一、不(bu)同標準(zhun)規(gui)范對低溫(wen)管道的(de)定義


  我國標準(zhun)一般(ban)規(gui)定設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或等于(yu)(yu)(yu)-20℃的管道(dao)(dao)屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)溫(wen)管道(dao)(dao)。GB 50316、SH3059和GB150標準(zhun)規(gui)定設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或等于(yu)(yu)(yu)-20℃的壓(ya)力管道(dao)(dao)屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)溫(wen)管道(dao)(dao)。GB 50235、SH 3501 標準(zhun)規(gui)定設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或等于(yu)(yu)(yu)-29℃的壓(ya)力管道(dao)(dao)屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)溫(wen)管道(dao)(dao)。


  ASTM、ASME標(biao)準規(gui)定(ding)設計溫(wen)度低于(yu)或等于(yu)-29℃的管道屬于(yu)低溫(wen)管道。


  前ASTM、ASME對于低(di)溫管道采用了根(gen)據材(cai)(cai)料(liao)組別、厚度(du)(du)、應力水(shui)平(ping)和(he)熱處理狀態確定材(cai)(cai)料(liao)最低(di)設計金屬溫度(du)(du)的方法,這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)方法建立(li)在大量實驗研究(jiu)的基礎上,運用斷裂力學(xue)的判據,針對每種(zhong)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的性能(neng)、厚度(du)(du)、熱處理狀態分別確定低(di)溫限,是比較科學(xue)的方法。我國標準將低(di)溫限統一(yi)定為-20℃,這(zhe)(zhe)是根(gen)據經(jing)驗人為地(di)劃定的界限,對于一(yi)些材(cai)(cai)料(liao)具有不合理性。



二、低(di)溫管道(dao)沖(chong)擊試驗(yan)與(yu)低(di)溫低(di)應力工況


  設計溫度低于或等于-20℃的低溫管道用鋼材,除含碳量小于和等于0.10%且符合標準的鉻鎳奧氏體不銹鋼在材料溫度不低于-196℃時不做低溫沖擊試驗外,其余鋼材均應做夏比(V形缺口)低溫沖擊試驗。試驗要求應符合GB 150《鋼制壓力容器》和GB50316《工業金屬管道設計規范》的規定。


  低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)管道用鋼材(cai)做低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)沖擊試驗不包(bao)括“低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)(di)應力工(gong)況(kuang)”。低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)(di)應力工(gong)況(kuang)系(xi)指壓力1/6,且不大于50MPa”是低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)(di)應力工(gong)況(kuang)的判據。


“GB 150、GB 50316、GB/T 20801.2和HG 20585《鋼制低溫(wen)壓力(li)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)技術規定》。同時(shi)規定,除(chu)抗拉強(qiang)度(du)下(xia)限值大于540MPa的(de)鋼材及螺栓材料(liao)外,壓力(li)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)殼體及其受壓元(yuan)件或受壓的(de)管道組成件在低溫(wen)低應力(li)工況下(xia),若設計溫(wen)度(du)加(jia)50℃后高(gao)于-20℃時(shi),壓力(li)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)和管道材料(liao)可免做(zuo)低溫(wen)沖擊(ji)試驗。



三、低溫工況管道材料的選用


  具(ju)有面心立方晶格(ge)的(de)金屬材(cai)料(liao)(如銅Cu、鎳(nie)Ni、奧氏體鋼(gang)等)一般(ban)沒有低(di)溫冷脆現象,是最好的(de)低(di)溫用(yong)材(cai),故含銅、鎳(nie)等元素的(de)合金鋼(gang)常用(yong)于低(di)溫工況。晶粒越細鋼(gang)材(cai)的(de)低(di)溫沖(chong)擊(ji)韌性越好,故一般(ban)鐵素體鋼(gang)要(yao)正火處理后使用(yong)。雜質元素硫(S)、磷(P)、氧(O)都(dou)將(jiang)降低(di)鋼(gang)材(cai)的(de)低(di)溫沖(chong)擊(ji)韌性,一般(ban)要(yao)嚴格(ge)控(kong)制。


  中國的低溫用鋼有16Mn、09Mn2V、06AlCu、06MnNb或奧氏體不銹鋼。但前幾種一般適應的低溫溫度不宜太低,而奧氏體不銹鋼(gang)又比較貴,故這里介紹ASTM中常的低溫用鋼,即鎳(Ni)鋼。



四、低(di)溫用(yong)鋼及(ji)低(di)溫界(jie)線


  Q235-B,Q235-A使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)0℃;20鋼使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-19℃;L245,A105,WPB,WCB使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-29℃;16Mn、16MnD使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-40℃;10MnD,A333Gr6,WPL6,LF2,LCB使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-46℃;3.5Ni使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-101℃;奧氏體不銹鋼,Al,Cu使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-196℃。



工程應(ying)用:某寒冷地區配管設計管道器材選用


  某寒冷地(di)區(qu)的工程設計,當地(di)最(zui)低(di)(di)氣溫(wen)為-40℃。沒有(you)選用不銹鋼材質(zhi)管(guan)(guan)子(zi),而是根(gen)據(ju)低(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)應(ying)力工況,選用了16Mn材質(zhi)管(guan)(guan)道材料(liao)。
