2. 蒸汽分配(pei)站(zhan)和疏(shu)水站(zhan)
①. 對于(yu)蒸汽分配站和(he)疏水站的管徑(jing)也給出了下面(mian)的公式,計算(suan)出S值,再查詢SH3040相(xiang)應的表格來獲得蒸汽分配站和(he)疏水站的管徑(jing)。
S=A+2B+3C 式中A-DN15、612、10伴(ban)管(guan)根數;B-DN20伴(ban)管(guan)根數;C-DN25伴(ban)管(guan)根數。
②. 在3m半徑范圍內如有3個或3個以上(shang)的伴熱(re)點及(ji)回(hui)收(shou)點時(shi),蒸(zheng)汽伴熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)設置(zhi)蒸(zheng)汽分配(pei)站(zhan)和疏水(shui)站(zhan),熱(re)水(shui)伴熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)設置(zhi)熱(re)水(shui)分配(pei)站(zhan)和熱(re)水(shui)回(hui)水(shui)站(zhan)。站(zhan)的設置(zhi)應(ying)考(kao)慮(lv)統(tong)一考(kao)慮(lv),布(bu)局合理,方便操作和維修。
3. 蒸汽伴(ban)管沿被(bei)伴(ban)熱管的最(zui)大允許有效伴(ban)熱長度(包括垂直(zhi)管道)(表6-34)
凝結水不回收時,最大(da)(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴(ban)熱長(chang)度(du)可延長(chang)20%;采用導(dao)熱膠泥時,最大(da)(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴(ban)熱長(chang)度(du)宜縮短20%;對于出現U形彎時,在超過(guo)規定數值(蒸汽壓(ya)力0.3~0.5MPa,累計上升(sheng)(sheng)4m;蒸汽壓(ya)力大(da)(da)于0.5~0.7MPa,累計上升(sheng)(sheng)5m;蒸汽壓(ya)力大(da)(da)于0.7~1MPa,累計上升(sheng)(sheng)6m)時宜適當減少最大(da)(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴(ban)熱長(chang)度(du),但伴(ban)管累計上升(sheng)(sheng)高度(du)不宜超過(guo)10m。
注:1. 蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)分(fen)配(pei)站安裝位置(zhi)高于(yu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)總管時(shi),分(fen)配(pei)站低(di)(di)點(dian)可不(bu)設(she)排放(fang)冷凝水(shui)的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)疏水(shui)閥系統,水(shui)平安裝的(de)(de)分(fen)配(pei)站應(ying)無袋形并(bing)坡向蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)總管。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)分(fen)配(pei)站低(di)(di)于(yu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)總管時(shi),其上(shang)游(you)不(bu)得(de)有下凹的(de)(de)袋形彎(wan),分(fen)配(pei)站的(de)(de)低(di)(di)點(dian)應(ying)設(she)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)疏水(shui)閥組。
2. 蒸汽(qi)分(fen)配站至少有3根伴管(guan)(DN15)送至半徑(jing)為3m范圍內(nei)的(de)地(di)點(dian)時才(cai)設置(zhi),否則伴熱(re)供汽(qi)管(guan)可直接(jie)從蒸汽(qi)總(zong)管(guan)上引出。
3. 分(fen)配站應(ying)布(bu)置(zhi)在不妨礙通行、便于操作的地方,布(bu)置(zhi)應(ying)考慮(lv)整齊(qi)和美(mei)觀。
4. 供汽管的閥門(men)應布置在便于接(jie)近的地方。
5. 分配站的蒸汽應從(cong)蒸汽總管的頂部(bu)引出。
4. 熱水伴管沿被伴熱管的(de)最大允許有效伴熱長度(包括垂(chui)直管道)(表(biao)6-35)
