1. 卷邊圈制作方(fang)法


  如圖2-53所示,將(jiang)鋼板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)置于(yu)上下(xia)凹模之間,內凸模在外力的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用下(xia)將(jiang)鋼板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)成卷邊圈(quan)(quan)。施力的(de)(de)機(ji)具可(ke)采用液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)。當鋼板(ban)厚為(wei)3mm時(shi)(材質(zhi)為(wei)1Cr18Ni9Ti),100kN(10t)的(de)(de)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN25mm的(de)(de)卷邊圈(quan)(quan);當板(ban)厚3.5mm時(shi),500kN(50t)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN50mm的(de)(de)卷邊圈(quan)(quan);當板(ban)厚4mm時(shi),1000kN(100t)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN80mm的(de)(de)卷邊圈(quan)(quan)。

在加工鋼板圈時,應使其內徑與管子外徑的比為(1:2.1)~(1:2.2)。



 2. 卷(juan)邊(bian)短(duan)管的制作

  短管(guan)卷邊(bian)可采(cai)用(yong)電動卷邊(bian)機,其(qi)制(zhi)作方法如圖2-54所(suo)示。內模的角度a有45°、90°、125°、180°四種。在管(guan)子上卷邊(bian)時,內模(中碳鋼制(zhi)成)更(geng)換4次,沖壓(ya)即成。短管(guan)卷邊(bian)比鋼圈(quan)卷邊(bian)麻煩(fan)些(xie),但安裝方便。卷邊(bian)圈(quan)與管(guan)道焊(han)接(jie)時,常因焊(han)縫(feng)高(gao)度較大,焊(han)后要進(jin)行(xing)加工(gong),否則(ze)會造成卷邊(bian)圈(quan)與鋼法蘭接(jie)觸不緊密的缺陷。
