一、基本(ben)情況
江蘇(su)天(tian)淮鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)有限公司φ508mm(20in)PQF連(lian)軋管(guan)機組(zu),是目前全(quan)球最大口徑的(de)三輥式連(lian)軋管(guan)機組(zu),2012年5月28日熱負荷(he)試(shi)車(che)成功。該機組(zu)由(you)中(zhong)冶京誠工(gong)程技術(shu)有限公司做工(gong)廠設計,主軋線設備由(you)德(de)國梅(mei)爾(er)公司、意大利因西設計制造,設計能力為(wei)年產無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)50萬(wan)噸。自投產半(ban)年時間里,生產Φ377~508mm 規格鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)共3.8萬(wan)噸,產品質量優良。
二、產品規格和主(zhu)要品種

管線管、鍋(guo)爐用(yong)管、氣瓶管、機械管、液壓支柱管,流體輸送管、結構管等。
3. 工藝(yi)流程
φ508mm PQF連軋管機組(zu)的工(gong)藝布置如圖6-16所(suo)示。

工藝流(liu)程為:合(he)格(ge)管坯→鋸(ju)切(qie)→冷(leng)定心→環形爐(lu)加熱→高壓(ya)水(shui)除(chu)(chu)磷→穿(chuan)孔→吹硼砂(sha)→穿(chuan)芯棒→高壓(ya)水(shui)除(chu)(chu)鱗(lin)→F連軋→脫管→高壓(ya)水(shui)除(chu)(chu)鱗(lin)→定徑→冷(leng)卻→定尺鋸(ju)切(qie)→矯直→吹吸灰→探傷→人工內外表面(mian)檢(jian)查→噴(pen)標→收集(ji)入庫。
三個變形主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由帶管坯預旋轉(zhuan)的(de)錐形輥導板式穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)(ji)架PQF限(xian)動芯(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)軋管機(ji)(ji)(ji)、12架單獨(du)傳動的(de)定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組成,三大(da)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)本體設備都由德(de)國MEER公(gong)(gong)司(si)設計(ji)制造,主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)設備前后臺(tai)連(lian)線設備由中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)設計(ji),天津賽(sai)瑞機(ji)(ji)(ji)器制造有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)制造。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)(ji)組采用更(geng)為完善的(de)先進(jin)工(gong)藝控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)-CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、嚴格的(de)質量控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)-QAS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、物料跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(MTS)以及(ji)在(zai)線檢測系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等工(gong)藝控制技術,從(cong)而確(que)保了熱軋大(da)口徑(jing)無縫鋼管生產的(de)工(gong)藝先進(jin)性及(ji)穩定(ding)性。
四、主(zhu)要工(gong)藝(yi)設備及性能特點
1. 環形加熱爐
環形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)由LOI天津公(gong)司(si)設(she)計(ji)及制(zhi)作(zuo),為降低成本,采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣和天然氣混合氣作(zuo)為燃料(liao)。從裝料(liao)到出料(liao)共(gong)分7個加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)段(duan)(duan),其中第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)為預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)為均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan);其中預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)(duan)和加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣蓄熱(re)(re)(re)燒(shao)嘴,均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)用(yong)頂置的(de)天然氣平焰燒(shao)嘴均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re),環形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)采(cai)用(yong)全自動、先進、可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統測量和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)爐(lu)(lu)子的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)過程,可(ke)根(gen)據不(bu)同工(gong)況準確匹配爐(lu)(lu)子供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)量,保證(zheng)管坯按最佳的(de)工(gong)藝曲線加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)和保溫(wen)。
環形加(jia)熱(re)爐主要參(can)數(shu)包(bao)括:
中(zhong)徑:51m;
爐底寬度:5.4m;
最大加熱(re)長度:5.0m;
最大坯(pi)重:7620kg;
最大加(jia)熱能力(li):260t/h;
最大裝出(chu)料節奏(zou):90p/h。
2. 錐形輥穿(chuan)孔機(ji)
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由于(yu)本(ben)機組采用(yong)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑大(da),管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)重量(liang)也大(da),為方(fang)便(bian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)咬入(ru),防(fang)止前(qian)卡事故,在(zai)前(qian)臺設置(zhi)了管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)預旋(xuan)轉裝(zhuang)置(zhi),見圖(tu)6-17,大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)在(zai)推(tui)鋼機推(tui)入(ru)軋輥前(qian)在(zai)預旋(xuan)轉的驅動下旋(xuan)轉起來,這樣(yang)很大(da)程度改善了咬入(ru)條件(jian),減少了事故,提高(gao)了軋輥壽命。

該(gai)穿孔(kong)機(ji)后(hou)臺(tai)一段有6組(zu)三(san)輥(gun)定心裝置,后(hou)臺(tai)二段的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)采用(yong)在線小車上(shang)(shang)下料、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)采用(yong)內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水冷(leng)(leng)加外(wai)部(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)方式,當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)穿廢時隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)一起更換(huan),見圖6-18所(suo)示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)(shang)料后(hou)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)水可直接循環(huan)到頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工作(zuo)(zuo)段的(de)內(nei)腔,在軋制及間(jian)歇不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在什么位置,都(dou)能通過內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)快速冷(leng)(leng)卻(que);在軋制間(jian)歇時頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)回(hui)退到基(ji)位后(hou),進(jin)(jin)入有外(wai)部(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱(xiang)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)進(jin)(jin)行外(wai)部(bu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱(xiang)中的(de)15道水環(huan)分4組(zu)控(kong)制,從圓周(zhou)方向分別(bie)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)不同部(bu)位分別(bie)控(kong)制時間(jian)控(kong)制水量來冷(leng)(leng)卻(que),從而保證了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工作(zuo)(zuo)段良好的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果(guo)。

在以前18英(ying)寸PQF機(ji)組(zu)基礎上(shang)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷卻形式做了很大改(gai)進,見圖6-19(其(qi)中(zhong),圖6-19為本機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結(jie)構,圖6-19(b)為原18in頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結(jie)構),頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由(you)原來的實心(xin)體改(gai)為空腔體,以至于(yu)內部冷卻水能一直貫(guan)通(tong)整個頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的內腔,使頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的尖端及工作段能得到徹底冷卻,從而延長了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽命。

本機(ji)組的毛(mao)管(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)采用可伸縮的大擺(bai)臂(bei)移(yi)送到硼砂(sha)(sha)工位,吹(chui)完硼砂(sha)(sha)后(hou)由帶(dai)擺(bai)動(dong)撥叉地面小車將毛(mao)管(guan)移(yi)送到PQF連軋機(ji)前(qian)臺。
穿孔機主要參數包括(kuo):

最大(da)出口速度:0.8m/s;
最大軋制力矩:3165kN·m;
主電機功(gong)率:8200kW×2臺;

氣(qi)霧冷卻系(xi)統(tong):水壓(ya)(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連軋管機
本機(ji)組PQF連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)為5機(ji)架的(de)軸(zhou)向換輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)見圖6-20,優點是隧(sui)道式筒(tong)形牌坊(fang)剛度(du)及強度(du)好(hao),傳(chuan)動(dong)布置緊湊,軋制(zhi)(zhi)穩定性好(hao)。每架軋機(ji)的(de)三個互成120°的(de)軋輥安裝(zhuang)在(zai)獨(du)(du)立的(de)軋制(zhi)(zhi)單元一軋輥小機(ji)架內,安裝(zhuang)在(zai)隧(sui)道上的(de)伺服液壓(ya)小倉,可以(yi)對軋輥輥縫進行同(tong)步(bu)調整(zheng)也可以(yi)單獨(du)(du)調整(zheng),即采用了(le)輥縫自動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(HCCS),從而保(bao)證了(le)軋制(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)量,另外,該連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)在(zai)生(sheng)產過程(cheng)中采用了(le)工藝過程(cheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(PSS),實現了(le)溫度(du)補償、咬(yao)入沖(chong)擊控制(zhi)(zhi)、錐形芯棒伺服和頭(tou)尾削尖等功能。
由于該機組(zu)軋制節奏較慢(最快40s/支(zhi)),只有在線穿芯棒方式(shi),不設(she)預穿線,減少(shao)了(le)芯棒在線數量(liang),減少(shao)了(le)芯棒與毛管(guan)接觸時間,減少(shao)了(le)毛管(guan)的溫降,提高了(le)芯棒壽命(ming),節省(sheng)了(le)設(she)備投資。

連(lian)軋機(ji)主要(yao)參數包(bao)括:
荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;
軋(ya)輥直徑:φ1060~1130mm;
最(zui)大入口速(su)度:1.5m/s;
最大(da)出口速度:4.0m/s;
最大(da)軋(ya)制(zhi)力:620kN;
最大軋制力矩(ju):250kN·m;
電機功率:1~4號機架各3×1000kW,5機架為(wei)3×500kW;

限(xian)動最大返回速度:4.5m/s;
軋(ya)制(zhi)中限動(dong)速度:1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機(ji)
采用12架三(san)輥式(shi)(shi)定徑機(ji),見圖6-21,每架都有一臺電(dian)機(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)架采用傘齒(chi)輪(lun)內傳(chuan)動(dong)結構,在機(ji)架外有一根傳(chuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)通過聯軸(zhou)器與12架組合式(shi)(shi)的減速(su)器相連接(jie),奇偶架的電(dian)機(ji)前后(hou)排上下兩層排列,整(zheng)個(ge)定徑機(ji)布(bu)置(zhi)緊湊。該機(ji)組在定徑機(ji)前設置(zhi)了(le)高(gao)壓水(shui)除(chu)鱗裝(zhuang)置(zhi),提高(gao)鋼(gang)管的外表面(mian)質量,延長(chang)軋(ya)輥壽命。

定徑機主要參(can)數包括:
軋(ya)輥名義直徑:φ1000mm;
機架間距:880mm;
入口鋼(gang)管(guan)速度:0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼管速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機功率:350kW×12臺;
電(dian)機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組工藝控制(zhi)系(xi)統和質量(liang)保證系(xi)統
PQF三(san)輥連軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機組(zu)數(shu)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷增多,使得(de)PQF連軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和質量保(bao)證系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷提(ti)高完善,從而(er)保(bao)證了更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品質量,更(geng)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)材率(lv)和設(she)備利用(yong)率(lv)以及較低的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)具(ju)消耗。整個(ge)機組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包(bao)括通(tong)常所說的(de)(de)(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)在內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以及QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)兩大部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)。整個(ge)熱軋(ya)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)來生(sheng)產(chan)計(ji)劃及生(sheng)產(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及定(ding)(ding)徑機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)三(san)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng),其中(zhong)PQF軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)CARTA是核(he)心部(bu)分(fen)(fen),穿孔(kong)(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是工(gong)藝參數(shu)設(she)定(ding)(ding)、頂頭導板軋(ya)輥等(deng)(deng)軋(ya)制工(gong)具(ju)設(she)計(ji)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容;張(zhang)減機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)設(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝參數(shu)設(she)定(ding)(ding)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)于熱軋(ya)線(xian)質量控制的(de)(de)(de)(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
六、在線檢測質量保(bao)證系(xi)統(tong)QAS
QAS是一個在(zai)線獨立工作站,通過對物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)跟蹤檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce),對數據進行收集分析和存儲,并將分析的(de)(de)結果及時反饋給CARTA系(xi)統以實(shi)施對物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)證鋼管(guan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。QAS檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)具體內容包括:管(guan)坯(pi)稱重以控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坯(pi)料(liao)超重,實(shi)現(xian)坯(pi)料(liao)跟蹤;環形爐出(chu)口測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以優化管(guan)坯(pi)加熱(re),滿(man)足穿孔(kong)及連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工藝要求,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang);穿孔(kong)后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)長以控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸(cun),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)咬入及軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding);芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)潤滑(hua)前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以滿(man)足芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)噴(pen)涂(tu)潤滑(hua)劑的(de)(de)工藝要求,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)內表(biao)面質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)使用(yong)壽(shou)命;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人(ren)口測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)溫(wen)度確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機正常咬入及軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出(chu)口荒(huang)管(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸(cun),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)荒(huang)管(guan)壁厚精度;定(ding)(ding)(ding)徑(jing)前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)荒(huang)管(guan)溫(wen)度,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)徑(jing)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性。
七、機組特點
1. 增大管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing),降低穿孔的(de)擴徑(jing)(jing)率,提高毛管(guan)的(de)幾何尺寸精度
與相近(jin)機組(zu)相比(如(ru)表6-11所示),該機組(zu)增(zeng)大(da)(da)管坯(pi)直徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義在于(yu):對(dui)于(yu)環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu),大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)厚壁(bi)管生(sheng)產時降(jiang)低(di)了(le)坯(pi)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)長度,設計中減少了(le)環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中徑(jing),在環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)建設中減少了(le)近(jin)5%投(tou)資;對(dui)于(yu)穿(chuan)孔機而(er)言,管坯(pi)外徑(jing)增(zeng)大(da)(da)了(le),但毛管的(de)(de)(de)(de)幾(ji)何尺寸和(he)同類(lei)機組(zu)一樣,這(zhe)樣毛管的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴徑(jing)率(lv)降(jiang)低(di)了(le)近(jin)10%,在穿(chuan)孔斜軋過程中,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降(jiang)低(di)了(le)軋件的(de)(de)(de)(de)橫向變(bian)形,能很好抑制穿(chuan)孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)附加變(bian)形程度,提高毛管的(de)(de)(de)(de)幾(ji)何尺寸精度。
2. 穿(chuan)孔機采用新(xin)型的頂桿頂頭(tou)連(lian)接形式和更換方式
與φ460機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)相(xiang)比,天淮508機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)后臺二段形(xing)式徹底改(gai)進,針對大機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)節(jie)奏較慢(man)(最快(kuai)40s以上(shang))的(de)(de)特點(dian),為提高(gao)設備的(de)(de)運行穩定性(xing),增(zeng)加(jia)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)下(xia)料小(xiao)車(che),實現頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)循環,改(gai)變了(le)(le)同類錐(zhui)形(xing)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)單頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)自動快(kuai)換(huan)頂(ding)頭模(mo)式(設備精度要求較高(gao)),采(cai)用頂(ding)頭和頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)通過(guo)過(guo)盈錐(zhui)面配合外加(jia)定位銷連接(jie),見圖6-19,并線(xian)(xian)外裝配作業,這樣減少了(le)(le)換(huan)規(gui)格過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)設備調整時(shi)間(jian),改(gai)進后還避免生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中在(zai)線(xian)(xian)頂(ding)頭安裝不上(shang)出(chu)現無頂(ding)頭軋制工(gong)藝(yi)事(shi)(shi)故(gu)(gu),節(jie)省(sheng)了(le)(le)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)消耗和工(gong)藝(yi)事(shi)(shi)故(gu)(gu)擴大化(hua)造成的(de)(de)機械故(gu)(gu)障,節(jie)省(sheng)工(gong)具費用同時(shi)提高(gao)了(le)(le)作業率(lv)。另外,采(cai)用頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan)小(xiao)車(che)形(xing)式,換(huan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)時(shi)提前準備好(hao)新孔(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan),10min 內完成穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan),較同類型(xing)(xing)機組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)更(geng)換(huan)時(shi)換(huan)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)節(jie)省(sheng)近90%的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)。
3. 改進了穿孔機組頂頭的(de)冷卻方式(shi)
天淮φ508機(ji)組穿孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)并改進了(le)(le)外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),該機(ji)組冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)能(neng)直接(jie)到達(da)(da)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)腔體內(見(jian)圖6-19),設計(ji)時增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)(le)內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya),由同類機(ji)組的(de)(de)8bar增(zeng)(zeng)加到12bar,提高(gao)了(le)(le)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速率。改進了(le)(le)外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),在同類穿孔機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)更換裝置的(de)(de)位(wei)置,設計(ji)了(le)(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)專用(yong)裝置,該裝置采(cai)用(yong)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),見(jian)圖6-18,并配(pei)套電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)系統,根據頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)規格(ge)和(he)溫度調整(zheng)噴吹壓(ya)力和(he)時間,保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均勻(yun),避(bi)免了(le)(le)軋制(zhi)后的(de)(de)高(gao)溫頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不均造成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)開裂報(bao)廢(fei)。該機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)內外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),從近半年生產統計(ji)鍛(duan)造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)平(ping)均壽命達(da)(da)到450支(zhi)(個別達(da)(da)到900支(zhi))以上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)平(ping)均壽命是其他同類機(ji)組的(de)(de)1.5倍(bei)以上。
4. 連軋(ya)短管模式
為保證大口徑(jing)厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan),連(lian)軋機(ji)組(zu)增加短管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,設(she)計(ji)中連(lian)軋機(ji)與脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)間(jian)距為11.5m,在生(sheng)產(chan)短于11.5m大口徑(jing)超厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)時(shi),開發連(lian)軋的(de)短管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,在設(she)計(ji)過程中考慮(lv)實現最短8m管(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan),脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)電機(ji)選(xuan)型時(shi)保證低速(su)性(xing)能穩定,依靠限動齒條將連(lian)軋后管(guan)(guan)送進脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji),這時(shi)脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)的(de)線速(su)度(du)和限動速(su)度(du)一致,咬入后脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)升速(su)實現荒管(guan)(guan)和芯(xin)棒(bang)脫(tuo)(tuo)開。
5. 為保證大口徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)表面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang),移送設備創(chuang)新結構,做到輕(qing)拿輕(qing)放
為(wei)保證大(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang),防(fang)(fang)止鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)移(yi)送(song)過程出現嗑(ke)傷及劃痕(hen)(hen)現象,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)橫(heng)(heng)移(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)及脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)后(hou)(hou)橫(heng)(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)撥料(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)都(dou)進(jin)行改進(jin)創(chuang)新。在(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中,毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥(gun)定心由(you)一(yi)個(ge)撥料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥出由(you)另一(yi)個(ge)撥料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接料(liao)(liao)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)旋轉托輥(gun)上(shang)(shang)(shang)吹硼砂(sha),見(jian)圖(tu)6-22(a),吹完硼砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)高(gao)架小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)帶高(gao)度調(diao)整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)鞍座(zuo)上(shang)(shang)(shang),毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)滾(gun)(gun)落(luo)到(dao)(dao)鞍座(zuo)輥(gun)道上(shang)(shang)(shang)進(jin)而由(you)連軋前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)(bei)取(qu)走;防(fang)(fang)止大(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別是徑壁(bi)大(da)于48)在(zai)撥料(liao)(liao)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)中出現的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)傷和劃痕(hen)(hen),天淮ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)此進(jin)行了(le)(le)改進(jin)創(chuang)新,見(jian)圖(tu)6-22(b),三(san)輥(gun)定心出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)可(ke)伸(shen)縮(suo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)擺臂(bei)(bei)(bei)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)硼砂(sha)工位(wei),吹完硼砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)地面(mian)小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥叉將毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)取(qu)走,小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)到(dao)(dao)行程后(hou)(hou),小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥叉將毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)到(dao)(dao)垂(chui)直(zhi)升(sheng)降(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)料(liao)(liao)叉,小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)回(hui)退,然后(hou)(hou)由(you)連軋前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)(bei)取(qu)走毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)次(ci)接力(li)傳遞中都(dou)避免了(le)(le)在(zai)撥叉及鞍座(zuo)臺架上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)沖擊,都(dou)是輕(qing)拿(na)輕(qing)放(fang),避免了(le)(le)嗑(ke)傷和劃痕(hen)(hen),提高(gao)了(le)(le)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)。另外,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)(hou)橫(heng)(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)冷床(chuang)入口(kou)撥料(liao)(liao)采用了(le)(le)撥料(liao)(liao)防(fang)(fang)護(hu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou),見(jian)圖(tu)6-23,當(dang)(dang)鏈(lian)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)抬(tai)起(qi)過程中附帶在(zai)撥料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)護(hu)板也隨之升(sheng)起(qi)以保護(hu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)防(fang)(fang)止在(zai)撥料(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)(shang)嗑(ke)傷,當(dang)(dang)撥料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)落(luo)下(xia)時反向連桿機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)使防(fang)(fang)護(hu)板也落(luo)下(xia),將鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)慢慢放(fang)下(xia),從而避免了(le)(le)在(zai)以前18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)薄臂(bei)(bei)(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)冷床(chuang)入口(kou)嗑(ke)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)果。在(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中,類似以上(shang)(shang)(shang)保護(hu)措施及結構(gou)(gou)應用較多(duo),進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提高(gao)了(le)(le)大(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)。


八、結(jie)論
Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組(zu)是當今世(shi)(shi)界上(shang)最(zui)大的(de)熱連軋管生產機(ji)組(zu),擁有了(le)(le)世(shi)(shi)界上(shang)最(zui)先進的(de)工藝(yi)設(she)計(ji)和過程控制(zhi)水(shui)平,同(tong)(tong)時設(she)計(ji)過程中(zhong)對同(tong)(tong)類機(ji)組(zu)的(de)不足之處和薄弱(ruo)環節(jie)進行了(le)(le)重大改進,創新了(le)(le)5項技術:
1. 在吸收(shou)以(yi)往的(de)(de)(de)MPM和(he)PQF機組經驗的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,采用8200kW大(da)功率穿孔機加大(da)了(le)穿孔機的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)形量,減小了(le)后續工序變(bian)形,穿孔機的(de)(de)(de)延伸(shen)系數(shu)最(zui)大(da)能夠達(da)到4.7。并(bing)設計減小了(le)穿孔毛管(guan)與連軋芯棒之間的(de)(de)(de)間隙,因此更有(you)利(li)于(yu)生產(chan)薄壁(bi)管(guan)和(he)高合金管(guan),已成功生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼管(guan)徑壁(bi)比達(da)到56。同時最(zui)大(da)限(xian)度地消除了(le)PQF軋機的(de)(de)(de)內壁(bi)傷問題,提(ti)高了(le)鋼管(guan)壁(bi)厚精度和(he)均勻度。表6-12及(ji)圖6-24為(wei)(wei)φ508mm機組生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼管(guan)取樣情況:A~H為(wei)(wei)沿鋼管(guan)同一斷(duan)(duan)面(mian)測得的(de)(de)(de)8個壁(bi)厚數(shu)據。由圖表可知鋼管(guan)各斷(duan)(duan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)厚偏差率都在±8%以(yi)內。

2. 穿孔機組采用新型(xing)的頂桿和(he)頂頭(tou)連(lian)接和(he)更換方式,保證設備運行(xing)穩定(ding),減少了事故,提高了作業率,降(jiang)低了頂桿費(fei)用。
3. 穿孔機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)頭增加了(le)內水(shui)冷(leng)并設計(ji)外水(shui)冷(leng)裝置,保證頂(ding)頭冷(leng)卻均(jun)勻,提高(gao)了(le)頂(ding)頭冷(leng)卻效(xiao)果,頂(ding)頭壽命提高(gao)近50%,為同類(lei)機(ji)組(zu)提供了(le)改進技術(shu)。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管(guan)的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口(kou)徑薄壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
