不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不銹鋼管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

 不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短管(guan)(guan)置(zhi)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)槽中,采(cai)(cai)用雙(shuang)輥驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)式,利用摩擦(ca)力(li)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)高速(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。為增加摩擦(ca)系(xi)數,雙(shuang)輥表面包覆(fu)橡膠(jiao)。雙(shuang)輥轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)分別采(cai)(cai)用伺服系(xi)統(tong)作為原動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji),探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)通過滾(gun)珠(zhu)絲杠(gang)配(pei)合直線(xian)(xian)導(dao)軌實現。協調好不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短管(guan)(guan)的(de)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)度及探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度,探(tan)(tan)傷(shang)螺距不(bu)(bu)超過探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)有效探(tan)(tan)傷(shang)面積的(de)80%,滿足(zu)短管(guan)(guan)全(quan)長度檢測(ce),端部不(bu)(bu)存(cun)在盲區(qu)。不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短管(guan)(guan)屬于(yu)成(cheng)品管(guan)(guan),鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)表面光潔無附著物,因此探(tan)(tan)傷(shang)設備耦合水(shui)(shui)可(ke)以不(bu)(bu)采(cai)(cai)用循環水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)槽內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)每天更換一次即可(ke)。探(tan)(tan)傷(shang)時,操(cao)作人(ren)員手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)將短管(guan)(guan)放入水(shui)(shui)槽內(nei),雙(shuang)輥驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)高速(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)直線(xian)(xian)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),檢測(ce)起始與結(jie)束位置(zhi)交替變(bian)化,探(tan)(tan)傷(shang)完成(cheng)后手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)取(qu)出。
