不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不(bu)銹鋼管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

 不(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)置(zhi)于水(shui)(shui)槽中(zhong),采用(yong)雙(shuang)輥(gun)(gun)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)式,利用(yong)摩擦力(li)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)(guan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。為增(zeng)加摩擦系數,雙(shuang)輥(gun)(gun)表面包覆橡膠(jiao)。雙(shuang)輥(gun)(gun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)頭移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)分別采用(yong)伺服(fu)系統作(zuo)(zuo)為原(yuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji),探(tan)頭移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)通過(guo)(guo)滾珠絲杠配合(he)直(zhi)線導軌實(shi)現。協調好不(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)的旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)度(du)及探(tan)頭移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度(du),探(tan)傷(shang)(shang)螺距(ju)不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)(guo)探(tan)頭有效探(tan)傷(shang)(shang)面積的80%,滿足短(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)全長(chang)度(du)檢(jian)(jian)測,端部不(bu)(bu)存在盲區。不(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)屬(shu)于成(cheng)品管(guan)(guan),鋼管(guan)(guan)表面光潔無(wu)附著物,因此(ci)探(tan)傷(shang)(shang)設備耦合(he)水(shui)(shui)可(ke)以不(bu)(bu)采用(yong)循環水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)槽內(nei)的水(shui)(shui)每天(tian)更換一次即可(ke)。探(tan)傷(shang)(shang)時,操作(zuo)(zuo)人員手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)將短(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)放入水(shui)(shui)槽內(nei),雙(shuang)輥(gun)(gun)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)(guan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),探(tan)頭直(zhi)線移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),檢(jian)(jian)測起始與結束位置(zhi)交替變化,探(tan)傷(shang)(shang)完(wan)成(cheng)后手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)取出。
