浙江至德鋼業有限公司 Φ57mm×4mm不(bu)銹鋼管 V形坡口水平固定對接焊焊接參數選用見表4-6。

由于(yu)不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)內部很難設置墊(dian)板,為保證焊縫根部質量(liang),可采(cai)用可熔(rong)鑲塊。采(cai)用可熔(rong)鑲塊時(shi)的坡口形式及尺寸如圖4-13所示。

不銹鋼(gang)管裝配留好(hao)預定(ding)(ding)間隙后(hou),在管子圓周(zhou)的(de)時(shi)鐘位(wei)置2點(dian)和10點(dian)兩處焊(han)(han)接定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)(圖(tu)4-14(a))或在時(shi)鐘12點(dian)處一點(dian)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(圖(tu)4-14(b)).定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)長度5~10mm,厚(hou)度3mm左右,定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)要求焊(han)(han)透(tou),將成為正式焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)一部分(fen)。定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)不允(yun)許存在氣孔、夾渣、夾鎢、未(wei)焊(han)(han)透(tou)、未(wei)熔合、裂紋(wen)等焊(han)(han)接缺(que)陷,否則應把定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)打磨掉,重(zhong)新定(ding)(ding)位(wei)。

定位焊(han)(han)(han)縫的焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)有(you)兩種(zhong)手法:第(di)一種(zhong)是用斷(duan)續填(tian)絲(si)(si)法,在(zai)管子的一側(ce)(ce)坡口面上(shang)引弧(hu),再把電(dian)弧(hu)拉至始(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位,焊(han)(han)(han)槍做橫(heng)向擺動(dong),待根(gen)部(bu)熔(rong)化出(chu)現熔(rong)孔時,在(zai)左右側(ce)(ce)根(gen)部(bu)交替(ti)填(tian)充一滴(di)熔(rong)滴(di),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)隨著焊(han)(han)(han)槍的擺動(dong),斷(duan)續地、有(you)節奏地向熔(rong)池前(qian)沿填(tian)充,達到一定長(chang)度后(hou),在(zai)坡口面的一側(ce)(ce)收弧(hu);第(di)二種(zhong)是用連(lian)續填(tian)絲(si)(si)法,在(zai)一側(ce)(ce)坡口面處引弧(hu),然后(hou)把電(dian)弧(hu)拉至始(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位,焊(han)(han)(han)槍做橫(heng)向擺動(dong),待引弧(hu)處金屬熔(rong)化時,連(lian)續填(tian)絲(si)(si)進行焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)端部(bu)的熔(rong)滴(di)始(shi)終(zhong)與(yu)熔(rong)池相連(lian),達到一定長(chang)度后(hou),在(zai)坡口面的一側(ce)(ce)收弧(hu)。
焊(han)接不銹鋼管必須向管內通氬氣,以防止反面合金元素氧化、燒損,降低耐腐蝕性。一種管子焊接的充氬裝置是:在管子的兩端加上端蓋,端蓋上用彈簧鋼絲把端蓋固定在管子的兩端,形成管子內部保護腔。進氣端的端蓋上設一氣閥,與氬氣瓶相連,氬氣從側面充入管內;在出氣端的端蓋上鉆一個直徑2mm的小孔(側面),以便氣體流出。
焊(han)(han)前(qian)必須提起向不銹鋼管內(nei)通氬(ya)氣,要待管內(nei)空氣完全排除后(hou)再(zai)焊(han)(han)接。焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)中要不停地向管內(nei)通氬(ya)氣,焊(han)(han)縫即(ji)將封閉時(shi),關斷氬(ya)氣源。
打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi)(shi),為(wei)了保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)根(gen)部(bu)的質量,通常采用(yong)內(nei)填(tian)(tian)(tian)絲(si)法焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie),將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)從接(jie)(jie)頭裝配間(jian)隙中穿入不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管內(nei)部(bu)填(tian)(tian)(tian)絲(si),如(ru)圖4-15所示。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)在(zai)一(yi)側坡口面(mian)上引弧,然后把電(dian)弧移至時(shi)(shi)鐘6點位(wei)置,待坡口根(gen)部(bu)熔(rong)(rong)化出(chu)現熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)時(shi)(shi),左(zuo)右(you)兩側各填(tian)(tian)(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),當這兩滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)連在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)池前方出(chu)現熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)隨即將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)緊貼根(gen)部(bu)填(tian)(tian)(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍略做橫(heng)向(xiang)擺(bai)動,使焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)填(tian)(tian)(tian)充的熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)合在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),成(cheng)為(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)。如(ru)此(ci)往復(fu)循(xun)環,成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)條連續(xu)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)。

仰焊部位的操(cao)作如圖(tu)4-16所(suo)示。

為了避免在仰焊部(bu)位焊縫反面產(chan)生內(nei)凹(ao),焊絲(si)要(yao)緊貼熔合(he)處的根(gen)部(bu),使焊絲(si)直接(jie)送入管子內(nei)壁。
立焊(han)部位的操作(zuo)如圖4-17所(suo)示。
此時焊(han)(han)槍(qiang)和(he)焊(han)(han)絲(si)沿著管(guan)壁逐漸往(wang)上移動,焊(han)(han)絲(si)端部只要填(tian)充到(dao)熔(rong)合(he)根部即(ji)可。
焊(han)(han)至爬(pa)坡焊(han)(han)部(bu)位時,由于管子溫度已經很(hen)高(gao),因(yin)此,應(ying)將焊(han)(han)絲端部(bu)稍(shao)微(wei)離開(kai)熔合(he)根部(bu),以免反(fan)面焊(han)(han)縫產生焊(han)(han)瘤。
焊(han)(han)至距定位焊(han)(han)縫根部(bu)(bu)3~5mm時,為了保證接頭(tou)焊(han)(han)透,焊(han)(han)槍應畫個圈,把定位焊(han)(han)縫根部(bu)(bu)熔化,但不填(tian)焊(han)(han)絲,施焊(han)(han)10mm左(zuo)右在(zai)一側坡口面收弧。
管子后半圈的操作(zuo)與前半圈相同。
蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)的操(cao)作(zuo)是在打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)上引弧后,于(yu)時(shi)鐘6點位(wei)置(zhi)開始起(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)做(zuo)月牙形或鋸齒(chi)形擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),將(jiang)坡(po)口邊緣打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)表面熔(rong)(rong)化,形成熔(rong)(rong)池。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)同步擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),在坡(po)口兩(liang)側稍作(zuo)停頓,各(ge)稍加一滴(di)(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)(di),保證熔(rong)(rong)合(he)良好。在仰焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位(wei)每次填充的金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)要(yao)(yao)適當(dang)少些(xie)(xie),以免熔(rong)(rong)敷金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)下墜。立(li)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位(wei)操(cao)作(zuo)時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)的擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)頻率要(yao)(yao)適當(dang)加快,以防熔(rong)(rong)化金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)下淌。平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位(wei)操(cao)作(zuo)時(shi),每次填充的金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)要(yao)(yao)多(duo)些(xie)(xie),以防平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫不飽滿。
收弧時采用電流衰減法收弧。蓋面焊縫封閉后,要繼續向前施焊10mm左右,并逐漸減少焊絲的填充量,以免收弧部位產生弧坑裂紋和縮孔,并且氬氣流的冷卻作用有助于防止產生晶(jing)間腐蝕。
