埋弧焊時為了調整焊接機頭與不銹鋼管焊件的相對位置,使整個焊接過程中待焊處始終處于最適合焊接的位置,還要保證在施焊過程中穩定、可靠安全,一般均需有相應的輔助設備與焊機相配合。輔助設備有焊接夾具、焊件變位設備、焊機機頭變位設備、焊縫成形設備和導電嘴等。


1. 焊接(jie)夾具(ju)


   其目的在于使不銹鋼管焊(han)(han)件準確定位并(bing)夾緊,以便焊(han)(han)接。這樣(yang)可以減少或免去定位焊(han)(han)縫且能減少焊(han)(han)接變(bian)形(xing)。圖4-13為一種(zhong)常用(yong)的筒(tong)形(xing)工(gong)件縱焊(han)(han)縫的琴鍵(jian)夾具的示(shi)意(yi)圖,配有成形(xing)銅墊板,能獲得單面(mian)焊(han)(han)雙面(mian)成形(xing)的焊(han)(han)縫。


2. 焊件(jian)變位(wei)設(she)備


   主(zhu)(zhu)要功能是使焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件(jian)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)、傾斜(xie)、翻轉(zhuan)(zhuan) 以使待(dai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)處(chu)處(chu)于(yu)最適合焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)的(de)(de)位(wei)置,來達到提高生產效率,保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫質量(liang)和(he)減輕工(gong)人勞動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件(jian)變位(wei)設備的(de)(de)形(xing)式、結構(gou)(gou)和(he)尺寸要根據焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)形(xing)式、重(zhong)量(liang)專門設計。通常有(you)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪架和(he)翻轉(zhuan)(zhuan)機等。用于(yu)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體的(de)(de)典型滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪架如(ru)圖4-14所示。長(chang)軸式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪架的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪與從動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪的(de)(de)數量(liang)較多時(shi),要求(qiu)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪始終(zhong)保持(chi)在同一軸線上(shang),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件(jian)在上(shang)面不(bu)易變形(xing)和(he)打滑。這種滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪架適用于(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)中、薄壁、長(chang)度大的(de)(de)筒(tong)形(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件(jian)。筒(tong)體上(shang)如(ru)有(you)凸出附件(jian),應防止轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)中與長(chang)軸相互干涉。


3. 焊機機頭變位設(she)備


   這種設備(bei)又稱焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接操(cao)作(zuo)機(ji)(ji)。它能(neng)將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接機(ji)(ji)頭(tou)對準待焊(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置,使之在(zai)該位(wei)置上操(cao)作(zuo),或者以一定(ding)(ding)速度沿規定(ding)(ding)軌跡移動焊(han)(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)頭(tou)進(jin)行焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接。它與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接滾輪架(jia)(jia)(滾輪架(jia)(jia)的結構形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、選(xuan)用(yong),見JB/T 9187-1999《焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接滾輪架(jia)(jia)》)等(deng)配合使用(yong),能(neng)完成(cheng)各種構件的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接。其(qi)基(ji)本形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)有平臺式(shi)(shi)(shi)、懸(xuan)臂式(shi)(shi)(shi)、伸縮式(shi)(shi)(shi)、龍(long)門式(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)幾種。常用(yong)的平臺焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接操(cao)作(zuo)機(ji)(ji)與滾輪架(jia)(jia)配合使用(yong)情況,如圖(tu)4-14、圖(tu)4-15所示。

4. 焊縫成形設備


   由(you)于埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)(de)電弧功率較大,在(zai)對接(jie)接(jie)頭焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時,為了(le)防止(zhi)熔化金屬的(de)(de)流失和燒(shao)穿(chuan)并(bing)促使焊(han)(han)(han)縫背面(mian)(mian)成形,往(wang)往(wang)需要在(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)縫背面(mian)(mian)加墊板。最常(chang)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫成形設(she)備除前(qian)面(mian)(mian)所述的(de)(de)銅墊板外,還有焊(han)(han)(han)劑襯墊。它適用(yong)(yong)于縱焊(han)(han)(han)縫和環焊(han)(han)(han)縫。圖4-16為典(dian)型(xing)的(de)(de)帶(dai)(dai)式環焊(han)(han)(han)縫焊(han)(han)(han)劑墊的(de)(de)示意圖。圖中(zhong)舉升氣(qi)缸6在(zai)工(gong)作時將(jiang)帶(dai)(dai)支撐總成1舉起,使帶(dai)(dai)兩邊凸棱與工(gong)作表面(mian)(mian)接(jie)觸(chu),帶(dai)(dai)在(zai)摩(mo)擦力的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)下隨焊(han)(han)(han)件運動。位于帶(dai)(dai)一端(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)劑斗3內的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)劑經出(chu)料口落(luo)在(zai)帶(dai)(dai)上,傳到(dao)待(dai)焊(han)(han)(han)點的(de)(de)下方,托住高(gao)溫(wen)的(de)(de)熔池,過后將(jiang)多余焊(han)(han)(han)劑傳到(dao)另一端(duan)(duan),落(luo)入(ru)回收箱內,供(gong)重復使用(yong)(yong)(需篩除碎粉、渣殼等,并(bing)重新烘干)。


5. 導電嘴


   導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴按結構分(fen)為管式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(或(huo)(huo)(huo)稱管狀偏心(xin)(xin)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴、偏心(xin)(xin)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴)、滾輪式(shi)(shi)(或(huo)(huo)(huo)稱滾動式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴)、夾閘瓦(wa)(wa)式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(或(huo)(huo)(huo)瓦(wa)(wa)片式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴)。Φ4.0mm以下的(de)(de)細焊(han)絲常用(yong)管式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴;Φ4.0mm以上的(de)(de)焊(han)絲宜(yi)用(yong)滾輪式(shi)(shi)或(huo)(huo)(huo)夾瓦(wa)(wa)式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴。導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴的(de)(de)結構見圖4-17。
