活接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭（圖16.32）又叫由(you)(you)壬(ren)或由(you)(you)任，是(shi)一種能方便安(an)裝與拆(chai)卸的(de)常用管(guan)道連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)，主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)(you)螺(luo)(luo)母、云(yun)頭、平接(jie)(jie)(jie)三部(bu)分(fen)組成。由(you)(you)圓(yuan)鋼或鋼錠模鍛成形后機加工而成。它(ta)的(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)形式分(fen)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)和螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)，承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)是(shi)將鋼管(guan)插(cha)(cha)入承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)孔內進行焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)，因此稱為承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)活接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭，螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)是(shi)將鋼管(guan)旋入螺(luo)(luo)孔內進行連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)，因此稱為螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)活接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭，主(zhu)要(yao)制造(zao)標(biao)準為ASME B16.11《承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊和螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)鍛造(zao)管(guan)件(jian)》、MSS SP-83《承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)和螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)配件(jian)》。活接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭典(dian)型圖見圖16.32。

   承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)活接(jie)頭有等(deng)徑(jing)(jing)和異徑(jing)(jing)之分(fen)。承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)活接(jie)頭由插(cha)(cha)(cha)口(kou)、承(cheng)口(kou)、承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)槽等(deng)組成，其特征(zheng)在于(yu)在插(cha)(cha)(cha)口(kou)上有承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)槽，插(cha)(cha)(cha)口(kou)、承(cheng)口(kou)分(fen)別位(wei)于(yu)兩(liang)端，設計合(he)理、操作簡(jian)單、實用性強，采用承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)活接(jie)頭可(ke)(ke)提高操作質(zhi)量與便捷(jie)性。承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)活接(jie)頭可(ke)(ke)廣泛用于(yu)不同口(kou)徑(jing)(jing)的管道，也可(ke)(ke)用于(yu)水(shui)表、閥門(men)。

   螺紋活接頭是指帶螺紋的活接頭，是工業和生活中最常見的一種管件，螺紋活接頭使管道的連接變得更簡單，拆卸更換也更容易，大大節省了管道連接的成本。工業上用的螺紋活接頭一般是金屬制造，耐壓較高，材料有碳鋼、不銹鋼、合金鋼、黃銅等；生活中用的螺紋活接頭材料一般有PC、PVC、PE等。
