值得注意的是(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)內(nei)的充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不能與介質(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)考慮,并(bing)(bing)且只有當(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子需(xu)要(yao)進行(xing)水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)才考慮充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的影響。一般情況(kuang)下,對于大(da)(da)直徑管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)大(da)(da)直徑氣(qi)體管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),其(qi)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)比介質(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)許多(duo),故這類(lei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的支吊(diao)架應考慮能承受(shou)水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)的充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。對于并(bing)(bing)行(xing)的多(duo)根(gen)(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),如管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廊上的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),每根(gen)(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)不能同(tong)時(shi)(shi)計入充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),實際(ji)的水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)過程也是(shi)逐根(gen)(gen)進行(xing)的,此時(shi)(shi)在向結構專業提出荷載條件時(shi)(shi),以其(qi)中的最(zui)大(da)(da)一根(gen)(gen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)計算即可。
冷態下(xia),管(guan)道的(de)基本載荷是按(an)管(guan)系的(de)空間幾何(he)形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)進行分配(pei)的(de),即通過管(guan)系的(de)空間幾何(he)形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)和支承點的(de)位置(zhi)可以計算(suan)出各承重點的(de)分配(pei)載荷。
