用管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道輸(shu)(shu)送(song)原油(you)(you)(you)、成品油(you)(you)(you)和(he)液化石油(you)(you)(you)氣的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。一(yi)般包括輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道、輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及輔(fu)助設(she)施(shi)(shi)等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)內容(rong)。輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道系統(tong)是(shi)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)型輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道及有(you)關設(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中各(ge)(ge)類(lei)工(gong)(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)(de)起點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間設(she)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。分輸(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道沿線,為(wei)分輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)品至用戶而設(she)置的(de)(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場。中間加熱站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間以加熱設(she)施(shi)(shi)為(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)(de)終點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。


(1)輸(shu)油管道(dao)工程設計(ji)計(ji)算(suan)輸(shu)油量(liang)時(shi),年工作天數應按350天計(ji)算(suan)。應按設計(ji)委托書或設計(ji)合同規定的輸(shu)量(liang)(年輸(shu)量(liang)、月輸(shu)量(liang)、日輸(shu)量(liang))作為設計(ji)輸(shu)量(liang)。設計(ji)最小輸(shu)量(liang)應符合經濟及安全輸(shu)送條件。


(2)輸油管道設計宜采(cai)用密閉(bi)輸送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。若采(cai)用其他輸送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),應進(jin)行技術經(jing)(jing)濟論(lun)證(zheng)(zheng),并說(shuo)明(ming)其可行性。當管輸多種油品時,宜采(cai)用順序輸送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。若采(cai)用專管專用輸送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),應進(jin)行技術經(jing)(jing)濟論(lun)證(zheng)(zheng)。


(3)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)道(dao)系統輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)工藝方案應依據設計內壓(ya)力、管(guan)道(dao)管(guan)型及鋼(gang)種等級(ji)、管(guan)徑、壁厚、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方式、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站數、順序輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)油(you)品批(pi)次等,以多個組合方案進行比選,確定最佳輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)工藝方案。


(4)管(guan)輸(shu)原油質(zhi)量應符合國家(jia)(jia)現(xian)行(xing)(xing)標(biao)準SY/T 7513的(de)規(gui)定;管(guan)輸(shu)液(ye)態(tai)液(ye)化石(shi)油氣的(de)質(zhi)量應符合現(xian)行(xing)(xing)國家(jia)(jia)標(biao)準GB 9052.1或GB11174的(de)規(gui)定;管(guan)輸(shu)其他成品油質(zhi)量應符合國家(jia)(jia)現(xian)行(xing)(xing)產品標(biao)準。


(5)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道系(xi)統輸(shu)(shu)送工藝總流程圖應標注首站(zhan)、中(zhong)間站(zhan)、末站(zhan)的輸(shu)(shu)油(you)量,進出站(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫等主要(yao)工藝參(can)數。并注明線路截斷閥、大型(xing)穿跨越(yue)、各站(zhan)間及里(li)程、高程(注明是(shi)否有翻越(yue)點(dian))。


(6)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道系統輸(shu)(shu)送(song)工藝(yi)設計(ji)應包括水力(li)和(he)(he)熱力(li)計(ji)算,并進行穩態和(he)(he)瞬態水力(li)分析,提出輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道在(zai)密閉輸(shu)(shu)送(song)中瞬變(bian)流動過程的控制方(fang)法(fa)。


(7)輸油管道的(de)設計應符合現行(xing)國(guo)家標準GB50253的(de)規定,其(qi)穿跨越(yue)工(gong)程設計應符合國(guo)家現行(xing)標準 SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)有關(guan)規定。


(8)原油(you)管(guan)道、成(cheng)(cheng)品油(you)管(guan)道和液(ye)態液(ye)化石油(you)氣(LPG)管(guan)道系統輸(shu)送工藝的計(ji)算(suan)(suan)及(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)品.油(you)順(shun)序輸(shu)送混油(you)段長度計(ji)算(suan)(suan)應(ying)按現行國家(jia)標準GB 50253有關規定計(ji)算(suan)(suan)。埋(mai)地(di)的原油輸(shu)送(song)管道的沿線溫降(jiang)應按現行國家標(biao)準GB 50253有關規定(ding)計算。


(9)原油管道(dao)輸(shu)送要求:


      根據被(bei)輸送(song)原油的物(wu)理化(hua)學性質(zhi)及其流變性,通過優化(hua)比選,選擇(ze)最佳輸送(song)方式;


      加熱輸送(song)的埋地原油管道,優(you)選(xuan)加熱溫(wen)度;管道是否需(xu)保(bao)溫(wen),進行(xing)管道保(bao)溫(wen)與不(bu)保(bao)溫(wen)的技術經濟比較,確定(ding)合理(li)方案。


(10)成品油管道輸送要(yao)求:


      按設計(ji)委托書(shu)或設計(ji)合同規定的(de)成品(pin)油(you)輸(shu)量、品(pin)種(zhong)與各品(pin)種(zhong)的(de)比例,以及分輸(shu)、輸(shu)入數量,進行成品(pin)油(you)管道(dao)系統輸(shu)送工藝設計(ji);


      輸送(song)多品(pin)種(zhong)成品(pin)油時(shi),宜采(cai)用單(dan)管(guan)順序輸送(song)。油品(pin)批量輸送(song)的排(pai)列順序,將油品(pin)性質(zhi)相(xiang)近的緊(jin)鄰排(pai)列;


      成品油順(shun)序輸(shu)送管道,在輸(shu)油站間不宜設置(zhi)副管;


      在順序輸送高黏度成品油(如重油)時宜(yi)使(shi)用隔離(li)裝置;


      多品(pin)種(zhong)成品(pin)油順序輸送(song)管道,采(cai)用(yong)連(lian)續輸送(song)方(fang)式;當采(cai)用(yong)間歇輸送(song)時,應采(cai)取措施以(yi)減少混油量;


      采(cai)用旁接(jie)油(you)(you)罐輸送(song)工藝(yi)(yi),當多種(zhong)油(you)(you)品順(shun)序(xu)輸送(song)混油(you)(you)界面(mian)通過泵(beng)站(zhan)時,應切換成泵(beng)到泵(beng)輸送(song)工藝(yi)(yi);


      根據油罐區的(de)(de)建設和營運費用與混油貶值造(zao)成的(de)(de)費用損(sun)失兩個方面進(jin)行(xing)綜合比(bi)較后,確定最佳循環次(ci)數。


(11)液態(tai)液化石油氣(qi)(LPG)管道輸(shu)送(song)要(yao)求(qiu):


      按(an)設(she)計委托書(shu)或設(she)計合同規定的液態液化(hua)石(shi)(shi)油氣輸量、組分與各組分的比例(li),進行液態液化(hua)石(shi)(shi)油氣管道系統輸送工(gong)藝設(she)計;


      液態液化(hua)石(shi)油氣(qi)在管道中輸(shu)送時,沿線任何一點的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)都必(bi)須(xu)高(gao)于(yu)輸(shu)送溫度下液化(hua)石(shi)油氣(qi)的飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)。沿線各(ge)中間站的進站壓(ya)(ya)力(li)應比同(tong)溫度下液化(hua)石(shi)油氣(qi)的飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)高(gao)1.0MPa,末站進儲(chu)罐前的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)應比同(tong)溫度下液化(hua)石(shi)油氣(qi)的飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)高(gao)0.5MPa。


      液態液化石油氣在管(guan)道內(nei)(nei)的(de)平均流速(su),應(ying)(ying)經技(ji)術經濟比較后確定,但(dan)要注意因(yin)管(guan)內(nei)(nei)摩阻升溫而需另行(xing)冷(leng)卻的(de)能耗,可取0.8~1.4m/s,但(dan)最大不應(ying)(ying)超過3m/s。
