焊接不銹鋼異徑管的一般要求有以下幾點:


  ①. 焊制異(yi)徑管(guan)的圓度不應大(da)于各端外(wai)徑的1%,且不大(da)于5mm.


  ②. 同心(xin)異(yi)徑(jing)管(guan)兩(liang)端中心(xin)線應(ying)重(zhong)合,其偏(pian)心(xin)值(a1-a2)/2(符號見圖2-50)不應(ying)大于大端外徑(jing)的1%,且不應(ying)大于5mm;偏(pian)心(xin)異(yi)徑(jing)管(guan)過渡區應(ying)圓滑。

1. 同(tong)心異徑管展開圖(tu)


   圖(tu)2-51為同心異徑管(guan)展開圖(tu),其作圖(tu)步(bu)驟如下。

  ①. 按已知尺(chi)寸畫出主視圖和俯視圖,將其上、下口(kou)分(fen)成12等份,使表面組成24個(ge)三角(jiao)形(xing)。


  ②. 采(cai)用直角(jiao)三角(jiao)形法(fa)求出1-2'線的實長(chang)。


  ③. 按照已知三(san)邊作(zuo)三(san)角形的方(fang)法,即可(ke)得到同心異徑管的展開(kai)圖。



 2. 不(bu)銹鋼異徑管的制作


  不銹(xiu)鋼異徑管分同心(xin)和偏心(xin)兩種(zhong),可用卷(juan)焊、摔制、抽條等方法制作(zuo)。


  采用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)卷焊時,先(xian)作(zuo)出樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)(ban)(ban),然后(hou)將樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)平鋪在鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)劃線(xian)、下料,并按(an)要(yao)求加(jia)工(gong)坡口(kou),除去(qu)毛刺和氧化鐵(tie)皮,用(yong)(yong)(yong)滾板(ban)(ban)(ban)機或壓力(li)機卷圓(yuan),再用(yong)(yong)(yong)1/4圓(yuan)的(de)弧形(xing)樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)內(nei)圓(yuan)的(de)弧度。經修(xiu)理達到(dao)要(yao)求后(hou)施焊。無機械卷圓(yuan)時,也可用(yong)(yong)(yong)手工(gong)卷制(zhi),如圖2-52所示(shi)。制(zhi)作(zuo)時,先(xian)在切(qie)割(ge)好的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)分區域(yu)劃線(xian)條(tiao),按(an)區向(xiang)內(nei)敲打彎制(zhi),錘擊力(li)量要(yao)適當,以免用(yong)(yong)(yong)力(li)過(guo)大鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)產(chan)生過(guo)度變形(xing),并隨時用(yong)(yong)(yong)1/4圓(yuan)弧形(xing)樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha);發現(xian)扭曲不對口(kou)時,可用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)具(ju)校正。

  當管(guan)(guan)徑較(jiao)小、采用鋼板(ban)卷制(zhi)有困難(nan)時(shi),異徑管(guan)(guan)可用鋼管(guan)(guan)摔(shuai)(shuai)制(zhi)。制(zhi)作時(shi),先用烘爐或氧-乙炔(gui)焰將管(guan)(guan)子加熱(re)到800~950℃.摔(shuai)(shuai)同心異徑管(guan)(guan)時(shi),邊錘(chui)擊邊轉動(dong)管(guan)(guan)子,由(you)大到小,使管(guan)(guan)面圓(yuan)弧均勻過渡,錘(chui)面要放平(ping),防止錘(chui)擊時(shi)使管(guan)(guan)壁(bi)產生(sheng)麻面。一(yi)遍摔(shuai)(shuai)不好時(shi),可再加熱(re),直(zhi)到摔(shuai)(shuai)成為止。摔(shuai)(shuai)偏心大小頭時(shi),管(guan)(guan)下壁(bi)不應(ying)(ying)加熱(re),采用烘爐加熱(re)時(shi),可用水(shui)將管(guan)(guan)下壁(bi)冷卻(que)后(hou)再摔(shuai)(shuai)管(guan)(guan)。摔(shuai)(shuai)制(zhi)時(shi),應(ying)(ying)左右轉動(dong),使其過渡圓(yuan)滑(hua)。


制(zhi)作異徑管(guan)(guan)時,其變徑過渡區(qu)的長度視管(guan)(guan)徑不(bu)同而異,為(wei)減小局部阻(zu)力(li),一般不(bu)應小于大(da)管(guan)(guan)外徑。
