一(yi)、基本情況


  江蘇(su)天淮(huai)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋管(guan)機組,是目前全(quan)球最大口徑的(de)三輥(gun)式(shi)連軋管(guan)機組,2012年(nian)5月28日熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)試車成功。該機組由(you)(you)中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)做工(gong)廠設計(ji),主軋線設備由(you)(you)德國(guo)梅爾公(gong)(gong)司(si)、意大利因西設計(ji)制造,設計(ji)能力為(wei)年(nian)產無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)50萬噸(dun)。自(zi)投(tou)產半年(nian)時間里,生產Φ377~508mm 規格鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)共3.8萬噸(dun),產品質量優良。


二、產品(pin)規(gui)格和主要品(pin)種

管(guan)(guan)線管(guan)(guan)、鍋爐用管(guan)(guan)、氣瓶管(guan)(guan)、機械管(guan)(guan)、液壓支柱管(guan)(guan),流體輸送管(guan)(guan)、結構(gou)管(guan)(guan)等。


3. 工藝(yi)流程


  φ508mm PQF連(lian)軋管(guan)機組的工藝布(bu)置(zhi)如圖6-16所示。

  工(gong)藝(yi)流程(cheng)為:合(he)格(ge)管(guan)坯→鋸切(qie)(qie)→冷定(ding)心→環形爐(lu)加(jia)熱→高(gao)壓(ya)水除(chu)磷(lin)→穿孔→吹硼砂→穿芯棒(bang)→高(gao)壓(ya)水除(chu)鱗→F連(lian)軋→脫(tuo)管(guan)→高(gao)壓(ya)水除(chu)鱗→定(ding)徑→冷卻→定(ding)尺(chi)鋸切(qie)(qie)→矯直→吹吸(xi)灰→探傷→人工(gong)內外表(biao)面檢查→噴標→收集入(ru)庫。


  三個變形主機(ji)由(you)帶管坯預旋轉的(de)(de)(de)錐形輥導板式穿孔機(ji)、5機(ji)架(jia)PQF限動(dong)芯棒(bang)連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)、12架(jia)單獨傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)定徑機(ji)組(zu)成,三大主機(ji)本體設備(bei)都由(you)德國MEER公(gong)司設計制造,主機(ji)設備(bei)前后臺連(lian)線(xian)設備(bei)由(you)中(zhong)冶京誠工程技(ji)術(shu)有(you)限公(gong)司設計,天津賽(sai)瑞機(ji)器制造有(you)限公(gong)司制造。φ508PQF機(ji)組(zu)采用更為完(wan)善的(de)(de)(de)先(xian)進工藝(yi)控(kong)制系統(tong)-CARTA系統(tong)、嚴格的(de)(de)(de)質量控(kong)制系統(tong)-QAS系統(tong)、物料跟(gen)蹤系統(tong)(MTS)以及在線(xian)檢測系統(tong)等工藝(yi)控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu),從而確保了熱軋(ya)大口徑無縫(feng)鋼管生產的(de)(de)(de)工藝(yi)先(xian)進性及穩定性。


四、主要(yao)工藝設(she)備(bei)及性(xing)能特點(dian)


  1. 環(huan)形加熱爐(lu)


  環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)由LOI天津(jin)公司設(she)計(ji)及制作,為(wei)降低成本,采(cai)用(yong)高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣和(he)(he)天然氣混合氣作為(wei)燃料。從裝料到出(chu)料共分(fen)7個加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)控制段(duan),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)第(di)1~2段(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)為(wei)均熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan);其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)預熱(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)和(he)(he)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)采(cai)用(yong)高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣蓄熱(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)用(yong)頂置的天然氣平焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re)(re),環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)采(cai)用(yong)全(quan)自動(dong)、先進、可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)的熱(re)(re)(re)工控制系(xi)統測量(liang)和(he)(he)控制爐(lu)(lu)(lu)子(zi)的熱(re)(re)(re)工過程,可(ke)(ke)根據不同工況準確(que)匹配爐(lu)(lu)(lu)子(zi)供熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),保證管坯按最佳的工藝曲線加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)和(he)(he)保溫(wen)。


 環形加熱爐主要參數包括:


   中徑(jing):51m;


   爐底(di)寬度:5.4m;


   最(zui)大(da)加熱長度:5.0m;


   最大坯(pi)重:7620kg;


   最(zui)大(da)加熱能力:260t/h;


   最大裝出料節奏:90p/h。


 2. 錐形輥穿孔機(ji)


   該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。


  由于本機(ji)組采(cai)用的管坯(pi)(pi)直徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機(ji)組管坯(pi)(pi)直徑大(da)(da),管坯(pi)(pi)重量也大(da)(da),為方便(bian)管坯(pi)(pi)咬(yao)入(ru),防止前(qian)(qian)卡事故,在前(qian)(qian)臺設置了(le)管坯(pi)(pi)預(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)裝置,見(jian)圖6-17,大(da)(da)管坯(pi)(pi)在推(tui)鋼機(ji)推(tui)入(ru)軋輥(gun)前(qian)(qian)在預(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的驅(qu)動下(xia)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)起來,這(zhe)樣很大(da)(da)程度(du)改善了(le)咬(yao)入(ru)條件(jian),減少了(le)事故,提高了(le)軋輥(gun)壽命。

  該穿孔機后臺一段有6組(zu)三輥(gun)定心裝置,后臺二段的頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采用在線(xian)小車上下料、頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)采用內(nei)部循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)加外(wai)(wai)部氣(qi)(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)方式(shi),當頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)穿廢(fei)時(shi)隨(sui)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一起更(geng)換,見圖(tu)6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上料后冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)水(shui)(shui)可直接循環(huan)到頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工(gong)作段的內(nei)腔,在軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)及間(jian)歇(xie)(xie)不(bu)管頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在什么位置,都能通(tong)過內(nei)部循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)快速(su)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que);在軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)歇(xie)(xie)時(shi)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回退到基位后,進入有外(wai)(wai)部氣(qi)(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)進行外(wai)(wai)部冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),氣(qi)(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱中的15道(dao)水(shui)(shui)環(huan)分(fen)4組(zu)控制(zhi)(zhi),從圓周方向分(fen)別對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)不(bu)同部位分(fen)別控制(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)間(jian)控制(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui)量來冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),從而(er)保證了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工(gong)作段良好的冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果。

  在(zai)以前(qian)18英(ying)寸(cun)PQF機組基礎上頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)形式做了很(hen)大改進,見圖(tu)(tu)6-19(其中,圖(tu)(tu)6-19為(wei)本機組頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結(jie)構(gou),圖(tu)(tu)6-19(b)為(wei)原(yuan)18in頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結(jie)構(gou)),頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由(you)原(yuan)來的實(shi)心體改為(wei)空(kong)腔(qiang)體,以至于內部冷(leng)卻(que)(que)水能(neng)一直貫通整個頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的內腔(qiang),使頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的尖端及工作段能(neng)得(de)到徹底(di)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),從而延長了頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽命。

  本機組的毛管橫移采用(yong)可伸縮的大擺臂移送到硼砂工位,吹完硼砂后由帶擺動撥(bo)叉地(di)面小(xiao)車將(jiang)毛管移送到PQF連軋機前臺。


  穿孔機主要(yao)參數包括:


   最(zui)大(da)/最(zui)小軋輥直(zhi)徑:1700mm/1550mm;


   最大出口(kou)速度:0.8m/s;


   最大軋制(zhi)力矩(ju):3165kN·m;


   主電(dian)機功率:8200kW×2臺(tai);


   主(zhu)電機最大轉速:354r/min;


   氣霧冷卻系統:水(shui)壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。


 3. PQF連軋管機


  本機(ji)(ji)組PQF連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)架的(de)(de)軸向換輥連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)見圖(tu)6-20,優點是隧(sui)道(dao)式筒(tong)形牌坊剛度及(ji)強(qiang)度好(hao),傳(chuan)動布(bu)置緊湊,軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)穩定(ding)性好(hao)。每架軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)三個互成(cheng)120°的(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)輥安裝(zhuang)在獨(du)立的(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)單元一軋(ya)(ya)輥小機(ji)(ji)架內,安裝(zhuang)在隧(sui)道(dao)上(shang)的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)服液壓小倉,可(ke)以對軋(ya)(ya)輥輥縫(feng)(feng)進行同步調整也(ye)可(ke)以單獨(du)調整,即(ji)采用了(le)(le)輥縫(feng)(feng)自動控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(HCCS),從而保證了(le)(le)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)質量,另外,該連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)在生產過程(cheng)中采用了(le)(le)工藝過程(cheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(PSS),實現了(le)(le)溫度補償、咬(yao)入沖擊控制(zhi)(zhi)、錐(zhui)形芯棒(bang)伺(si)(si)服和頭尾削尖等(deng)功(gong)能。


  由(you)于該機組(zu)軋制節奏較慢(最快40s/支(zhi)),只有(you)在(zai)(zai)線穿芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)方式,不設預穿線,減(jian)少了(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)在(zai)(zai)線數量(liang),減(jian)少了(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)與毛管接觸時間,減(jian)少了(le)毛管的溫降,提高了(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)壽命,節省(sheng)了(le)設備投(tou)資。

   最大入口速度(du):1.5m/s;

   最大軋(ya)制力矩:250kN·m;


   電機功率:1~4號機架各3×1000kW,5機架為3×500kW;


   限動力:2900kN;


   限動電機(ji)功率:500kW×6臺;


   限動最大前進(jin)速(su)度:2.5m/s;


   限動最大(da)返回速度:4.5m/s;


   軋制中(zhong)限動(dong)速度(du):1.5m/s。


 4. 定(ding)徑機


   采用12架(jia)(jia)三輥(gun)(gun)式定徑機(ji)(ji),見圖(tu)6-21,每架(jia)(jia)都有一臺電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)采用傘齒輪內傳動(dong)結構(gou),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)外有一根(gen)傳動(dong)軸通過聯軸器(qi)與12架(jia)(jia)組合(he)式的減速器(qi)相連接,奇(qi)偶架(jia)(jia)的電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)前后(hou)排上下兩(liang)層排列,整個(ge)定徑機(ji)(ji)布置緊湊。該機(ji)(ji)組在(zai)定徑機(ji)(ji)前設置了高壓(ya)水除鱗裝置,提高鋼管的外表(biao)面(mian)質量,延長軋輥(gun)(gun)壽命。

定徑(jing)機主要參數包(bao)括(kuo):


  軋(ya)輥名義(yi)直徑:φ1000mm;


  機架間距:880mm;


  入口鋼(gang)管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;


  出口鋼管速度(du):0.85~2.0m/s;


  電機功率:350kW×12臺;


  電機轉(zhuan)速(su):200~600/1200r/min。



五(wu)、機(ji)組工(gong)藝控制系統(tong)和質量(liang)保證系統(tong)


   PQF三(san)輥連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)數量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)不斷增多,使得PQF連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)質量(liang)保(bao)證(zheng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷提高完善(shan),從(cong)而(er)保(bao)證(zheng)了更好的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)質量(liang),更高的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)材率(lv)和(he)設(she)備(bei)利用率(lv)以及(ji)較低的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)消(xiao)耗。整(zheng)個(ge)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)包括通常所說的(de)(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等在內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)以及(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大(da)部分(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。整(zheng)個(ge)熱軋線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用來生產計劃及(ji)生產管(guan)理的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)定徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)三(san)部分(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),其中PQF軋管(guan)CARTA是核心部分(fen),穿孔機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是工(gong)藝參數設(she)定、頂頭導板軋輥等軋制工(gong)具(ju)(ju)設(she)計等內(nei)容;張(zhang)減機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是孔型(xing)設(she)計、工(gong)藝參數設(she)定等內(nei)容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用于熱軋線(xian)質量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。



六、在線(xian)檢測(ce)質量保證系統QAS


   QAS是(shi)一個在線獨立工作站,通(tong)過對(dui)物料的(de)(de)跟蹤檢測(ce),對(dui)數據進(jin)行收集分(fen)析和(he)存儲(chu),并將分(fen)析的(de)(de)結果(guo)及(ji)時反饋給CARTA系統以(yi)(yi)實(shi)施對(dui)物料的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制,保證鋼(gang)管(guan)質(zhi)量。QAS檢測(ce)的(de)(de)具體(ti)內容包括:管(guan)坯稱重(zhong)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制坯料超重(zhong),實(shi)現坯料跟蹤;環形(xing)爐出口測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)優化(hua)管(guan)坯加熱(re),滿足(zu)穿孔及(ji)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工藝(yi)要求,確保鋼(gang)管(guan)質(zhi)量;穿孔后(hou)測(ce)長以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制毛管(guan)幾(ji)何尺(chi)(chi)寸,確保連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding);芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)潤滑前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)滿足(zu)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)噴涂潤滑劑(ji)的(de)(de)工藝(yi)要求,確保鋼(gang)管(guan)內表面質(zhi)量和(he)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)使用壽(shou)命;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人口測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制毛管(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度確保軋(ya)(ya)機正(zheng)常咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)性(xing);連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后(hou)測(ce)厚(hou)測(ce)長測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出口荒管(guan)幾(ji)何尺(chi)(chi)寸,確保荒管(guan)壁厚(hou)精度;定(ding)(ding)徑前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制荒管(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度,確保定(ding)(ding)徑軋(ya)(ya)制穩定(ding)(ding)性(xing)。


七、機組特(te)點(dian)


 1. 增(zeng)大管坯直徑,降低穿孔的(de)擴徑率,提(ti)高毛管的(de)幾何(he)尺寸精(jing)度


    與(yu)相近機(ji)組(zu)相比(如表(biao)6-11所示),該(gai)機(ji)組(zu)增大(da)(da)管坯直徑的(de)意義在于(yu):對(dui)于(yu)環形爐,大(da)(da)口徑厚壁管生產時降(jiang)低了(le)坯料(liao)的(de)長度(du)(du),設計中減少了(le)環形爐的(de)中徑,在環形爐建(jian)設中減少了(le)近5%投資(zi);對(dui)于(yu)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)而言,管坯外徑增大(da)(da)了(le),但毛(mao)管的(de)幾(ji)何尺寸和同類機(ji)組(zu)一樣,這樣毛(mao)管的(de)擴徑率降(jiang)低了(le)近10%,在穿(chuan)孔斜軋(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降(jiang)低了(le)軋(ya)(ya)件的(de)橫向變(bian)形,能很好抑制(zhi)穿(chuan)孔的(de)附加變(bian)形程(cheng)度(du)(du),提(ti)高(gao)毛(mao)管的(de)幾(ji)何尺寸精(jing)度(du)(du)。


 2. 穿孔機采用(yong)新型的(de)頂桿頂頭連接形式(shi)和更換方式(shi)


    與φ460機(ji)(ji)組(zu)相比,天淮(huai)508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)后(hou)臺二段形(xing)(xing)式(shi)徹底(di)改進,針對大(da)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)節奏較慢(最快40s以(yi)上)的(de)特點,為提(ti)高設備的(de)運(yun)行穩定性(xing),增(zeng)加頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)上下料小車,實現(xian)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)在線循(xun)環,改變了同(tong)(tong)類(lei)錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)單頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)在線自動快換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)模式(shi)(設備精(jing)度要求(qiu)較高),采用(yong)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)和(he)(he)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)通過(guo)(guo)過(guo)(guo)盈錐(zhui)面配(pei)合(he)外(wai)加定位銷(xiao)連接,見圖(tu)6-19,并(bing)線外(wai)裝配(pei)作業,這樣減(jian)少了換(huan)(huan)規格(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)的(de)設備調整(zheng)時(shi)間,改進后(hou)還避(bi)免生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)在線頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)安裝不上出現(xian)無頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)軋制工藝(yi)事(shi)故,節省了頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)消(xiao)耗和(he)(he)工藝(yi)事(shi)故擴大(da)化(hua)造成(cheng)的(de)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故障,節省工具費用(yong)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)提(ti)高了作業率(lv)。另(ling)外(wai),采用(yong)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)小車形(xing)(xing)式(shi),換(huan)(huan)孔(kong)型時(shi)提(ti)前準備好新孔(kong)型的(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),10min 內完成(cheng)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan)(huan),較同(tong)(tong)類(lei)型機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)孔(kong)型更(geng)換(huan)(huan)時(shi)換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)節省近90%的(de)時(shi)間。


 3. 改進了穿孔機組頂頭的冷卻方式(shi)


    天淮φ508機(ji)組穿孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)并改(gai)進(jin)了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)方式(shi),該機(ji)組冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)能(neng)直接到(dao)(dao)達(da)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體(ti)內(nei)(見(jian)圖6-19),設計時增(zeng)加(jia)了內(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓,由同類機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增(zeng)加(jia)到(dao)(dao)12bar,提高了冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速(su)率。改(gai)進(jin)了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),在同類穿孔機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)更換裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,設計了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)外(wai)(wai)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專用裝(zhuang)置,該裝(zhuang)置采用氣(qi)霧(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi),見(jian)圖6-18,并配套電氣(qi)控制系(xi)統,根據(ju)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)規格(ge)和溫(wen)(wen)度調整(zheng)噴吹(chui)壓力和時間(jian),保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均(jun)(jun)勻,避免了軋制后的(de)(de)(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不(bu)均(jun)(jun)造成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)開裂報廢。該機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)內(nei)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),從近半年生(sheng)產統計鍛造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平均(jun)(jun)壽(shou)命達(da)到(dao)(dao)450支(個別達(da)到(dao)(dao)900支)以上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)平均(jun)(jun)壽(shou)命是其他同類機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上。


 4. 連軋短管模式(shi)


    為保(bao)證大口徑(jing)厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),連軋機(ji)(ji)組增(zeng)加短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,設(she)計中(zhong)連軋機(ji)(ji)與脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)間距為11.5m,在生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)短于11.5m大口徑(jing)超(chao)厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開發連軋的短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,在設(she)計過程中(zhong)考慮(lv)實現(xian)最短8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)選型時保(bao)證低速(su)(su)性能穩定,依靠限(xian)動齒條將連軋后管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送(song)進脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji),這(zhe)時脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的線速(su)(su)度和限(xian)動速(su)(su)度一(yi)致,咬入后脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)升速(su)(su)實現(xian)荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和芯(xin)棒脫(tuo)(tuo)開。


 5. 為保證大口(kou)徑薄壁管表(biao)面質量,移送設備(bei)創新結構,做到(dao)輕拿(na)輕放(fang)


    為保(bao)證大(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)質(zhi)(zhi)量,防止(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)移(yi)送(song)過程出(chu)現嗑(ke)傷及(ji)劃痕(hen)現象,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)橫移(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)及(ji)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)后橫移(yi)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)都(dou)(dou)(dou)進(jin)行(xing)改進(jin)創新(xin)。在(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥定(ding)心由一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥(bo)(bo)出(chu)由另一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)旋(xuan)轉托輥上(shang)(shang)(shang)吹(chui)(chui)硼(peng)砂(sha),見(jian)圖6-22(a),吹(chui)(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂(sha)后由高(gao)架(jia)小(xiao)車(che)(che)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)帶(dai)高(gao)度調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍座上(shang)(shang)(shang),毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落到(dao)(dao)鞍座輥道上(shang)(shang)(shang)進(jin)而由連軋前臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂(bei)取(qu)走;防止(zhi)大(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別是(shi)(shi)徑(jing)壁(bi)大(da)于48)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動(dong)中(zhong)出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)傷和(he)劃痕(hen),天(tian)淮(huai)ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)此(ci)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)改進(jin)創新(xin),見(jian)圖6-22(b),三(san)輥定(ding)心出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)由可伸(shen)縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)擺臂(bei)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)硼(peng)砂(sha)工(gong)位,吹(chui)(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂(sha)后由地(di)面(mian)小(xiao)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)叉將(jiang)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取(qu)走,小(xiao)車(che)(che)到(dao)(dao)行(xing)程后,小(xiao)車(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)叉將(jiang)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)到(dao)(dao)垂直(zhi)升降的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)叉,小(xiao)車(che)(che)回退,然后由連軋前臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂(bei)取(qu)走毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)次(ci)接(jie)力傳遞中(zhong)都(dou)(dou)(dou)避免(mian)(mian)了(le)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)叉及(ji)鞍座臺(tai)(tai)架(jia)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)動(dong)沖擊,都(dou)(dou)(dou)是(shi)(shi)輕(qing)拿輕(qing)放(fang),避免(mian)(mian)了(le)嗑(ke)傷和(he)劃痕(hen),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)表面(mian)質(zhi)(zhi)量。另外,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后橫移(yi)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)冷(leng)床入(ru)口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)采用了(le)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)防護機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou),見(jian)圖6-23,當(dang)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)床的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)抬起過程中(zhong)附帶(dai)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防護板也(ye)隨之升起以(yi)保(bao)護鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)防止(zhi)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)(shang)嗑(ke)傷,當(dang)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)落下時反向連桿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)使(shi)防護板也(ye)落下,將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)慢慢放(fang)下,從而避免(mian)(mian)了(le)在(zai)以(yi)前18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)薄臂(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)小(xiao)冷(leng)床入(ru)口(kou)嗑(ke)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后果。在(zai)天(tian)淮(huai)φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),類似以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)護措施及(ji)結構(gou)應用較多,進(jin)一步提(ti)高(gao)了(le)大(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)質(zhi)(zhi)量。

八、結論


Φ508mmPQF機組(zu)是當今世界(jie)上(shang)(shang)最(zui)大的(de)熱連軋管生(sheng)產機組(zu),擁有(you)了世界(jie)上(shang)(shang)最(zui)先進的(de)工藝設(she)計和過程控制水平,同時(shi)設(she)計過程中對同類(lei)機組(zu)的(de)不足之處和薄弱環節進行(xing)了重大改進,創(chuang)新了5項(xiang)技(ji)術:


  1. 在(zai)吸收(shou)以(yi)往的(de)MPM和PQF機(ji)組經驗的(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),采用8200kW大功率穿(chuan)孔機(ji)加大了(le)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)的(de)變(bian)形量,減小了(le)后續工(gong)序變(bian)形,穿(chuan)孔機(ji)的(de)延伸(shen)系數最(zui)大能夠達(da)到(dao)4.7。并設計減小了(le)穿(chuan)孔毛管(guan)與連(lian)軋(ya)芯棒(bang)之間的(de)間隙,因此更有利于生(sheng)(sheng)產薄壁(bi)管(guan)和高(gao)合金管(guan),已成功生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)徑壁(bi)比達(da)到(dao)56。同(tong)時最(zui)大限度(du)地消除(chu)了(le)PQF軋(ya)機(ji)的(de)內壁(bi)傷問題(ti),提高(gao)了(le)鋼(gang)管(guan)壁(bi)厚精度(du)和均勻度(du)。表6-12及(ji)圖6-24為(wei)φ508mm機(ji)組生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)取樣情(qing)況:A~H為(wei)沿鋼(gang)管(guan)同(tong)一斷面測得的(de)8個壁(bi)厚數據(ju)。由圖表可(ke)知(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)各斷面的(de)壁(bi)厚偏差率都(dou)在(zai)±8%以(yi)內。

  2. 穿孔機(ji)組采用新(xin)型的頂(ding)桿和(he)頂(ding)頭連接和(he)更換方(fang)式,保證設(she)備運行穩(wen)定,減少了事故,提(ti)高了作業率,降低了頂(ding)桿費用。


  3. 穿孔機(ji)組頂頭增加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)內水(shui)冷(leng)并設(she)計(ji)外(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)裝置,保證頂頭冷(leng)卻(que)均勻,提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)(le)頂頭冷(leng)卻(que)效果,頂頭壽命(ming)提高(gao)(gao)近50%,為同類機(ji)組提供了(le)(le)(le)改進技術。


  4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚(hou)壁(bi)管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。


  5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
