1. 坡口(kou)形式


   由于受許用焊接電流的限制,這種焊接方法主要用于薄板的單層焊和中厚板多層焊的封底焊道,也可用于中厚板的焊接。在保證焊透的情況下,對接焊縫應力求縮小焊縫截面積,減少熔敷金屬并考慮操作方便,常用的坡口形式有V形、U形、雙面V形及V-U組合形等。奧氏體型不銹鋼管子對接焊坡口形式見表4-26。

   各(ge)種(zhong)接頭(tou)(tou)中T形接頭(tou)(tou)、對接接頭(tou)(tou)的保護(hu)效果(guo)較好,而角(jiao)接接頭(tou)(tou)、端接接頭(tou)(tou)因氣體流(liu)量分散性較大,保護(hu)效果(guo)較差,如圖(tu)4-35所示(shi)。

2. 焊前(qian)清理


   焊接區及填充焊絲(si)均應進行嚴格清(qing)理,清(qing)除氧(yang)化膜、油污、臟物和水分等污物。



3. 焊接參數


 a. 焊接電流


     根據(ju)焊(han)(han)件(jian)厚度、接頭形式、焊(han)(han)接位置(zhi)等因素來選用焊(han)(han)接電(dian)(dian)流(liu),除此還要(yao)考慮鎢(wu)極所承(cheng)受電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的能力。焊(han)(han)接電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大,容易產生燒(shao)穿或使焊(han)(han)縫下(xia)陷(xian)和咬邊(bian)等缺(que)(que)陷(xian),嚴重時還會(hui)引起鎢(wu)極燒(shao)損或產生夾鎢(wu)等缺(que)(que)陷(xian)。焊(han)(han)接電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過小,電(dian)(dian)弧燃燒(shao)不穩定,會(hui)造(zao)成未(wei)焊(han)(han)透等缺(que)(que)欠(qian)。


 b. 電弧電壓


     主要取(qu)決于焊(han)接過程中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)長(chang)度,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)拉(la)長(chang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)增大,熔寬增寬,熔深(shen)變淺。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過高時,會導致焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)不(bu)穩,易(yi)產生(sheng)未(wei)(wei)焊(han)透、未(wei)(wei)熔合和(he)熔池保護不(bu)佳等缺陷。應在(zai)保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)不(bu)短路的(de)情況下(xia),盡量減少弧(hu)(hu)(hu)長(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)一(yi)般控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)9~20V范圍內,最常用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為9~14V。


 c. 焊接速度


     為(wei)了不破壞(huai)氣(qi)流對熔池的(de)(de)保護作用,焊接(jie)速(su)(su)度一(yi)般不宜過快。在保證焊縫金(jin)屬和母(mu)材金(jin)屬不被氧化(hua)的(de)(de)前(qian)提(ti)(ti)下,為(wei)了提(ti)(ti)高(gao)生產效(xiao)率,盡(jin)可能提(ti)(ti)高(gao)焊接(jie)速(su)(su)度。提(ti)(ti)高(gao)焊接(jie)速(su)(su)度,焊接(jie)接(jie)頭在450~850℃危險(xian)溫(wen)度停留時間會相(xiang)對減少,有利于提(ti)(ti)高(gao)焊接(jie)接(jie)頭的(de)(de)耐腐(fu)蝕性能。


 d. 焊絲


    同一牌號的奧氏體不銹鋼(gang)焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-27,不同牌號的奧氏體不銹鋼焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-28。不銹鋼藥芯焊絲的選用見表2-28~表2-31。


     我國的不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)與AWS A5.22-1995《耐(nai)腐蝕鉻及(ji)鉻鎳鋼(gang)用藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)》及(ji)其他國家(jia)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)的對應關系,見表2-64。

 e. 氬氣純(chun)度與流量


     氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)純度(du)不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)99.9%(體(ti)(ti)積(ji)分(fen)數),氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)純度(du)愈(yu)高,保護效(xiao)果愈(yu)好。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)量過低,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)挺(ting)度(du)不(bu)(bu)足,排除周圍空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)能力減弱(ruo),造成(cheng)熔(rong)池(chi)保護效(xiao)果不(bu)(bu)佳(jia);氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)量過大(da),容易(yi)將熔(rong)池(chi)周圍的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)卷入熔(rong)池(chi),形成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)紊流(liu),降低保護效(xiao)果。氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)量與噴嘴直(zhi)徑(jing)大(da)小(xiao)有(you)關,見(jian)式(shi)(4-6)。

     氬(ya)氣(qi)流量不僅與噴嘴直徑(jing)有(you)關(guan),還與焊接電流大小有(you)關(guan),它們之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)參數選擇見表4-29。

 f. 電極極性


     為了(le)減少鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)燒損,延長鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)壽(shou)命,一(yi)般采用(yong)(yong)直流電源正接(工(gong)件(jian)接電源正極(ji)(ji),鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)接電源負極(ji)(ji)。直流正接在工(gong)藝文件(jian)上用(yong)(yong)符(fu)號DC或DCSP表(biao)示,DC是(shi)英文di-rect current 的縮寫;DCSP 是(shi)英文 direct current straight polarity的縮寫),也可以(yi)用(yong)(yong)交流鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)氬弧焊機焊接奧氏體型不銹鋼。


 g. 鎢極


     鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)有(you)純鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、釷(tu)鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)鈰鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)3種,其中(zhong)鈰鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(活化鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji))比純鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工藝(yi)性(xing)好(hao)得多,且對人體損害(hai)小(xiao)(xiao),推薦首選使用。鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)直徑與相應焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源和(he)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)條件(jian)下的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流允許值,參見表4-30、表4-31。施焊(han)(han)前,要將鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)部(bu)磨成一定形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),通常有(you)尖頭(tou)和(he)平頭(tou)等形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)。采用較小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流施焊(han)(han)時,要選用小(xiao)(xiao)直徑的(de)(de)(de)鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)棒,端(duan)頭(tou)磨成尖頭(tou)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),錐頂角(jiao)度約30°,如(ru)圖(tu)4-36(a)所示(shi)。當(dang)采用大的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流施焊(han)(han)時,鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)應磨成帶有(you)平頂的(de)(de)(de)錐形(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),如(ru)圖(tu)4-36(b)所示(shi)。平頂錐形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)端(duan)頭(tou)可避免(mian)尖端(duan)過(guo)熱熔(rong)化,減少鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)部(bu)損耗,同時還有(you)利于(yu)防(fang)止陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)斑點的(de)(de)(de)游(you)動,從而(er)穩定電(dian)(dian)弧。鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)頭(tou)愈(yu)尖愈(yu)易燒損,燒損后將導致電(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)壓增高(gao),直接(jie)影(ying)響熔(rong)池保(bao)護(hu)效果,也會使焊(han)(han)縫(feng)氧化,甚至產生焊(han)(han)縫(feng)寬度不均的(de)(de)(de)缺陷。

 h. 鎢(wu)極伸出長(chang)度


     鎢極伸(shen)出長度指(zhi)鎢極超出噴嘴端面的(de)長度。鎢極伸(shen)出的(de)短,可以使噴嘴與(yu)焊件相對靠近(jin),氣體保護(hu)效果好(hao),通常鎢極伸(shen)出長度為2~8mm。


 i. 噴嘴(nozzle)


     常用(yong)鎢(wu)極(ji)氬(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)用(yong)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)結構如圖4-37所(suo)示,D端與(yu)(yu)焊(han)槍連接(jie)段為(wei)(wei)(wei)長10~12mm的(de)(de)圓柱體(ti)(ti);小(xiao)圓柱的(de)(de)末(mo)端部(bu)分的(de)(de)長度(du)(du)L不(bu)應小(xiao)于噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)孔(kong)徑(jing)(jing),其長度(du)(du)以1.2~1.5倍噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)孔(kong)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)(d)為(wei)(wei)(wei)宜。噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)的(de)(de)錐形部(bu)分有(you)緩沖氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流的(de)(de)作用(yong),可改善保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo)。為(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)提高氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁應光滑(hua)、不(bu)允(yun)許有(you)棱角(jiao)、凹槽,不(bu)得沾上飛濺物。為(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)使氬(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)從(cong)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出時(shi)(shi)成為(wei)(wei)(wei)穩定的(de)(de)層流,提高氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo),焊(han)槍應有(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)透鏡(jing)(類似穩定裝置(zhi))、多孔(kong)性擋板(可用(yong)1~2層銅(tong)絲(si)網(wang)組(zu)成,網(wang)目數不(bu)得少于600~700孔(kong)/c㎡)及緩沖室。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流量(liang)不(bu)變,增大噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)時(shi)(shi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)挺度(du)(du)下降,對熔池保(bao)護(hu)減弱;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流量(liang)不(bu)變,噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)變小(xiao)時(shi)(shi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)流速增加過多,可造成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)紊流,也(ye)會造成保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo)不(bu)好。實踐證明,在手工鎢(wu)極(ji)氬(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)時(shi)(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)在8~20mm 范圍內(nei)(nei),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流量(liang)以10~25L/min為(wei)(wei)(wei)宜。當噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)和氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流量(liang)一定時(shi)(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)至焊(han)件(jian)之間的(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)愈短,則保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo)愈好,但(dan)過小(xiao)會影響焊(han)工的(de)(de)視線和引(yin)起(qi)鎢(wu)極(ji)與(yu)(yu)焊(han)件(jian)短路。對于噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8~20mm的(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui),距(ju)離(li)焊(han)件(jian)一般不(bu)超(chao)過15mm。

 k. 冷卻水流量(liang)


     焊槍額定電流大于160A時,焊接前(qian)焊槍須通冷(leng)卻水,焊接完成須滯后停止(zhi)冷(leng)卻水。冷(leng)卻水流量不(bu)得小(xiao)于1L/min,否則焊機無法啟動或易燒毀焊槍。



4. 提高氣體保護效果的(de)措施


   為了使焊接接頭正面(mian)和背(bei)面(mian)得到可靠保(bao)(bao)護(hu),可采用圖4-38~圖4-40所示(shi)的工藝裝備來(lai)提(ti)高保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效果。





5. 操(cao)作技術(shu)


   裝(zhuang)配定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),應采用(yong)與(yu)(yu)(yu)正式(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲和工藝(yi),定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度(du)距離應根據(ju)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件厚(hou)度(du)與(yu)(yu)(yu)結構剛度(du)而定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)。一(yi)般每段定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫長(chang)度(du)為5~15mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫厚(hou)度(du)不(bu)(bu)大(da)于2mm。例如直(zhi)徑φ60mm以下的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管子,用(yong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)2~3處,定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫長(chang)度(du)約5mm。直(zhi)徑159mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管子,用(yong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)4處,定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫長(chang)度(du)約10mm。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫須保證質量,不(bu)(bu)允許存在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)缺陷。對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)與(yu)(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件之間(jian)保持后傾(qing),鎢極與(yu)(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件之間(jian)傾(qing)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為75°~80°,填(tian)充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與(yu)(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件傾(qing)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為75°~15°,希望(wang)填(tian)充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與(yu)(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件傾(qing)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)越小越好,過大(da)則容(rong)易擾(rao)亂氣體保護;角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時,除(chu)了對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求外,還要(yao)求與(yu)(yu)(yu)板之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相對(dui)位置。


   填(tian)充焊(han)(han)絲時(shi)動作要緩、穩(wen),不要破(po)壞氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)對熔池的(de)保護。不能(neng)像氣(qi)(qi)(qi)焊(han)(han)那(nei)樣(yang)在熔池中(zhong)(zhong)攪(jiao)拌,應一滴(di)(di)一滴(di)(di)地緩慢送入熔池,或(huo)者(zhe)將焊(han)(han)絲端(duan)頭(tou)浸(jin)入熔池中(zhong)(zhong)不斷(duan)填(tian)入,并(bing)向前移動,焊(han)(han)絲端(duan)頭(tou)不能(neng)脫離氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體保護區。要防(fang)止焊(han)(han)絲與鎢極(ji)接觸、碰(peng)撞,否則加劇鎢極(ji)燒(shao)損,而引起焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)夾鎢。焊(han)(han)接收弧時(shi)、應減慢焊(han)(han)接速度、增加焊(han)(han)絲填(tian)充量。焊(han)(han)接薄板時(shi),為了防(fang)止變(bian)形可采用銅(tong)襯墊,并(bing)將焊(han)(han)件壓貼于(yu)襯墊上(shang),以(yi)利于(yu)散熱。在銅(tong)墊板上(shang)加工出凹(ao)槽,凹(ao)槽對準焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)以(yi)便背面(mian)充氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)保護,見圖4-39、圖4-40。電弧熄滅后,焊(han)(han)槍(qiang)噴嘴仍須對準熔池,以(yi)延長氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)保護效果。


   實踐證明,從焊(han)接接頭(tou)的顏(yan)色(se),也可(ke)以判斷焊(han)接區的保護(hu)效果,詳見表4-32。
