用管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送原(yuan)油(you)(you)(you)、成品油(you)(you)(you)和(he)液化石油(you)(you)(you)氣的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工(gong)程。一般(ban)包括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及輔助設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)等工(gong)程內容。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)系統(tong)是(shi)(shi)各類型輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)及有關(guan)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)統(tong)稱。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)程中(zhong)各類工(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)統(tong)稱。首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)起點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中(zhong)間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間設(she)(she)(she)有的(de)(de)各類站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)統(tong)稱。分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)沿線,為(wei)分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)品至用戶而設(she)(she)(she)置的(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)。中(zhong)間加熱(re)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間以加熱(re)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)為(wei)主的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)終點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。


(1)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道工程(cheng)設計(ji)(ji)計(ji)(ji)算輸(shu)(shu)油(you)量(liang)時,年工作天數應按350天計(ji)(ji)算。應按設計(ji)(ji)委(wei)托書或(huo)設計(ji)(ji)合同規定的輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(年輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)、月輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)、日輸(shu)(shu)量(liang))作為(wei)設計(ji)(ji)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)。設計(ji)(ji)最小(xiao)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)應符合經濟及安全輸(shu)(shu)送條件。


(2)輸油管道設計(ji)宜采用密(mi)閉輸送(song)工(gong)藝(yi)。若采用其他輸送(song)工(gong)藝(yi),應進行技術經濟論證,并說明(ming)其可行性。當管輸多種油品時,宜采用順序輸送(song)工(gong)藝(yi)。若采用專(zhuan)管專(zhuan)用輸送(song)工(gong)藝(yi),應進行技術經濟論證。


(3)輸油(you)管道(dao)系統輸送工(gong)藝方案(an)應依據設計(ji)內壓力、管道(dao)管型及鋼種等級、管徑(jing)、壁(bi)厚(hou)、輸送方式、輸油(you)站數、順序輸送油(you)品批次等,以多個(ge)組(zu)合(he)方案(an)進(jin)行(xing)比(bi)選,確定最佳輸油(you)工(gong)藝方案(an)。


(4)管(guan)輸原(yuan)油質(zhi)量應符(fu)合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)現行標(biao)準SY/T 7513的(de)(de)(de)規定;管(guan)輸液態液化石油氣的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量應符(fu)合現行國(guo)家(jia)(jia)標(biao)準GB 9052.1或GB11174的(de)(de)(de)規定;管(guan)輸其(qi)他(ta)成品(pin)(pin)油質(zhi)量應符(fu)合國(guo)家(jia)(jia)現行產品(pin)(pin)標(biao)準。


(5)輸(shu)油(you)(you)管道系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)送(song)工藝總流程圖應(ying)標注(zhu)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、中(zhong)間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的輸(shu)油(you)(you)量,進出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)壓力及(ji)油(you)(you)溫等(deng)主(zhu)要(yao)工藝參數(shu)。并注(zhu)明線路截斷閥、大(da)型(xing)穿跨越、各站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)間及(ji)里程、高程(注(zhu)明是(shi)否有翻越點)。


(6)輸油管道(dao)(dao)系(xi)統輸送(song)工(gong)藝設計應(ying)包括水力(li)和熱力(li)計算(suan),并進(jin)行(xing)穩態和瞬態水力(li)分析,提出輸油管道(dao)(dao)在密閉輸送(song)中瞬變流動過程的控(kong)制(zhi)方法。


(7)輸油(you)管道的(de)設計應(ying)符合現(xian)(xian)行國(guo)(guo)家標準(zhun)GB50253的(de)規定,其穿(chuan)跨(kua)越(yue)工程設計應(ying)符合國(guo)(guo)家現(xian)(xian)行標準(zhun) SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)有關(guan)規定。


(8)原油(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)、成品油(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)和(he)液(ye)態液(ye)化石油(you)氣(LPG)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)系統(tong)輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝的計算及成品.油(you)順序輸(shu)(shu)送混油(you)段長度計算應按現(xian)行國家標準GB 50253有關(guan)規定計算。埋地的(de)原油輸送管道的(de)沿線溫降應按現(xian)行國家標準GB 50253有(you)關規(gui)定計算。


(9)原油管道輸(shu)送要(yao)求:


      根據(ju)被輸(shu)(shu)送原油的物理化學性(xing)質(zhi)及其流變(bian)性(xing),通(tong)過優化比選(xuan),選(xuan)擇最佳輸(shu)(shu)送方(fang)式;


      加熱輸(shu)送的埋地(di)原油管道(dao),優選加熱溫度(du);管道(dao)是否需保(bao)溫,進行(xing)管道(dao)保(bao)溫與不(bu)保(bao)溫的技術經濟比較,確定合理方(fang)案。


(10)成品油管道(dao)輸送要求:


      按設(she)計(ji)委托書或設(she)計(ji)合(he)同規定的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)品油輸(shu)(shu)量、品種與各品種的(de)比(bi)例,以及分輸(shu)(shu)、輸(shu)(shu)入數量,進行成(cheng)(cheng)品油管道系統輸(shu)(shu)送工藝設(she)計(ji);


      輸送多品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)成品(pin)(pin)油(you)時,宜采用單管順(shun)序輸送。油(you)品(pin)(pin)批量(liang)輸送的排(pai)列順(shun)序,將(jiang)油(you)品(pin)(pin)性質相(xiang)近的緊鄰排(pai)列;


      成品油(you)(you)順(shun)序輸送管道(dao),在輸油(you)(you)站間(jian)不宜設(she)置副(fu)管;


      在順序輸送高黏度成品(pin)油(you)(如重(zhong)油(you))時(shi)宜使用隔(ge)離裝(zhuang)置;


      多品種成品油順序輸送管道,采(cai)用連續輸送方(fang)式(shi);當采(cai)用間歇(xie)輸送時(shi),應采(cai)取(qu)措施以減少混油量(liang);


      采用旁(pang)接油罐輸送工(gong)藝(yi),當多種油品順序輸送混油界面通(tong)過(guo)泵(beng)站時,應(ying)切換成泵(beng)到泵(beng)輸送工(gong)藝(yi);


      根據油罐區(qu)的建設和營運費用與混油貶值造(zao)成的費用損失(shi)兩個方面進(jin)行綜合(he)比較后,確定最佳循環次數(shu)。


(11)液態液化石(shi)油氣(LPG)管道輸送(song)要求(qiu):


      按設計委托(tuo)書或設計合同規定的(de)液態(tai)液化石油氣(qi)輸量、組分與各組分的(de)比例,進(jin)行液態(tai)液化石油氣(qi)管道(dao)系統輸送工藝設計;


      液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)石油氣(qi)在(zai)管道中(zhong)輸送時,沿線任何一點的(de)壓(ya)力都必(bi)須高于(yu)輸送溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)。沿線各中(zhong)間站(zhan)的(de)進站(zhan)壓(ya)力應比同(tong)(tong)溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)力高1.0MPa,末站(zhan)進儲罐前的(de)壓(ya)力應比同(tong)(tong)溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)力高0.5MPa。


      液(ye)(ye)態液(ye)(ye)化石油(you)氣在管道內的平均流速(su),應經技(ji)術經濟比較后確定,但(dan)要注(zhu)意因管內摩阻升溫而需另(ling)行(xing)冷卻的能耗,可取0.8~1.4m/s,但(dan)最大不(bu)應超過3m/s。
