2022年3月(yue)31日(ri),由哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐生(sheng)產制(zhi)造的全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)(shou)套高效超臨界燃用低熱值煤(mei)氣發電(dian)鍋(guo)爐在廣西盛(sheng)隆冶金有限(xian)(xian)公司(si)成功投(tou)產運行(xing)。這是繼2019年1月(yue)1日(ri)全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)(shou)套超高溫亞(ya)臨界煤(mei)氣鍋(guo)爐于遷安線材(cai)有限(xian)(xian)公司(si)投(tou)運以來,哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐再一次斬獲(huo)“全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)(shou)套”,“哈鍋(guo)造”再一次率先完成突破,引領技術潮流(liu)閃耀(yao)煤(mei)氣發電(dian)行(xing)業。
所謂“燃(ran)用(yong)低(di)熱(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)電(dian)”,就是將鋼鐵冶煉企(qi)業高(gao)爐(lu)(lu)煉鐵的(de)副產品(pin)——高(gao)爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(高(gao)爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)熱(re)值低(di),一(yi)般為3000-3500千(qian)(qian)焦/標(biao)立(li)方米,且(qie)產出波動(dong)大、不易著火(huo)、燃(ran)燒不穩定)送(song)入鍋爐(lu)(lu)中燃(ran)燒,并將工質加熱(re)到相(xiang)關狀態送(song)入汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)(ji),推動(dong)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)(ji)葉片驅動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)發(fa)電(dian)。廣(guang)西盛(sheng)隆2×145MW超(chao)臨(lin)(lin)界燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機(ji)(ji)組是擁有目前世界設計(ji)壓力(li)、設計(ji)溫度、設計(ji)效(xiao)率(lv)三項“最(zui)高(gao)”的(de)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組,主蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓力(li)為25.4兆帕,蒸(zheng)汽(qi)溫度為605/603攝氏(shi)度,機(ji)(ji)組效(xiao)率(lv)可達43.5%。該機(ji)(ji)組配套(tao)鍋爐(lu)(lu)設備為哈電(dian)鍋爐(lu)(lu)自主研制的(de)高(gao)效(xiao)超(chao)臨(lin)(lin)界燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)鍋爐(lu)(lu),發(fa)電(dian)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)2.5標(biao)立(li)方米/千(qian)(qian)瓦時(相(xiang)比超(chao)高(gao)溫亞臨(lin)(lin)界機(ji)(ji)組可降低(di)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)0.25標(biao)立(li)方米/千(qian)(qian)瓦時),NOx(氮氧化物)在未(wei)經脫硝設備處理情況下即可滿(man)足環保指標(biao)要求。鍋爐(lu)(lu)設計(ji)參數和相(xiang)關指標(biao)代表了(le)當(dang)前國際上(shang)燃(ran)用(yong)鋼企(qi)低(di)熱(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)最(zui)高(gao)水平,實現了(le)鋼企(qi)富余煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)進(jin)一(yi)步高(gao)效(xiao)清潔利用(yong)。

據悉,此前(qian)哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)超(chao)(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)亞臨(lin)界燃(ran)用(yong)低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤氣(qi)(qi)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)共投運28臺(tai),市(shi)場占比近50%。2020年(nian)12月,哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)自主開發(fa)的(de)(de)“燃(ran)用(yong)低(di)熱(re)(re)值氣(qi)(qi)體燃(ran)料超(chao)(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)亞臨(lin)界鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)及產業(ye)(ye)化”項目(mu)順利通過黑龍江(jiang)省機械(xie)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學會科技成(cheng)果鑒定,由中國(guo)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)院(yuan)院(yuan)士領銜的(de)(de)七(qi)位業(ye)(ye)內知(zhi)(zhi)名專家(jia)組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)鑒定委員會一致認(ren)為“低(di)熱(re)(re)值氣(qi)(qi)體燃(ran)料超(chao)(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫(wen)亞臨(lin)界鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)具有高(gao)效率(lv)、超(chao)(chao)(chao)低(di)排(pai)放等優(you)勢,技術(shu)創新顯(xian)著,具有自主知(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)產權(quan),達到國(guo)際領先水平”。此次,由哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)研(yan)制的(de)(de)全球首(shou)臺(tai)高(gao)效超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界燃(ran)用(yong)低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤氣(qi)(qi)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)的(de)(de)成(cheng)功投運,更彰顯(xian)了哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)在低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤氣(qi)(qi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)領域的(de)(de)深厚技術(shu)底蘊和絕對技術(shu)優(you)勢,標志著“哈鍋(guo)(guo)牌”已成(cheng)為低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤氣(qi)(qi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)技術(shu)的(de)(de)國(guo)際領跑者(zhe)。
