合成塔筒體采用材料為321不銹鋼制作,板厚12mm,筒體直徑940mm,長9m.工作壓力1.76MPa,溫度≤530℃.筒體焊后要求焊縫總長25%進行X射線探傷檢測。


  筒(tong)(tong)體縱縫(feng)、環(huan)縫(feng)的坡口形(xing)式均(jun)為V形(xing),如圖5-4所示。坡口用(yong)機(ji)械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方法或用(yong)碳(tan)弧氣刨加(jia)工(gong)(gong),氣刨后的坡口表面要清(qing)除熔渣,并打(da)磨(mo)光亮。筒(tong)(tong)體所有縱、環(huan)縫(feng)的坡口開在筒(tong)(tong)內,鈍邊開在筒(tong)(tong)外。其優點是焊根(gen)在筒(tong)(tong)外,便于(yu)碳(tan)弧氣刨進行清(qing)根(gen)操作,另(ling)外,氣刨產生的熔渣不粘在筒(tong)(tong)體內壁(bi)上(shang),保證(zheng)筒(tong)(tong)體光潔,提高耐腐蝕性(xing)。

  筒體成形(xing)后裝配定位(wei)焊(han)(han),每隔200~250mm定位(wei)焊(han)(han)25mm,定位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫高度為4~5mm.施焊(han)(han)順序如圖5-5所示。先在(zai)筒體內焊(han)(han)第(di)1和第(di)2道(第(di)1層),這兩道焊(han)(han)縫的起焊(han)(han)和終止端(duan)應相反(fan)。

  然后在(zai)筒(tong)外清根(gen),再(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)第3和第4道(dao)(dao)(第2層)。同樣注意(yi)各道(dao)(dao)之間的焊(han)(han)(han)接方向要(yao)相反。這樣焊(han)(han)(han)波錯開避免夾渣。焊(han)(han)(han)條不要(yao)做橫向擺動,對準中心(xin)線焊(han)(han)(han)接。清根(gen)時在(zai)筒(tong)外用碳(tan)弧氣(qi)刨(bao)進行,碳(tan)棒直(zhi)徑8mm,電流250~300A,碳(tan)棒與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)夾角45°,刨(bao)槽深度4mm,將第1層焊(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)根(gen)部(bu)可能(neng)有缺陷的金屬全部(bu)創除(chu),刨(bao)后清理熔渣。第3、4層焊(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)完后,最(zui)后在(zai)筒(tong)體內焊(han)(han)(han)接與(yu)腐(fu)蝕介(jie)質接觸的第5、6層焊(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)。


  環縫在(zai)筒體(ti)外部(bu)進(jin)行點固(gu),點牢之后將筒體(ti)吊(diao)放在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)胎上,焊(han)(han)工在(zai)筒內焊(han)(han)接,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)胎轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動開關在(zai)面(mian)罩上,由(you)焊(han)(han)工自(zi)己控制轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動速(su)度(du),邊焊(han)(han)邊轉(zhuan)(zhuan),保持平焊(han)(han)位置,施焊(han)(han)次(ci)序與縱(zong)縫要求(qiu)相同。第1道焊(han)(han)接時采用焊(han)(han)條(tiao)直徑4mm,焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流120~140A.其他各道焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流為130~150A.
