薄帶連鑄是把鋼水直接澆鑄成厚度為1~10mm的帶鋼,采用這種新技術生產帶鋼可以省去傳統的生產熱軋帶(dai)鋼的熱連軋機(或爐卷軋機),可以大大降能耗,減少污染,降低生產成本,從而實現最佳的經濟效益。
薄(bo)(bo)(bo)帶連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)原理是(shi)鋼(gang)水(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)中(zhong)間包進入(ru)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji),該連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)沒有(you)結(jie)晶(jing)器(qi),而(er)是(shi)有(you)兩根(gen)相對旋轉(zhuan)的(de)澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun)(gun),鋼(gang)水(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun)(gun)組成彎月面(mian)開(kai)始凝(ning)固,隨著坯(pi)子(zi)(zi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)輥(gun)(gun)縫間隙向下(xia)運(yun)動,坯(pi)殼不斷(duan)長大,并使(shi)兩面(mian)坯(pi)殼完全熔合在一(yi)起形(xing)成連(lian)(lian)(lian)續的(de)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)帶鋼(gang),從連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)下(xia)方出來(lai)(lai)。盡管薄(bo)(bo)(bo)帶連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)原理比(bi)較簡單(dan),但要將其(qi)(qi)運(yun)用于(yu)(yu)工業(ye)生產(chan)十分困難。近年來(lai)(lai)由于(yu)(yu)在一(yi)些(xie)關(guan)鍵領域(yu)中(zhong)的(de)技術(shu)突破,例如鋼(gang)水(shui)進入(ru)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)技術(shu)(主要在水(shui)口上(shang)作文章,減少鋼(gang)水(shui)擾動,并使(shi)鋼(gang)水(shui)沿輥(gun)(gun)身有(you)效(xiao)分布),初期凝(ning)固技術(shu)(解決表面(mian)質量),澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun)(gun)側封材料,輥(gun)(gun)子(zi)(zi)變形(xing)和耐(nai)火(huo)材料等,使(shi)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)帶連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)逐步從中(zhong)間試驗(yan)走向工業(ye)化(hua),目(mu)前世(shi)界上(shang)已有(you)4臺工業(ye)化(hua)的(de)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)帶連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji),其(qi)(qi)主要參數見(jian)表4-4,相信在不遠的(de)將來(lai)(lai)用薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板帶連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)生產(chan)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)將成為現實。
