1. P91鋼(gang)的化學(xue)成分
P91鋼(gang)為馬氏(shi)體耐熱(re)鋼(gang),其化學(xue)成分見表4-18.

2. 焊前(qian)準備
對(dui)口裝配(pei)應支撐牢固,防止在(zai)焊(han)接過程中發(fa)生管(guan)道位(wei)移和(he)變形(xing)。嚴禁(jin)在(zai)管(guan)道母材(cai)(cai)上焊(han)接其他支撐物。支撐物應遠離加(jia)熱器300~500mm.對(dui)口間隙(xi)4~5mm,鈍邊(bian)≤2mm.點(dian)(dian)(dian)固時采用(yong)同(tong)種材(cai)(cai)料點(dian)(dian)(dian)固塊(kuai),長度為10~20mm,用(yong)電焊(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)固到P91管(guan)坡(po)口內,待打底層完成(cheng)后(hou)再用(yong)角磨機磨掉。
試(shi)件組對前用半(ban)圓銼將毛(mao)刺打(da)磨掉,然后(hou)銼出所需鈍邊(bian)。清除試(shi)件坡口周圍(wei)20mm范圍(wei)內鐵銹、油污等。
采用有(you)效的(de)充氬氣保(bao)護措施,在(zai)P91大(da)管(guan)600mm長度范圍(wei)內,焊縫間隙用錫(xi)箔紙封死(si),管(guan)端用草紙板(ban)密閉封堵成一(yi)個氣池(chi),在(zai)300℃時草紙板(ban)焦煳,760℃高溫回火后,草紙板(ban)變為灰燼,不會造成危害。
3. 焊接
焊(han)接(jie)方(fang)法采用手(shou)工TIG焊(han)打底和焊(han)條電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)填充蓋(gai)面(mian)。對于水平固定管始焊(han)位置(zhi)在時(shi)鐘6點位置(zhi),焊(han)接(jie)方(fang)向由底向上分兩半圈進行焊(han)接(jie),可先從(cong)逆時(shi)針(zhen)方(fang)向開始。對于垂直固定管起焊(han)位置(zhi)不作(zuo)要(yao)求(qiu)。焊(han)接(jie)工藝參數見表4-19.

①. 氬弧焊打底焊
a. 水平固定(ding)焊(han)
水(shui)平固定氬弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)在(zai)(zai)底部引弧(hu)后,在(zai)(zai)坡口根部間(jian)隙兩側(ce)(ce)用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍劃圈預熱,待坡口兩側(ce)(ce)鈍邊熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)形(xing)成(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)孔后,由管(guan)內側(ce)(ce)緊貼熔(rong)(rong)孔送進(jin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si),填絲(si)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)如圖4-46和圖4-47所示。在(zai)(zai)鈍邊熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)邊緣兩側(ce)(ce)各送進(jin)一(yi)滴液態金(jin)屬,通過(guo)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍橫向(xiang)擺動(dong),使之形(xing)成(cheng)搭橋(qiao)連接(jie)。在(zai)(zai)打(da)底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)過(guo)程中,應根據焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)位置的不同變(bian)換填絲(si)方(fang)(fang)式。在(zai)(zai)仰焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及仰爬(pa)坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位置采用內填絲(si)法(fa)(fa),在(zai)(zai)立焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、立爬(pa)坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位置時采用外(wai)填絲(si)法(fa)(fa);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與(yu)管(guan)外(wai)壁焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)成(cheng)10°~15°夾角。打(da)底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時注意焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍及焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)擺動(dong)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa),一(yi)般以鋸齒或月牙擺動(dong)為宜(圖4-48).電弧(hu)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)坡口每側(ce)(ce)0.5~1mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)送進(jin)要緊貼熔(rong)(rong)池,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)端部跟電弧(hu)行(xing)走方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)做(zuo)小幅度橫向(xiang)擺動(dong),擺動(dong)中注意不得使焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與(yu)鎢極端部接(jie)觸。
封(feng)口焊(han)(han)時(shi),當(dang)電弧(hu)運至距管子頂(ding)部3~4mm處(chu),停止送絲(si),先在封(feng)口處(chu)周圍劃(hua)圈預熱,使之呈紅熱狀態,然后將電弧(hu)拉回原熔池(chi)填絲(si)焊(han)(han)接(jie)。封(feng)口后停止送絲(si)繼續向前(qian)施焊(han)(han)5~10mm停弧(hu)。停弧(hu)后不要立即移(yi)開焊(han)(han)槍(qiang),要待熔池(chi)凝固后再移(yi)開。
后(hou)半部焊接(jie)按順時針方向焊接(jie),焊接(jie)方法與前半圈相同。打底(di)焊縫(feng)厚(hou)度一般以2~2.5mm為宜(yi)。
b. 垂(chui)直(zhi)固定焊
垂直(zhi)固定氬弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)在(zai)(zai)坡口(kou)內側空間引(yin)弧(hu)(hu),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接方向(xiang)夾角(jiao)為70°~80°,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與管壁內側周向(xiang)夾角(jiao)為10°~15°,將(jiang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)在(zai)(zai)坡口(kou)根部(bu)(bu)做上、下(xia)劃圈預熱。當鈍(dun)邊熔(rong)化形成熔(rong)孔后,即(ji)在(zai)(zai)坡口(kou)根部(bu)(bu)上、下(xia)側各(ge)送一滴液態(tai)金屬(shu),擺(bai)動焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)形成搭橋(qiao)連接,然后開始正常焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接。填充(chong)時應注意(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲端部(bu)(bu)從上側坡口(kou)斜拉下(xia)側坡口(kou)根部(bu)(bu),保證(zheng)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)一半用(yong)(yong)來熔(rong)化金屬(shu),使之形成均勻(yun)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng);一半用(yong)(yong)來打開熔(rong)孔,保證(zheng)背面(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)成形。垂直(zhi)固定管打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)時,受重力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),液態(tai)金屬(shu)極易下(xia)墜,因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)(zai)操作(zuo)時送絲要(yao)節奏均勻(yun),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)采用(yong)(yong)上、下(xia)斜拉鋸齒形擺(bai)動方法,盡量采用(yong)(yong)短弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接。
②. 焊(han)條電弧焊(han)填(tian)充及蓋面焊(han)
a. 水(shui)平固定焊
水(shui)平固定管填充及蓋面焊(han)(han)均采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han),通常是(shi)將打底焊(han)(han)前半部分(fen)作為(wei)填充焊(han)(han)的(de)后半部分(fen),目的(de)是(shi)將上下(xia)接(jie)頭錯(cuo)開,填充層運(yun)條采(cai)用(yong)鋸(ju)齒形擺動,在焊(han)(han)接(jie)過程中(zhong),從下(xia)向上焊(han)(han)接(jie)位置不得變化(hua),焊(han)(han)條角度(du)也應隨之發生變化(hua),如圖4-49所示。

蓋面(mian)層采用月(yue)牙形運條(tiao)焊(han)接(jie),在(zai)坡口兩側邊緣要注意(yi)停頓。焊(han)條(tiao)擺動要平穩,以(yi)使焊(han)后波紋(wen)均勻美觀。引(yin)弧點要在(zai)焊(han)接(jie)前(qian)方10~15mm處(chu)(chu),電弧引(yin)燃后,要拉(la)回熔池中心處(chu)(chu),待(dai)弧坑(keng)填滿(man)后,方能繼(ji)續向前(qian)擺動焊(han)接(jie)。水平固定管焊(han)道布置如圖4-50所示。
b. 垂直(zhi)固定(ding)焊
垂直固定(ding)管(guan)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)時,必須保證焊(han)縫(feng)上(shang)下(xia)兩端熔合(he)良好,不得出現未熔合(he)和夾渣等缺(que)陷。填充焊(han)道采用多道焊(han),焊(han)道分布如圖(tu)4-51所示(shi)。焊(han)條(tiao)角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)(du)如圖(tu)4-52和圖(tu)4-53所示(shi)。第一(yi)道焊(han)時焊(han)條(tiao)與焊(han)接(jie)(jie)方向的(de)夾角(jiao)(jiao)為75°~85°,與坡(po)口下(xia)端夾角(jiao)(jiao)為50°~60°,運(yun)條(tiao)方法(fa)為斜(xie)圓(yuan)圈形。焊(han)接(jie)(jie)過程中注(zhu)意電(dian)弧中心對準(zhun)上(shang)一(yi)層(ceng)焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)下(xia)邊(bian)緣,向前運(yun)條(tiao)時不要(yao)將坡(po)口棱邊(bian)破壞,以防蓋面焊(han)時影響視線。下(xia)一(yi)道焊(han)對準(zhun)上(shang)一(yi)道焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)上(shang)邊(bian)緣,但焊(han)條(tiao)角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)(du)向下(xia)適當調整。運(yun)條(tiao)時注(zhu)意電(dian)弧覆蓋焊(han)道情況,下(xia)側要(yao)稍大于上(shang)一(yi)道焊(han)縫(feng)中心,上(shang)側要(yao)緊貼坡(po)口邊(bian)緣棱角(jiao)(jiao)處。

蓋(gai)面(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)時第一(yi)(yi)道采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)直(zhi)線(xian)形運(yun)條,短弧焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)中注意坡口(kou)下(xia)邊(bian)緣熔化情況,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)熔池要(yao)熔化坡口(kou)邊(bian)緣0.5~1mm.下(xia)一(yi)(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)斜圓圈形運(yun)條方(fang)法,要(yao)壓住上一(yi)(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)近2/3.焊(han)(han)(han)條擺動(dong)幅度要(yao)視(shi)所剩焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)寬度選(xuan)擇。寬度大采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)斜鋸齒擺動(dong),寬度小則采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)條方(fang)法。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)中要(yao)適當減小焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)電流,并縮短弧長,使熔化的(de)液態金屬和熔渣均勻覆蓋(gai)在焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)表面(mian)上,得到整(zheng)齊美觀的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成形。
4. 焊后熱處理(li)
焊(han)后在(zai)焊(han)縫冷至(zhi)100~120℃后進行(xing)焊(han)后熱處(chu)理。焊(han)后熱處(chu)理的升(sheng)溫(wen)速度控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)150℃以下(xia),恒溫(wen)溫(wen)度為750℃±10℃,恒溫(wen)時(shi)間按壁厚每(mei)25mm保溫(wen)1h計算(suan),但不得少于3h,降至(zhi)300℃以下(xia),可以不作(zuo)控(kong)制(zhi)。
