銅合金具(ju)有(you)(you)較高的(de)(de)(de)強度和(he)塑性,具(ju)有(you)(you)高的(de)(de)(de)彈性極限和(he)疲勞(lao)極限,同(tong)時還具(ju)有(you)(you)較好的(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)蝕性、抗(kang)堿性及優良的(de)(de)(de)減摩性和(he)耐(nai)磨性。銅又分純銅(俗稱(cheng)紫銅)、黃銅和(he)青銅等。
1. 純(chun)銅
純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)面呈紫紅色,有良好的導電性(xing)、導熱(re)性(xing)和耐(nai)大氣腐蝕性(xing),熔(rong)點(dian)為(wei)1083℃。在(zai)(zai)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)程中(zhong)常用純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)制成鋼管(guan)和法(fa)蘭墊片(pian)。因純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)硬度(du)較低(di)(di),退火后變得(de)更柔軟,故常用作高壓管(guan)道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)的法(fa)蘭墊片(pian)。純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)的低(di)(di)溫性(xing)能比鋼材好,故純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)管(guan)常用于空分設備管(guan)道(dao)(dao)、冷凍管(guan)道(dao)(dao)和儀表管(guan)道(dao)(dao)。純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)的高溫性(xing)能差,在(zai)(zai)120℃以(yi)下,容(rong)許抗拉強度(du)為(wei)29.43MPa。溫度(du)若再升(sheng)高,其(qi)機械強度(du)則急劇下降,當溫度(du)上升(sheng)至250℃時,其(qi)容(rong)許抗拉強度(du)只相當于常溫時的2/3,已不宜在(zai)(zai)壓力下使用。常用的純(chun)銅(tong)(tong)牌號為(wei)T2、T3、T4,雜質含量(liang)T2最少,T4最多。
2. 黃銅(H)(brass)(H)
黃(huang)銅(tong)(tong)是(shi)銅(tong)(tong)和(he)鋅(xin)的(de)合金,其機械強(qiang)度(du)(du)高,有較好的(de)耐腐蝕性(xing)和(he)澆鑄性(xing),可用(yong)來制作管(guan)子、管(guan)件和(he)閥門等。化工上(shang)常用(yong)的(de)有H80、H68、H62(“H”是(shi)黃(huang)銅(tong)(tong)代號,后邊的(de)數字表示合金中(zhong)銅(tong)(tong)的(de)平均含量)。H80比H68塑性(xing)好。作強(qiang)度(du)(du)計算時,在120℃以下,黃(huang)銅(tong)(tong)容(rong)許(xu)抗拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)為29.43MPa。隨(sui)著溫(wen)度(du)(du)升高,其強(qiang)度(du)(du)則急劇(ju)下降,當溫(wen)度(du)(du)沒超過225℃時,黃(huang)銅(tong)(tong)閥件可用(yong)在壓力不超過1.6MPa的(de)管(guan)道中(zhong)。
3. 青銅(tong)(bronze)(Q)
青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)是銅(tong)(tong)和(he)錫的合金,又稱(cheng)錫青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)。由于錫的價格較高,故(gu)制造青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)也(ye)常用(yong)其(qi)他元素代替(ti),因而(er)(er)又有無(wu)錫青(qing)銅(tong)(tong),如鋁青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)、鉛青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)、硅青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)等。青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)通常由澆鑄而(er)(er)成,其(qi)強度、硬度及耐腐蝕性都比黃銅(tong)(tong)好。青(qing)銅(tong)(tong)常用(yong)于制造蝸輪、齒輪、輪,以及管(guan)道(dao)工程中的閥件和(he)管(guan)件等。
例如,制(zhi)冷系(xi)統(tong)空調器用銅配管的(de)材(cai)(cai)料為磷脫氧無縫拉制(zhi)銅管,牌號(hao)為TP2(GB/T 5231),供應(ying)狀態有M(軟)、Y(硬(ying)),材(cai)(cai)料標記(ji)方法(fa)分別(bie)為TP2M,TP2Y。對(dui)應(ying)日本牌號(hao)分別(bie)為C1220T-OL,C1220-H。要(yao)求使用內(nei)表面無氧化的(de)光亮管。其(qi)直(zhi)徑、壁厚可參照GB/T 1804。其(qi)化學成分分析方法(fa)按GB/T 5121進行(xing),性能可按GB/T 228、GB/T 242、GB/T 246。
