浙江至德鋼業有限公司制氧工程的外部管路是由大量黃銅(H62)和(06Cr18Ni11Ti)不銹鋼管組成的管路,需要在現場施工焊接。其管內徑為140~280mm,壁厚為8~12mm,工作壓力為3.75MPa,圖5-46為焊接管路斜三通接頭的焊接示意圖。

1. 焊接性
黃銅(H62)熔點比不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(06Cr18Ni11Ti)低(di)400℃還多,而熱導率為06Cr18Nil1Ti的(de)6.5倍之(zhi)多。焊接過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)易形成(cheng)低(di)熔點共(gong)晶體,隨之(zhi)在(zai)焊接熔池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)冷卻凝固,殘留在(zai)焊縫中(zhong)(zhong),為形成(cheng)熱裂紋創造了條(tiao)件。加之(zhi)其(qi)線(xian)(xian)脹系(xi)數與原有兩種金(jin)屬中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)線(xian)(xian)脹系(xi)數有很大差異,形成(cheng)組織(zhi)應力,并在(zai)焊接過(guo)程焊接接頭(tou)內(nei)部形成(cheng)的(de)拉伸應力共(gong)同作(zuo)用下,使焊接接頭(tou)產生熱裂紋。
2. 焊接方法(fa)
由于在現場施工,工作(zuo)條件比較惡劣,選(xuan)用焊(han)條電弧焊(han)用T107(ECu型(xing)號(hao))焊(han)條在06Cr18Ni11Ti 不銹鋼管坡口側及其附近堆焊(han)過(guo)渡層,然后(hou)采用氧乙炔焊(han)用HS224(HSCuZn-4)焊(han)絲配合(he)氣焊(han)焊(han)劑硼砂(CJ301)將過(guo)渡層的堆焊(han)處與黃銅(tong)管焊(han)接(jie),形成所(suo)需要的管路(lu)。
3. 焊接工藝
焊(han)接坡(po)(po)口(kou)形(xing)式如圖5-46所示,為角接接頭(tou)(tou)對(dui)接焊(han)縫形(xing)式。施焊(han)前要將管(guan)路待焊(han)處的坡(po)(po)口(kou)及(ji)其(qi)附近用磨(mo)(mo)光(guang)機打磨(mo)(mo)直(zhi)至露出(chu)金屬光(guang)澤(ze)。裝配時要留有3~5mm間隙(對(dui)接接頭(tou)(tou)處),以保證第一(yi)層焊(han)縫施焊(han)背面成形(xing)良好(hao),避免出(chu)現(xian)未焊(han)透和未熔合等缺陷。
過渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)時,在打磨干凈(jing)的(de)06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼管(guan)坡(po)口待焊(han)(han)(han)(han)處,用(yong)ф3.2mmT107焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)純銅(tong)(tong)過渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),然(ran)后再從管(guan)外表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)向(xiang)坡(po)口兩邊堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)三道。純銅(tong)(tong)過渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)要堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)兩層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),厚度為5~6mm。然(ran)后用(yong)角(jiao)向(xiang)打磨機打磨,使表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)干凈(jing)光滑(hua)。用(yong)氧乙炔焊(han)(han)(han)(han),Φ4mm的(de)HS224焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)配合氣焊(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)劑CJ301在堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)純銅(tong)(tong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)再堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)黃銅(tong)(tong)過渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),使其表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金屬與黃銅(tong)(tong)(H62)管(guan)的(de)化學(xue)成分(fen)相當。
因(yin)結構形式無法轉動進行(xing)施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han),故先在相應于時(shi)鐘(zhong)12、3、9點(dian)鐘(zhong)位置(zhi)放(fang)置(zhi)定位焊(han)(han)(han)點(dian)。選用HS224焊(han)(han)(han)絲,氣焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)劑CJ301,采(cai)用氧乙炔(gui)焊(han)(han)(han)進行(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han),然后進行(xing)主焊(han)(han)(han)縫施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)。在45°夾角處(chu)位置(zhi)難(nan)于焊(han)(han)(han)接時(shi),若(ruo)有可能,可將該端(duan)頭待(dai)焊(han)(han)(han)處(chu)適當抬起,使它處(chu)于近(jin)似(si)船形焊(han)(han)(han)的位置(zhi),便(bian)于施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)。
