1. P91鋼(gang)的(de)化學成分
P91鋼為(wei)馬氏體耐熱鋼,其化(hua)學成分(fen)見表4-18.
2. 焊(han)前準備
對口裝(zhuang)配應支(zhi)撐牢(lao)固(gu),防止在焊(han)(han)接過(guo)程中(zhong)發生管(guan)道位移和變形。嚴(yan)禁在管(guan)道母材上焊(han)(han)接其他支(zhi)撐物(wu)(wu)。支(zhi)撐物(wu)(wu)應遠離加熱器300~500mm.對口間隙(xi)4~5mm,鈍邊≤2mm.點固(gu)時采用同種(zhong)材料點固(gu)塊,長度為(wei)10~20mm,用電(dian)焊(han)(han)點固(gu)到P91管(guan)坡口內,待打底(di)層完成后再用角磨(mo)機(ji)磨(mo)掉(diao)。
試(shi)件組(zu)對前(qian)用半(ban)圓銼將毛刺打磨(mo)掉,然后銼出(chu)所需(xu)鈍邊。清除試(shi)件坡口(kou)周(zhou)圍(wei)20mm范圍(wei)內(nei)鐵銹、油(you)污等(deng)。
采用有效的充氬(ya)氣保護(hu)措施,在(zai)P91大管600mm長(chang)度范圍內,焊(han)縫間隙用錫箔紙封死,管端用草(cao)紙板(ban)密閉封堵成(cheng)一個氣池,在(zai)300℃時(shi)草(cao)紙板(ban)焦(jiao)煳,760℃高溫(wen)回火后(hou),草(cao)紙板(ban)變為灰(hui)燼(jin),不會造(zao)成(cheng)危害(hai)。
3. 焊接
焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方法采用手工TIG焊(han)(han)(han)(han)打底和焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)填充蓋面。對于(yu)水平(ping)固(gu)定管(guan)始(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)位置(zhi)在時鐘6點位置(zhi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方向(xiang)由底向(xiang)上分兩半圈進行焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie),可先從逆時針方向(xiang)開始(shi)。對于(yu)垂直固(gu)定管(guan)起焊(han)(han)(han)(han)位置(zhi)不作(zuo)要求。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝參數見表4-19.
①. 氬弧焊(han)打底焊(han)
a. 水平固定焊(han)
水(shui)平固定(ding)氬弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)在(zai)(zai)(zai)底部(bu)(bu)引弧后,在(zai)(zai)(zai)坡(po)(po)口(kou)根(gen)部(bu)(bu)間(jian)隙兩側(ce)(ce)(ce)用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)劃圈預熱,待坡(po)(po)口(kou)兩側(ce)(ce)(ce)鈍邊(bian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)形(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔后,由(you)管(guan)內(nei)(nei)側(ce)(ce)(ce)緊(jin)貼熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔送進焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si),填(tian)(tian)絲(si)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)如圖(tu)4-46和圖(tu)4-47所示。在(zai)(zai)(zai)鈍邊(bian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)邊(bian)緣兩側(ce)(ce)(ce)各送進一滴液態金屬,通過(guo)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)橫向擺(bai)動,使(shi)之形(xing)成搭橋連接(jie)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)過(guo)程中,應根(gen)據焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)位(wei)置(zhi)的不同變換(huan)填(tian)(tian)絲(si)方(fang)(fang)式。在(zai)(zai)(zai)仰焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及(ji)仰爬坡(po)(po)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置(zhi)采用內(nei)(nei)填(tian)(tian)絲(si)法(fa),在(zai)(zai)(zai)立焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、立爬坡(po)(po)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及(ji)平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置(zhi)時采用外填(tian)(tian)絲(si)法(fa);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與管(guan)外壁焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方(fang)(fang)向成10°~15°夾(jia)角。打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時注意焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)及(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)擺(bai)動方(fang)(fang)法(fa),一般以鋸齒或月牙擺(bai)動為宜(圖(tu)4-48).電弧熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)坡(po)(po)口(kou)每側(ce)(ce)(ce)0.5~1mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)送進要緊(jin)貼熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)端部(bu)(bu)跟(gen)電弧行(xing)走方(fang)(fang)向做(zuo)小幅(fu)度(du)橫向擺(bai)動,擺(bai)動中注意不得使(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與鎢極端部(bu)(bu)接(jie)觸(chu)。
封口焊時(shi),當電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)運至距(ju)管子頂部3~4mm處,停止送絲,先(xian)在封口處周(zhou)圍劃圈預(yu)熱(re)(re),使之呈紅(hong)熱(re)(re)狀態(tai),然后(hou)將電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)拉回原熔池填絲焊接。封口后(hou)停止送絲繼(ji)續向(xiang)前施焊5~10mm停弧(hu)(hu)。停弧(hu)(hu)后(hou)不要(yao)立即移(yi)開焊槍,要(yao)待熔池凝固后(hou)再移(yi)開。
后半部焊接(jie)按順時針方向(xiang)焊接(jie),焊接(jie)方法與前(qian)半圈(quan)相同。打底焊縫厚度一般(ban)以2~2.5mm為宜。
b. 垂(chui)直固定(ding)焊(han)
垂(chui)直固定(ding)(ding)氬弧焊(han)(han)(han)在(zai)坡(po)口(kou)內(nei)側空間(jian)引弧,焊(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)方向(xiang)(xiang)夾角為70°~80°,焊(han)(han)(han)絲與(yu)管(guan)壁內(nei)側周向(xiang)(xiang)夾角為10°~15°,將(jiang)焊(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)在(zai)坡(po)口(kou)根(gen)部做上(shang)、下(xia)劃圈預熱。當鈍邊熔化(hua)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)熔孔后(hou),即在(zai)坡(po)口(kou)根(gen)部上(shang)、下(xia)側各(ge)送一滴液態(tai)金屬(shu),擺(bai)(bai)動焊(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)搭橋(qiao)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),然后(hou)開(kai)始(shi)正常焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)。填充時(shi)應注意焊(han)(han)(han)絲端部從上(shang)側坡(po)口(kou)斜拉(la)(la)下(xia)側坡(po)口(kou)根(gen)部,保證(zheng)電弧一半(ban)用(yong)來熔化(hua)金屬(shu),使之(zhi)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)均勻焊(han)(han)(han)縫;一半(ban)用(yong)來打開(kai)熔孔,保證(zheng)背(bei)面焊(han)(han)(han)縫成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)。垂(chui)直固定(ding)(ding)管(guan)打底焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi),受重(zhong)力作(zuo)用(yong),液態(tai)金屬(shu)極(ji)易下(xia)墜,因此在(zai)操(cao)作(zuo)時(shi)送絲要節奏均勻,焊(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)采用(yong)上(shang)、下(xia)斜拉(la)(la)鋸齒形(xing)擺(bai)(bai)動方法,盡量采用(yong)短弧焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)。
②. 焊條(tiao)電弧焊填充及蓋面(mian)焊
a. 水(shui)平固定焊
水平固定(ding)管填充及蓋面(mian)焊(han)(han)均采用(yong)焊(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)電弧焊(han)(han),通常(chang)是(shi)將(jiang)打底焊(han)(han)前半(ban)部分作(zuo)為填充焊(han)(han)的(de)后(hou)半(ban)部分,目(mu)的(de)是(shi)將(jiang)上下接頭錯(cuo)開,填充層運條(tiao)(tiao)采用(yong)鋸齒形擺動,在焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)中,從下向上焊(han)(han)接位置(zhi)不得變(bian)(bian)化,焊(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)角度也應隨之(zhi)發生變(bian)(bian)化,如圖(tu)4-49所(suo)示(shi)。
蓋面層采用月牙(ya)形運條(tiao)(tiao)焊接,在(zai)坡(po)口兩側邊(bian)緣要注意停頓。焊條(tiao)(tiao)擺動(dong)要平穩,以(yi)使焊后(hou)波紋(wen)均勻美觀。引弧(hu)點要在(zai)焊接前(qian)方10~15mm處,電弧(hu)引燃后(hou),要拉回熔池中心處,待弧(hu)坑填滿后(hou),方能(neng)繼(ji)續向(xiang)前(qian)擺動(dong)焊接。水平固定(ding)管焊道布置如圖4-50所示(shi)。
b. 垂(chui)直固定(ding)焊
垂直固定(ding)管焊(han)(han)接時(shi),必須保證焊(han)(han)縫(feng)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)兩端(duan)(duan)熔合(he)良(liang)好,不得出現未熔合(he)和(he)夾渣等缺陷。填(tian)充焊(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)采用多(duo)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han),焊(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)分(fen)布如圖(tu)4-51所示(shi)。焊(han)(han)條角(jiao)(jiao)度如圖(tu)4-52和(he)圖(tu)4-53所示(shi)。第一(yi)(yi)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)時(shi)焊(han)(han)條與(yu)焊(han)(han)接方向的夾角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)75°~85°,與(yu)坡口下(xia)端(duan)(duan)夾角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)50°~60°,運(yun)條方法(fa)為(wei)(wei)斜圓圈形。焊(han)(han)接過(guo)程中(zhong)注意(yi)電(dian)弧中(zhong)心對準(zhun)(zhun)上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)層焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的下(xia)邊緣(yuan)(yuan),向前運(yun)條時(shi)不要(yao)將坡口棱邊破(po)壞,以防(fang)蓋面焊(han)(han)時(shi)影響視線。下(xia)一(yi)(yi)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)對準(zhun)(zhun)上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)(yuan),但焊(han)(han)條角(jiao)(jiao)度向下(xia)適當調整。運(yun)條時(shi)注意(yi)電(dian)弧覆蓋焊(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)情況,下(xia)側要(yao)稍大于上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)道(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)心,上(shang)(shang)側要(yao)緊貼坡口邊緣(yuan)(yuan)棱角(jiao)(jiao)處。
蓋(gai)(gai)面焊(han)(han)(han)時第一(yi)道(dao)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)直(zhi)線形運(yun)條,短(duan)弧焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)中(zhong)注意坡口下邊緣(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)情況,一(yi)般熔(rong)(rong)池要(yao)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)坡口邊緣(yuan)0.5~1mm.下一(yi)道(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)斜圓圈(quan)形運(yun)條方(fang)法,要(yao)壓住(zhu)上一(yi)道(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)縫近2/3.焊(han)(han)(han)條擺(bai)動幅(fu)度要(yao)視所剩焊(han)(han)(han)縫寬(kuan)(kuan)度選擇。寬(kuan)(kuan)度大采(cai)(cai)用(yong)斜鋸齒(chi)擺(bai)動,寬(kuan)(kuan)度小(xiao)則采(cai)(cai)用(yong)直(zhi)線運(yun)條方(fang)法。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)中(zhong)要(yao)適當(dang)減(jian)小(xiao)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電流,并縮短(duan)弧長,使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)的液態金屬和熔(rong)(rong)渣均勻覆蓋(gai)(gai)在焊(han)(han)(han)縫表面上,得到整齊美觀(guan)的焊(han)(han)(han)縫成形。
4. 焊(han)后熱處(chu)理
焊(han)后(hou)在(zai)焊(han)縫(feng)冷至(zhi)100~120℃后(hou)進行焊(han)后(hou)熱處理(li)。焊(han)后(hou)熱處理(li)的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)速度(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)150℃以(yi)下(xia)(xia),恒溫(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為750℃±10℃,恒溫(wen)(wen)時間按壁厚每25mm保溫(wen)(wen)1h計算,但不(bu)得少于3h,降至(zhi)300℃以(yi)下(xia)(xia),可以(yi)不(bu)作控制(zhi)(zhi)。
