浙江至德鋼業有限公司制氧工程的外部管路是由大量黃銅(H62)和(06Cr18Ni11Ti)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管組成的管路,需要在現場施工焊接。其管內徑為140~280mm,壁厚為8~12mm,工作壓力為3.75MPa,圖5-46為焊接管路斜三通接頭的焊接示意圖。

1. 焊接性(xing)
黃銅(H62)熔點(dian)比不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(06Cr18Ni11Ti)低400℃還多,而熱導率為06Cr18Nil1Ti的6.5倍之多。焊(han)接過程中(zhong)易形成低熔點(dian)共(gong)晶體,隨之在(zai)焊(han)接熔池中(zhong)冷卻凝固(gu),殘留在(zai)焊(han)縫(feng)中(zhong),為形成熱裂紋創造了條(tiao)件。加之其線脹系數與(yu)原有兩種金屬中(zhong)的線脹系數有很(hen)大差異,形成組(zu)織應(ying)力(li),并在(zai)焊(han)接過程焊(han)接接頭(tou)內(nei)部形成的拉伸(shen)應(ying)力(li)共(gong)同(tong)作用下,使焊(han)接接頭(tou)產生熱裂紋。
2. 焊接方法(fa)
由(you)于在現(xian)場(chang)施工,工作條件比較惡劣,選用(yong)(yong)焊(han)(han)條電弧(hu)焊(han)(han)用(yong)(yong)T107(ECu型號)焊(han)(han)條在06Cr18Ni11Ti 不銹鋼管(guan)坡口側及其附(fu)近堆(dui)焊(han)(han)過渡層(ceng),然后(hou)采用(yong)(yong)氧乙炔焊(han)(han)用(yong)(yong)HS224(HSCuZn-4)焊(han)(han)絲配合氣焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)劑硼砂(sha)(CJ301)將過渡層(ceng)的堆(dui)焊(han)(han)處與黃銅(tong)管(guan)焊(han)(han)接(jie),形(xing)成所需(xu)要的管(guan)路。
3. 焊接工藝(yi)
焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)坡口(kou)形(xing)式如圖5-46所示(shi),為角(jiao)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)對接(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)縫形(xing)式。施(shi)焊(han)(han)前(qian)要將管路待(dai)焊(han)(han)處的坡口(kou)及其附近用磨(mo)光(guang)機打磨(mo)直至露(lu)出金屬光(guang)澤。裝(zhuang)配時要留有3~5mm間隙(xi)(對接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)處),以(yi)保證第(di)一(yi)層(ceng)焊(han)(han)縫施(shi)焊(han)(han)背面成形(xing)良好(hao),避免出現未(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)透和未(wei)(wei)熔(rong)合等缺陷。
過(guo)(guo)渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi),在打(da)磨干(gan)凈的(de)(de)06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)坡(po)口(kou)待(dai)焊(han)(han)(han)處(chu),用ф3.2mmT107焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)純銅(tong)過(guo)(guo)渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),然后再從管(guan)外表(biao)面(mian)向(xiang)(xiang)坡(po)口(kou)兩邊堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)三道。純銅(tong)過(guo)(guo)渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)要堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)兩層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),厚度為5~6mm。然后用角(jiao)向(xiang)(xiang)打(da)磨機打(da)磨,使表(biao)面(mian)干(gan)凈光滑。用氧(yang)乙炔焊(han)(han)(han),Φ4mm的(de)(de)HS224焊(han)(han)(han)絲配合氣焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)劑CJ301在堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)純銅(tong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)面(mian)再堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)黃銅(tong)過(guo)(guo)渡(du)(du)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),使其(qi)表(biao)面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金屬與黃銅(tong)(H62)管(guan)的(de)(de)化學成分相當。
因結構形式(shi)無法(fa)轉動進(jin)行施(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han),故先在相應于時(shi)鐘12、3、9點(dian)鐘位(wei)置(zhi)放置(zhi)定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)點(dian)。選用HS224焊(han)(han)絲,氣焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)劑(ji)CJ301,采用氧乙炔焊(han)(han)進(jin)行定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han),然后(hou)進(jin)行主(zhu)焊(han)(han)縫施(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)。在45°夾角處(chu)(chu)(chu)位(wei)置(zhi)難(nan)于焊(han)(han)接時(shi),若有可能(neng),可將該端頭(tou)待(dai)焊(han)(han)處(chu)(chu)(chu)適當(dang)抬(tai)起,使它處(chu)(chu)(chu)于近似船(chuan)形焊(han)(han)的位(wei)置(zhi),便(bian)于施(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)。
