目前,我國已(yi)建(jian)(jian)和(he)在建(jian)(jian)的二代(dai)加核電站(zhan)以壓水堆核電站(zhan)為(wei)主(zhu),核島設(she)備是遵循RCC系列規(gui)(gui)范,采(cai)用(yong)RCC--M壓水堆核島機械設(she)備設(she)計和(he)建(jian)(jian)造規(gui)(gui)范。新建(jian)(jian)AP1000三代(dai)核電站(zhan)按照美國ASME核電規(gui)(gui)范要求(qiu),采(cai)用(yong)ASMEBPVCⅢ核設(she)施部件建(jian)(jian)造規(gui)(gui)則(ze)。核電站(zhan)管(guan)道系統和(he)設(she)備制造使用(yong)的無(wu)縫不銹鋼管可分為四大類,即碳鋼/碳錳鋼/低合金鋼類、鉻鉬鋼類、不銹鋼類和鎳基合金類。核電站中不同的管道系統使用不同材質和不同核安全級別的無縫不銹鋼管。如核安全等級1級、2級、3級、非核級材料,其質量等級別分別對應RCC--M規范Q1、Q2、Q3、QNC級和ASMEBPVCⅢ規范A、B、C、D級,其生產制造和質保要求均嚴格按照規范的相關規定執行,核1、2、3級產品的生產制造活動還需要向國家核安全局申報、備案,并接受監管。



   不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)質(zhi)特(te)點及選材(cai)(cai)要(yao)求:核(he)電站(zhan)核(he)島回路系統由于要(yao)將放(fang)射性(xing)物質(zhi)包(bao)容(rong)在(zai)其內,管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)選擇要(yao)求考慮運行工況、冷(leng)卻劑介質(zhi)、材(cai)(cai)料(liao)老(lao)化(hua)等多(duo)種因(yin)素(su)。如核(he)蒸(zheng)汽系統輸出堆芯熱能(neng)的(de)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),是連接反應堆壓(ya)(ya)力容(rong)器(qi)和(he)(he)(he)蒸(zheng)汽發生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)特(te)厚(hou)壁承壓(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),屬核(he)一級關(guan)鍵設(she)備,目前(qian)二代核(he)電機組采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)奧氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)--鐵素(su)體(ti)(ti)雙相(xiang)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)離心鑄管(guan)(guan)(guan),而三代核(he)電AP1000機組則(ze)(ze)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)超低碳控氮(dan)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)整體(ti)(ti)鍛造工藝制造,其技術(shu)難度非常高;與冷(leng)卻劑相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)一回路管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)系統采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)含Mo的(de)304不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)、含Mo的(de)316L不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)及時效硬(ying)化(hua)型奧氏(shi)體(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan);蒸(zheng)汽發生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)傳熱管(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)求強韌性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)耐(nai)應力腐蝕能(neng)力,通常采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)Inconel600和(he)(he)(he)Inconel690的(de)鎳(nie)基(ji)合金管(guan)(guan)(guan);對于核(he)蒸(zheng)汽系統和(he)(he)(he)核(he)輔(fu)助系統管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(NSSS和(he)(he)(he)BNI)則(ze)(ze)一般采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)碳鋼(gang)/碳錳鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan),如TUE250B、TU42C、P280GH(TU48C)、A106BP11Gr6等。



  常規島管(guan)(guan)道二回路管(guan)(guan)道系(xi)統(tong)主要是(shi)輸送蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)和給水(shui),整個(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)輸送的介質溫度(du)、壓力參數均比同功率火(huo)電機組低,沒(mei)有高(gao)溫蠕變問(wen)題(ti),因此常規島二回路管(guan)(guan)道系(xi)統(tong)用(yong)鋼管(guan)(guan)采用(yong)碳/碳錳(meng)鋼。但是(shi),因為該管(guan)(guan)道系(xi)統(tong)輸送帶一定濕(shi)度(du)的飽和蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),存在(zai)“流動加(jia)速的腐(fu)蝕(FAC)問(wen)題(ti),這會間接(jie)影響整個(ge)(ge)電站的安全。對(dui)于存在(zai)流體加(jia)速腐(fu)蝕(FAC)的管(guan)(guan)道材料,要求選擇能夠(gou)抑制FAC現象的控碳/錳(meng)鋼,如控鉻20鋼、控鉻A106/API5LB等;對(dui)于蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)濕(shi)度(du)較(jiao)大(da)的高(gao)壓缸排汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)和高(gao)壓加(jia)熱器(qi)的抽汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan),直(zhi)接(jie)選用(yong)鉻含(han)量較(jiao)高(gao)的合金鋼管(guan)(guan),如A355P11、P22等;對(dui)同時(shi)抗“FAC”和抗疲勞的蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)輸水(shui)管(guan)(guan)線(xian),則選用(yong)304L不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)。
