12Cr17Ni7 (1Cr17Ni7) 301不銹鋼是一種亞穩定奧(ao)氏(shi)體不銹鋼。在充分固溶狀態下,它具有完全奧氏體組織,因其奧氏體不穩定。當經過冷加工變形時,會有形變馬氏體形成。其數量取決于變形量大小和形變溫度。在奧氏體不銹鋼中,12Cr17Ni7 (1Cr17Ni7) 301不銹鋼是極易冷變形強化的鋼種,通過冷加工變形可使鋼的強度和硬度提高,并且仍保留足夠的塑韌性,加之此鋼在大氣條件下具有較好的耐銹性,因此,12Cr17Ni7 (1Cr17Ni7) 301不銹鋼主要以冷加工狀態應用于承受較高負荷,又希望減輕裝備重量和不生銹的設備和部件。此外,此鋼在受到外力撞擊時易產生加工硬化可吸收更多的碰撞能量,對設備和人員將提供更可靠的安全保障。
經冷(leng)加工變(bian)形可使其(qi)強(qiang)度顯著(zhu)提高,塑性(xing)相應下降(jiang)(jiang)。冷(leng)變(bian)形溫度對鋼的強(qiang)化(hua)效果(guo)十分明顯,隨著(zhu)冷(leng)變(bian)形溫度的降(jiang)(jiang)低,強(qiang)化(hua)效果(guo)更加顯著(zhu)。
12Cr17Ni7 (1Cr17Ni7) 301不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)大(da)氣(qi)(qi)、城市大(da)氣(qi)(qi)條件下抗銹(xiu)性(xing)(xing)能良好(hao),在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)和氧化性(xing)(xing)環(huan)境中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亦具(ju)有(you)較好(hao)的耐蝕(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing),在(zai)(zai)海洋大(da)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)具(ju)有(you)可用(yong)的耐蝕(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)。但在(zai)(zai)還原性(xing)(xing)介質中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)耐腐蝕(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)欠佳,在(zai)(zai)酸、堿、鹽等化工(gong)(gong)介質中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)耐蝕(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)較差,因此不(bu)推薦(jian)用(yong)于腐蝕(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)苛刻的介質環(huan)境中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。
12Cr17Ni7 (1Cr17Ni7) 301不(bu)銹鋼(gang)的(de)熱加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝性能良好,可(ke)生產棒(bang)、板、管、絲、帶、鍛件等冶金產品。熱加(jia)工(gong)(gong)溫度范(fan)圍為850~1150℃。鋼(gang)適宜(yi)固溶處理溫度和冷加(jia)工(gong)(gong)過程的(de)軟化退火溫度為1050~1100℃。
該鋼的焊接性能良好,冷軋薄板焊后,在近縫(feng)區(qu)會產生低強度區(qu)。
主(zhu)要用于制造以冷態承(cheng)受高(gao)載荷,可減輕重量和不銹的(de)場合,如軌道交通車(che)輛及零部件、傳送帶(dai)、裝飾(shi)品、柱狀器皿等。
