①. 伴管(guan)管(guan)徑宜為10、12、DN15、DN20、DN25,伴管(guan)根(gen)數(shu)不宜超過4根(gen)。

③. 環(huan)境溫(wen)度、伴管介質(zhi)的操作條件、保(bao)溫(wen)材料制品的熱導率及(ji)傳(chuan)熱系數等數據與(yu)表1~表8不同時,伴管管徑及(ji)根數(采用(yong)硬質(zhi)或半(ban)硬質(zhi)圓形保(bao)溫(wen)材料制品)按下(xia)面公式計算。

2. 蒸(zheng)汽(qi)分配站和(he)疏水(shui)站
①. 對于蒸(zheng)汽分配(pei)站和疏(shu)(shu)水(shui)站的管徑也給出了(le)下面的公式,計算出S值(zhi),再查詢(xun)SH3040相應的表(biao)格來(lai)獲得蒸(zheng)汽分配(pei)站和疏(shu)(shu)水(shui)站的管徑。
S=A+2B+3C 式中A-DN15、612、10伴管(guan)根數(shu);B-DN20伴管(guan)根數(shu);C-DN25伴管(guan)根數(shu)。
②. 在3m半徑范圍(wei)內如有(you)3個或3個以上的(de)伴(ban)(ban)熱點(dian)及回收點(dian)時,蒸汽(qi)伴(ban)(ban)熱系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)設置(zhi)(zhi)蒸汽(qi)分配站和(he)疏水(shui)站,熱水(shui)伴(ban)(ban)熱系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)設置(zhi)(zhi)熱水(shui)分配站和(he)熱水(shui)回水(shui)站。站的(de)設置(zhi)(zhi)應(ying)考慮統(tong)一考慮,布局合理,方(fang)便操作(zuo)和(he)維修(xiu)。
3. 蒸汽伴管(guan)沿(yan)被伴熱(re)管(guan)的最大允(yun)許有效(xiao)伴熱(re)長(chang)度(包括垂直管(guan)道)(表6-34)
凝結水不回收時,最(zui)(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)長度(du)可延長20%;采用導熱(re)(re)膠(jiao)泥時,最(zui)(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)長度(du)宜(yi)(yi)縮(suo)短20%;對于出現U形彎(wan)時,在超(chao)過(guo)規定(ding)數值(蒸汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)0.3~0.5MPa,累(lei)計(ji)(ji)上(shang)升4m;蒸汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)大(da)于0.5~0.7MPa,累(lei)計(ji)(ji)上(shang)升5m;蒸汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)大(da)于0.7~1MPa,累(lei)計(ji)(ji)上(shang)升6m)時宜(yi)(yi)適當(dang)減少(shao)最(zui)(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)長度(du),但(dan)伴(ban)管(guan)累(lei)計(ji)(ji)上(shang)升高(gao)度(du)不宜(yi)(yi)超(chao)過(guo)10m。

注:1. 蒸(zheng)汽分(fen)(fen)配站安(an)裝位置高于蒸(zheng)汽總(zong)管時(shi),分(fen)(fen)配站低點可不設排放冷凝水的(de)蒸(zheng)汽疏(shu)水閥系統(tong),水平安(an)裝的(de)分(fen)(fen)配站應(ying)無袋形(xing)并坡向蒸(zheng)汽總(zong)管。蒸(zheng)汽分(fen)(fen)配站低于蒸(zheng)汽總(zong)管時(shi),其上游(you)不得有下(xia)凹(ao)的(de)袋形(xing)彎,分(fen)(fen)配站的(de)低點應(ying)設蒸(zheng)汽疏(shu)水閥組。
2. 蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)分配站至(zhi)少有3根伴(ban)管(guan)(DN15)送至(zhi)半徑為3m范圍(wei)內(nei)的地點時才設置,否則伴(ban)熱供汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)可直接從蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)總(zong)管(guan)上引(yin)出。
3. 分配站應布置在(zai)不妨礙通(tong)行、便于(yu)操作的地(di)方,布置應考慮整齊和(he)美觀。
4. 供(gong)汽管的閥門應布置在便(bian)于接(jie)近的地方。
5. 分(fen)配站的(de)蒸汽應從(cong)蒸汽總管(guan)的(de)頂(ding)部引出。
4. 熱水(shui)伴(ban)(ban)管沿(yan)被伴(ban)(ban)熱管的最大允許有效伴(ban)(ban)熱長度(包括垂直(zhi)管道)(表6-35)
