1. 卷邊圈制(zhi)作方法
如圖2-53所(suo)示(shi),將鋼板圈(quan)置于上下(xia)凹模之間,內凸模在外力的作(zuo)用下(xia)將鋼板圈(quan)壓(ya)成(cheng)卷邊(bian)圈(quan)。施(shi)力的機(ji)具(ju)可(ke)采(cai)用液壓(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)。當鋼板厚為3mm時(材(cai)質為1Cr18Ni9Ti),100kN(10t)的液壓(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN25mm的卷邊(bian)圈(quan);當板厚3.5mm時,500kN(50t)液壓(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN50mm的卷邊(bian)圈(quan);當板厚4mm時,1000kN(100t)液壓(ya)千斤(jin)頂(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)稱尺(chi)寸DN80mm的卷邊(bian)圈(quan)。
在加工鋼板圈時,應使其內徑與管子外徑的比為(1:2.1)~(1:2.2)。
2. 卷邊短管的制作
短管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)可(ke)采用(yong)電(dian)動卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機,其制(zhi)作方法如圖2-54所示。內模(mo)的(de)角度a有(you)45°、90°、125°、180°四種(zhong)。在管(guan)子上卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)時(shi),內模(mo)(中(zhong)碳鋼制(zhi)成)更換4次,沖壓即成。短管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比鋼圈(quan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)麻煩些,但(dan)安裝(zhuang)方便。卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)與(yu)管(guan)道焊接(jie)時(shi),常(chang)因焊縫高度較大(da),焊后(hou)要進(jin)行加工,否則(ze)會造成卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)與(yu)鋼法蘭接(jie)觸不緊密的(de)缺陷。
