一、碳鋼

 1. 使(shi)用(yong)溫度范(fan)圍：-29℃≤t≤425℃。

 2. 碳鋼碳當量（The Carbon Equivalent（CE））不(bu)超(chao)過0.43％，（公式CE=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Cu+Ni)/15)

 3. 介(jie)質：無腐蝕性管(guan)道系統（新鮮水、工(gong)廠空氣、氮、燃(ran)料(liao)氣等）。

 4. 管子：ASTM A106 Gr．B，API 5L Gr．B。

 5. 管件：ASTM A234 Gr．WPB。

 6. 鍛造：ASTM A105。

二、低(di)溫(wen)碳鋼(gang)

 1. 如(ru)果(guo)介質最低(di)(di)溫度(du)低(di)(di)于-29℃。

 2. 介質：低溫無腐蝕性管道系統(tong)（如火炬(ju)氣）。

 3. 管子：ASTM A333 Gr．6。

 4. 管件：ASTM A420 Gr．WPL6。

 5. 鍛(duan)造：ASTM A350 Gr．LF2。

三、奧氏(shi)體不銹鋼

 1. 海邊用奧氏體(ti)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)是被限制的，最高介質溫度為600℃。當腐蝕率太高以至于不能用碳鋼時。

 2. 介質：燃料氣(qi)、化(hua)學制劑、儀表空氣(qi)、濕烴化(hua)物（腐蝕性）。

 3. 管子：ASTM A312 Gr．TP304／304L，ASTM A312 Gr．TP316／316L。

 4. 管件：ASTM 403 Gr．WP304／304L，ASTM 403 Gr．WP316／316L。

 5. 鍛造：ASTM A182 Gr．F304／304L，ASTM A 182 Gr．F316／316L。

四、雙相不銹鋼

 1. 當設計條(tiao)件超過SS316的范圍。

 2. 管子(zi)：ASTM A790 UNS S31803。

 3. 管件：ASTM A815 UNS S31803。

 4. 鍛造(zao)：ASTM A182 Gr．F51。

五(wu)、合金鋼

 1. 高溫介質(zhi)用鋼：

   ①. Cr-Mo抗熱鋼（含(han)0.5％～9％Cr，0.5％～1.0％ Mo，最(zui)大(da)含(han)0.20％C）。

   ②. 合金鋼最高(gao)用于650℃。

   ③. 管子：ASTM A 335 Gr．P11，A335 Gr．P22。

   ④. 管件(jian)：ASTM A234 Gr．WP11，A234 Gr．WP22。

   ⑤. 鍛造：ASTM A182 Gr．F11，A182Gr.F22。

 2. 低溫(wen)用鋼：

   ①. 用于0～-195℃，常(chang)用鎳鋼。

   ②. 管子：ASTM A 333 Gr. 3。

   ③. 管件(jian)：ASTM A420 Gr.WPL3。
