值得注意的(de)是(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)內的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong)不(bu)能與介(jie)質重(zhong)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)考(kao)(kao)慮,并且只有當管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)需要進行水(shui)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)才(cai)考(kao)(kao)慮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong)的(de)影響。一般(ban)情況下,對(dui)于(yu)(yu)大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao),尤(you)其是(shi)大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)氣(qi)體管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao),其充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong)要比介(jie)質重(zhong)大(da)許(xu)多,故(gu)這類管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)支吊架應(ying)考(kao)(kao)慮能承受水(shui)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong)。對(dui)于(yu)(yu)并行的(de)多根(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao),如管(guan)(guan)(guan)廊上的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao),每根(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)不(bu)能同時(shi)(shi)(shi)計(ji)入充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong),實(shi)際的(de)水(shui)壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)也(ye)是(shi)逐根(gen)進行的(de),此時(shi)(shi)(shi)在向結(jie)構專(zhuan)業提出(chu)荷載條件(jian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),以其中的(de)最(zui)大(da)一根(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)水(shui)重(zhong)計(ji)算即可。


  冷態(tai)下,管(guan)道的(de)基(ji)本載荷是(shi)按管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空間(jian)幾(ji)何形狀(zhuang)進(jin)行分(fen)配(pei)的(de),即通過管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空間(jian)幾(ji)何形狀(zhuang)和(he)支(zhi)承點(dian)的(de)位置可以計算出各承重(zhong)點(dian)的(de)分(fen)配(pei)載荷。

3. 帶有閥門等(deng)集中載荷的(de)水平管道基本載荷(圖9-53)
