①.《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業金屬管(guan)道(dao)(dao)設計規(gui)范(fan)》GB50316對焊(han)后(hou)熱處(chu)理(li)的規(gui)定(ding):a. 碳鋼管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁(bi)厚(hou)大于或等于19mm時應(ying)進行焊(han)后(hou)熱處(chu)理(li);b. 管(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)后(hou)需熱處(chu)理(li)的管(guan)道(dao)(dao)厚(hou)度(du):管(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)后(hou)需要熱處(chu)理(li)的厚(hou)度(du)及要求除按(an)GB50316的規(gui)定(ding)外,還應(ying)符(fu)合《現(xian)場設備、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業管(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)規(gui)范(fan)》GB50235、《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業金屬管(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)驗收規(gui)范(fan)》GB50184的規(gui)定(ding);c. 當材料含碳量(liang)高于時任何壁(bi)厚(hou)均宜進行焊(han)后(hou)熱處(chu)理(li);d. 當管(guan)子或管(guan)件采用焊(han)接(jie)(jie)連接(jie)(jie)時,推薦的預熱和熱處(chu)理(li)要求所采用的厚(hou)度(du),應(ying)是連接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)處(chu)的較厚(hou)的壁(bi)厚(hou),但需注意規(gui)范(fan)規(gui)定(ding)的除外情況。


  ②.《天(tian)然氣凈化處(chu)理(li)廠設計(ji)規范》SY/T 0011的(de)6.3.10條(tiao)規定:在酸性環境中(zhong)使用的(de)碳鋼管道及設備應進(jin)行焊后熱處(chu)理(li)。


  ③.《石油天然氣建設工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)質量驗收規(gui)范天然氣凈(jing)化處理廠工(gong)(gong)程》SY 4209 中說明含量大(da)于5%的(de)焊縫熱(re)處理后(hou)要(yao)(yao)進行硬度(du)檢(jian)查(cha)。未明確(que)<5%的(de)情況,未明確(que)熱(re)處理工(gong)(gong)藝要(yao)(yao)求。


  ④.《現場設備、工(gong)業(ye)管道焊(han)接(jie)工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)規(gui)范》GB 50236 中(zhong)僅對壁厚大于30mm的有溫度要求(qiu),而薄壁管未有要求(qiu)及做法。


  ⑤. SH/T 3059規(gui)定以下情況需要焊后熱處(chu)理。


   a. 在濕H2S應力腐蝕環境中,壓力管道需經焊后熱處理,熱處理后焊縫(含熱影響區)的硬度不大于200HB。


   b. 在液氨應力腐蝕(shi)環境中,使用低碳鋼(gang)和(he)低合金高強度(du)鋼(gang)(包括(kuo)焊(han)接接頭)。對于Q235-A、Q235-B、Q235-C、20、16Mn鋼(gang),焊(han)后應進(jin)行消除應力熱處(chu)理(li)。對于15MnV、18MnMoNb低合金高強度(du)鋼(gang),焊(han)后必(bi)須進(jin)行消除應力熱處(chu)理(li)。
