①.《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)設計(ji)規范》GB50316對焊后(hou)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的規定(ding):a. 碳(tan)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁(bi)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)大于或(huo)等于19mm時(shi)(shi)應進行(xing)焊后(hou)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li);b. 管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊后(hou)需(xu)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)度(du):管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊后(hou)需(xu)要熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)度(du)及要求除按GB50316的規定(ding)外(wai),還應符合《現(xian)場設備、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)規范》GB50235、《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量驗收規范》GB50184的規定(ding);c. 當材料含碳(tan)量高于時(shi)(shi)任何壁(bi)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)均宜進行(xing)焊后(hou)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li);d. 當管(guan)(guan)子或(huo)管(guan)(guan)件采用焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),推薦的預熱和熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)要求所采用的厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)度(du),應是(shi)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭處(chu)(chu)的較(jiao)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)的壁(bi)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),但需(xu)注(zhu)意規范規定(ding)的除外(wai)情(qing)況。
②.《天然(ran)氣凈化處理廠設計規范》SY/T 0011的6.3.10條(tiao)規定:在(zai)酸性環境中(zhong)使用的碳(tan)鋼(gang)管道及設備(bei)應(ying)進(jin)行焊后熱處理。
③.《石油天(tian)然(ran)氣建(jian)設(she)工(gong)程施工(gong)質量驗收規范天(tian)然(ran)氣凈化處理(li)廠工(gong)程》SY 4209 中說明(ming)(ming)含量大于5%的焊(han)縫熱處理(li)后(hou)要進行硬度(du)檢查。未明(ming)(ming)確<5%的情況,未明(ming)(ming)確熱處理(li)工(gong)藝(yi)要求。
④.《現場設備、工業管道焊接工程(cheng)施(shi)工規范》GB 50236 中僅對壁厚大于30mm的有溫(wen)度要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),而薄壁管未有要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)及做法。
⑤. SH/T 3059規定(ding)以下(xia)情況需要(yao)焊(han)后熱(re)處理。
a. 在濕H2S應力腐蝕環境中,壓力管道需經焊后熱處理,熱處理后焊縫(含熱影響區)的硬度不大于200HB。
b. 在(zai)液氨(an)應(ying)(ying)力(li)腐(fu)蝕環境中,使(shi)用(yong)低碳鋼和低合(he)(he)金高強度鋼(包括焊接接頭)。對于(yu)Q235-A、Q235-B、Q235-C、20、16Mn鋼,焊后(hou)(hou)應(ying)(ying)進行消(xiao)除(chu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)熱處理。對于(yu)15MnV、18MnMoNb低合(he)(he)金高強度鋼,焊后(hou)(hou)必須進行消(xiao)除(chu)應(ying)(ying)力(li)熱處理。
