)裝置,后(hou)(hou)臺二(er)段(duan)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿采(cai)用(yong)在線小車上(shang)下料(liao)、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)采(cai)用(yong)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循(xun)環水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)加外部(bu)氣霧(wu)(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)方式,當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)穿廢時(shi)隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿一起更換,見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿上(shang)料(liao)后(hou)(hou)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)水(shui)可直接循(xun)環到頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作(zuo)段(duan)的(de)內(nei)(nei)腔,在軋(ya)制(zhi)及間歇(xie)不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿在什么位置,都能通過內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循(xun)環水(shui)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)快(kuai)速冷(leng)(leng)卻(que);在軋(ya)制(zhi)間歇(xie)時(shi)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿回退到基位后(hou)(hou),進入有外部(bu)氣霧(wu)(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)進行外部(bu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),氣霧(wu)(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱中的(de)15道水(shui)環分4組(zu)控(kong)制(zhi),從圓周方向(xiang)分別對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)不同部(bu)位分別控(kong)制(zhi)時(shi)間控(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)量來冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),從而保證(zheng)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作(zuo)段(duan)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果。
在以(yi)前18英寸PQF機(ji)組基礎上頂頭(tou)(tou)冷卻形(xing)式做了很(hen)大改進,見圖(tu)6-19(其(qi)中,圖(tu)6-19為(wei)本(ben)機(ji)組頂頭(tou)(tou)結構,圖(tu)6-19(b)為(wei)原(yuan)(yuan)18in頂頭(tou)(tou)結構),頂頭(tou)(tou)由原(yuan)(yuan)來的(de)(de)實心(xin)體(ti)改為(wei)空腔體(ti),以(yi)至于內部冷卻水(shui)能(neng)一直貫通整個頂頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)內腔,使(shi)頂頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)尖(jian)端及工作段能(neng)得(de)到(dao)徹底冷卻,從而(er)延長(chang)了頂頭(tou)(tou)壽命(ming)。
本機(ji)組的毛管(guan)橫移(yi)采用(yong)可伸縮的大(da)擺臂移(yi)送到硼砂工(gong)位,吹完硼砂后由帶擺動撥叉地面小車將毛管(guan)移(yi)送到PQF連軋機(ji)前臺。
穿(chuan)孔機主(zhu)要參數(shu)包括:

最大(da)出口速(su)度(du):0.8m/s;
最大(da)軋制力矩:3165kN·m;
主電(dian)機功(gong)率:8200kW×2臺(tai);

氣霧冷卻系(xi)統:水壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連軋管(guan)機(ji)
本(ben)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)PQF連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)(ji)架的軸向(xiang)換(huan)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)見圖6-20,優點是隧道式(shi)筒形牌坊(fang)剛度及強度好(hao),傳動(dong)(dong)布置緊(jin)湊,軋(ya)制(zhi)穩定性好(hao)。每架軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的三個互成120°的軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)獨立的軋(ya)制(zhi)單元一(yi)軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)小機(ji)(ji)(ji)架內,安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)隧道上的伺(si)服(fu)液壓小倉,可以對(dui)軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)輥(gun)(gun)縫進行(xing)同(tong)步調整(zheng)也可以單獨調整(zheng),即(ji)采用了(le)(le)輥(gun)(gun)縫自動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)系統(HCCS),從而(er)保證了(le)(le)軋(ya)制(zhi)質量(liang),另外(wai),該連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)采用了(le)(le)工藝過(guo)程(cheng)控制(zhi)系統(PSS),實(shi)現了(le)(le)溫度補償(chang)、咬入沖擊控制(zhi)、錐形芯棒伺(si)服(fu)和頭尾削尖等(deng)功(gong)能。
由于(yu)該(gai)機組軋制(zhi)節(jie)(jie)奏較慢(最(zui)快40s/支(zhi)),只有(you)在線穿(chuan)芯(xin)棒方(fang)式(shi),不設預穿(chuan)線,減(jian)少了芯(xin)棒在線數量,減(jian)少了芯(xin)棒與毛(mao)管(guan)接觸時間,減(jian)少了毛(mao)管(guan)的溫降(jiang),提高了芯(xin)棒壽命,節(jie)(jie)省了設備投資。
連軋機主要(yao)參數(shu)包括:
荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;
軋輥(gun)直徑(jing):φ1060~1130mm;
最大入口速度(du):1.5m/s;
最大出口速(su)度:4.0m/s;
最大軋制力(li):620kN;
最大軋制力矩:250kN·m;
電(dian)機功率:1~4號機架(jia)各3×1000kW,5機架(jia)為3×500kW;
限動力:2900kN;
限(xian)動電機功率:500kW×6臺;
限動最大前進速度:2.5m/s;
限動(dong)最(zui)大返(fan)回速度:4.5m/s;
軋制(zhi)中限動速(su)度:1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機
采用(yong)12架(jia)(jia)(jia)三輥式定(ding)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji),見圖(tu)6-21,每架(jia)(jia)(jia)都有一(yi)臺電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動,機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)采用(yong)傘齒(chi)輪內傳動結(jie)構(gou),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)外有一(yi)根傳動軸通過聯軸器與12架(jia)(jia)(jia)組合式的(de)(de)減速器相連接,奇偶(ou)架(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前后(hou)排上下兩層排列,整個定(ding)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)布(bu)置緊湊。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組在(zai)定(ding)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前設置了高壓水除鱗裝(zhuang)置,提高鋼管的(de)(de)外表面質量,延長(chang)軋輥壽命。
定(ding)徑機(ji)主要參數(shu)包括(kuo):
軋輥名義直(zhi)徑(jing):φ1000mm;
機架(jia)間距(ju):880mm;
入口鋼管速(su)度(du):0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼(gang)管速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電(dian)機功率:350kW×12臺;
電機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組工藝(yi)控制系(xi)統和(he)質(zhi)量保證系(xi)統
PQF三輥(gun)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)數(shu)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)增多,使得PQF連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)保證系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)提高完善,從而保證了更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)產品質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),更(geng)高的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)材率和設(she)(she)備(bei)利用率以及(ji)(ji)較低(di)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)具消(xiao)耗。整(zheng)個機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)過程管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括通常所(suo)說的(de)(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)在(zai)內的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以及(ji)(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)兩大部(bu)分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。整(zheng)個熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用來生產計(ji)劃及(ji)(ji)生產管(guan)理的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)(ji)定(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),其中PQF軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)CARTA是(shi)核心部(bu)分,穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要(yao)是(shi)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)參數(shu)設(she)(she)定(ding)、頂頭導板(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)等(deng)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)工(gong)具設(she)(she)計(ji)等(deng)內容;張減機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要(yao)是(shi)孔(kong)型設(she)(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)參數(shu)設(she)(she)定(ding)等(deng)內容。QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用于熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線(xian)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)控制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
六、在(zai)線檢測質量保證系(xi)統QAS
QAS是一(yi)個在(zai)線(xian)獨立(li)工(gong)作站,通過對物料的(de)(de)(de)跟(gen)蹤檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),對數(shu)據進行收集分析(xi)和(he)存(cun)儲,并將(jiang)分析(xi)的(de)(de)(de)結果及時反饋(kui)給CARTA系(xi)統以(yi)實(shi)施對物料的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制,保證鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)質量。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)具體內容包括:管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)稱重以(yi)控(kong)制坯(pi)(pi)料超重,實(shi)現坯(pi)(pi)料跟(gen)蹤;環(huan)形爐出口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)優化管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)加熱(re),滿足穿(chuan)孔及連軋(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)要求(qiu),確保鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)質量;穿(chuan)孔后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)長(chang)以(yi)控(kong)制毛管(guan)(guan)幾何尺寸,確保連軋(ya)的(de)(de)(de)咬(yao)入(ru)及軋(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding);芯棒(bang)潤滑前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)滿足芯棒(bang)噴涂潤滑劑的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)要求(qiu),確保鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)內表(biao)面質量和(he)芯棒(bang)使用壽命(ming);連軋(ya)人口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制毛管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)確保軋(ya)機正常咬(yao)入(ru)及軋(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)性;連軋(ya)后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)長(chang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制連軋(ya)出口(kou)(kou)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)幾何尺寸,確保荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)壁厚精度(du);定(ding)徑(jing)前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),確保定(ding)徑(jing)軋(ya)制穩定(ding)性。
七、機組特點(dian)
1. 增大管坯直徑,降低(di)穿孔(kong)的擴徑率,提高毛管的幾(ji)何(he)尺(chi)寸精(jing)度(du)
與相近機(ji)組(zu)相比(如表(biao)6-11所示(shi)),該機(ji)組(zu)增大(da)管坯直徑的(de)意義在于:對于環(huan)(huan)(huan)形(xing)(xing)爐(lu)(lu),大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁管生(sheng)產時(shi)降低(di)(di)了(le)(le)坯料的(de)長(chang)度(du)(du),設(she)計(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)減少了(le)(le)環(huan)(huan)(huan)形(xing)(xing)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)徑,在環(huan)(huan)(huan)形(xing)(xing)爐(lu)(lu)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)減少了(le)(le)近5%投資(zi);對于穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)而(er)言(yan),管坯外徑增大(da)了(le)(le),但毛管的(de)幾何(he)尺寸和(he)同類機(ji)組(zu)一樣(yang)(yang),這(zhe)樣(yang)(yang)毛管的(de)擴徑率降低(di)(di)了(le)(le)近10%,在穿(chuan)(chuan)孔斜軋過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)大(da)降低(di)(di)了(le)(le)軋件的(de)橫(heng)向變(bian)形(xing)(xing),能很好(hao)抑制穿(chuan)(chuan)孔的(de)附加(jia)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)程(cheng)度(du)(du),提高毛管的(de)幾何(he)尺寸精度(du)(du)。
2. 穿(chuan)孔機(ji)采用新(xin)型(xing)的頂桿(gan)頂頭連接形式和(he)更換方式
與φ460機(ji)(ji)組相比,天淮508機(ji)(ji)組穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)后臺二段形(xing)式(shi)徹底改(gai)進,針(zhen)對大機(ji)(ji)組節奏較(jiao)慢(man)(最快(kuai)40s以(yi)上(shang))的(de)(de)特點,為提高(gao)(gao)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)運行穩定(ding)性,增加頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上(shang)下料小車(che),實現頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)的(de)(de)在線循環,改(gai)變了(le)同(tong)(tong)類錐形(xing)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)組單頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在線自動快(kuai)換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭模式(shi)(設(she)備(bei)精(jing)度要求較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭和(he)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)通過過盈錐面(mian)配合外加定(ding)位銷連接(jie),見圖6-19,并線外裝配作(zuo)業,這(zhe)樣減(jian)少了(le)換規格過程的(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)調整(zheng)時間(jian),改(gai)進后還避免生產過程中在線頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭安裝不上(shang)出(chu)現無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭軋制工(gong)藝事故(gu),節省了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)消(xiao)耗和(he)工(gong)藝事故(gu)擴大化(hua)造成(cheng)的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故(gu)障(zhang),節省工(gong)具費用同(tong)(tong)時提高(gao)(gao)了(le)作(zuo)業率。另外,采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)更(geng)換小車(che)形(xing)式(shi),換孔(kong)(kong)型時提前準備(bei)好新孔(kong)(kong)型的(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan),10min 內(nei)完(wan)成(cheng)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)更(geng)換,較(jiao)同(tong)(tong)類型機(ji)(ji)組穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)型更(geng)換時換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)節省近(jin)90%的(de)(de)時間(jian)。
3. 改進了穿孔機(ji)組頂頭的冷卻(que)方式
天淮φ508機組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方(fang)式增加了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)并改(gai)進(jin)了(le)外水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方(fang)式,該(gai)機組(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)能直接到(dao)達頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(見圖(tu)6-19),設計時增加了(le)內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)壓(ya),由同類機組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)8bar增加到(dao)12bar,提高了(le)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻速率。改(gai)進(jin)了(le)外水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)形式,在同類穿(chuan)孔(kong)機組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)更換裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)位置(zhi),設計了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)外冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)專用裝置(zhi),該(gai)裝置(zhi)采用氣霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方(fang)式,見圖(tu)6-18,并配(pei)套電氣控制(zhi)系統(tong),根據(ju)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)規格(ge)和溫度調(diao)整噴吹壓(ya)力(li)和時間,保證頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻均(jun)(jun)勻(yun),避免了(le)軋(ya)制(zhi)后的(de)(de)(de)高溫頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻不均(jun)(jun)造成頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)開裂(lie)報(bao)廢(fei)。該(gai)機組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)內(nei)外水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,從近半年(nian)生產統(tong)計鍛造頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)壽命(ming)達到(dao)450支(個(ge)別(bie)達到(dao)900支)以上,頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)壽命(ming)是其他同類機組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上。
4. 連軋短(duan)管模式
為保(bao)證大口(kou)徑(jing)厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)的生(sheng)產,連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組增加短管(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式(shi),設(she)計(ji)中連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)間距(ju)為11.5m,在(zai)生(sheng)產短于(yu)11.5m大口(kou)徑(jing)超厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開發(fa)連(lian)軋(ya)的短管(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式(shi),在(zai)設(she)計(ji)過程中考慮實(shi)現(xian)最短8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產,脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)選型時保(bao)證低速性能穩定,依靠(kao)限動齒條將連(lian)軋(ya)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)送進脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji),這時脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的線(xian)速度(du)和限動速度(du)一致(zhi),咬入后脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)升速實(shi)現(xian)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)和芯棒脫開。
5. 為保證大口徑(jing)薄壁管表面質量(liang),移送設備創新結構,做到輕拿輕放(fang)
為保證大(da)口徑(jing)薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表(biao)面質量,防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)移送(song)過程出(chu)現(xian)(xian)嗑傷(shang)(shang)及(ji)(ji)劃(hua)痕(hen)現(xian)(xian)象,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)及(ji)(ji)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)后(hou)橫(heng)移鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)都(dou)(dou)進(jin)(jin)行改進(jin)(jin)創新。在(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)中(zhong),毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)從三輥定(ding)心(xin)由(you)一個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)另(ling)一個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接料(liao)(liao)放到(dao)(dao)(dao)旋轉托輥上吹(chui)硼砂(sha),見圖6-22(a),吹(chui)完硼砂(sha)后(hou)由(you)高(gao)架小(xiao)車(che)移送(song)到(dao)(dao)(dao)帶(dai)高(gao)度調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座(zuo)(zuo)上,毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)滾落(luo)到(dao)(dao)(dao)鞍(an)座(zuo)(zuo)輥道上進(jin)(jin)而(er)由(you)連軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)取走;防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)大(da)口徑(jing)薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別是徑(jing)壁大(da)于48)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)滾動中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),天淮(huai)ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)在(zai)此進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)改進(jin)(jin)創新,見圖6-22(b),三輥定(ding)心(xin)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)可伸縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)擺(bai)臂(bei)移送(song)到(dao)(dao)(dao)硼砂(sha)工位,吹(chui)完硼砂(sha)后(hou)由(you)地面小(xiao)車(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取走,小(xiao)車(che)到(dao)(dao)(dao)行程后(hou),小(xiao)車(che)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)移到(dao)(dao)(dao)垂(chui)直升(sheng)降(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放料(liao)(liao)叉(cha)(cha),小(xiao)車(che)回(hui)退,然(ran)后(hou)由(you)連軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)取走毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三次接力傳遞中(zhong)都(dou)(dou)避(bi)免了(le)(le)(le)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)及(ji)(ji)鞍(an)座(zuo)(zuo)臺架上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾動沖擊,都(dou)(dou)是輕拿輕放,避(bi)免了(le)(le)(le)嗑傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)表(biao)面質量。另(ling)外,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)在(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)橫(heng)移鏈(lian)冷(leng)床(chuang)(chuang)入口撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)采(cai)用了(le)(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)防(fang)護(hu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou),見圖6-23,當鏈(lian)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)抬(tai)起過程中(zhong)附帶(dai)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)護(hu)板也隨之升(sheng)起以保護(hu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)盤上嗑傷(shang)(shang),當撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)落(luo)下(xia)時反向連桿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)使防(fang)護(hu)板也落(luo)下(xia),將鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)慢(man)慢(man)放下(xia),從而(er)避(bi)免了(le)(le)(le)在(zai)以前(qian)18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)上薄(bo)臂(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)小(xiao)冷(leng)床(chuang)(chuang)入口嗑傷(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)果。在(zai)天淮(huai)φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)中(zhong),類似以上保護(hu)措施及(ji)(ji)結構(gou)(gou)應(ying)用較多,進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)大(da)口徑(jing)薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面質量。
八、結論
Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組是當今(jin)世界上最大(da)的(de)熱連軋(ya)管生產機(ji)組,擁有了世界上最先進(jin)的(de)工藝設(she)計和(he)過程控制水(shui)平,同時設(she)計過程中(zhong)對同類機(ji)組的(de)不(bu)足之處和(he)薄弱環節進(jin)行了重大(da)改進(jin),創新(xin)了5項技術:
1. 在(zai)吸收以往(wang)的(de)MPM和PQF機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)經驗的(de)基礎上(shang),采用8200kW大功率(lv)(lv)穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)加大了(le)穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)變形量,減小(xiao)了(le)后(hou)續工序變形,穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)延伸系數最大能夠達到4.7。并設計減小(xiao)了(le)穿孔毛管(guan)(guan)與連軋芯(xin)棒之間的(de)間隙(xi),因(yin)此更(geng)有利于生產薄壁管(guan)(guan)和高合金管(guan)(guan),已(yi)成功生產的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)徑(jing)壁比(bi)達到56。同時最大限度地消除了(le)PQF軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)內(nei)(nei)壁傷問題(ti),提(ti)高了(le)鋼管(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)精度和均(jun)勻度。表6-12及(ji)圖(tu)6-24為φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)生產的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)取樣情況:A~H為沿鋼管(guan)(guan)同一斷面(mian)測得的(de)8個壁厚(hou)數據。由圖(tu)表可知(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)各斷面(mian)的(de)壁厚(hou)偏(pian)差(cha)率(lv)(lv)都在(zai)±8%以內(nei)(nei)。
2. 穿孔機組(zu)采用新型的頂桿(gan)和(he)頂頭連接和(he)更(geng)換方式,保證設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)穩定,減少了事故,提高了作業率(lv),降(jiang)低了頂桿(gan)費(fei)用。
3. 穿孔機組頂(ding)頭(tou)增加了內水冷并設計外(wai)水冷裝置(zhi),保證頂(ding)頭(tou)冷卻均勻,提(ti)高(gao)了頂(ding)頭(tou)冷卻效果(guo),頂(ding)頭(tou)壽(shou)命(ming)提(ti)高(gao)近50%,為同類機組提(ti)供了改進技術(shu)。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁(bi)管(guan)的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁(bi)管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
