近(jin)日,從寶(bao)武中央研究院(yuan)(yuan)傳來好消(xiao)息(xi),由該(gai)院(yuan)(yuan)自主研發的光伏支架(jia)用超級耐候(hou)拉桿用鋼全(quan)球首發,產品可實現光伏行業拉桿用鋼的全(quan)壽命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)免(mian)涂(tu)鍍(du)、免(mian)維護,彰顯(xian)寶(bao)武順應時代需求(qiu)積(ji)極變革創(chuang)新,不僅(jin)為(wei)“雙(shuang)碳”戰略目標賦能添彩(cai),也為(wei)光伏行業由“制(zhi)造綠色”延伸至“綠色制(zhi)造”提供(gong)寶(bao)武方(fang)案。
我國光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行業新增裝機(ji)量(liang)(liang)、累(lei)計裝機(ji)量(liang)(liang)連續多年(nian)(nian)位居(ju)全(quan)球第一,產(chan)業鏈(lian)各(ge)環節(jie)生(sheng)產(chan)規(gui)模(mo)全(quan)球占比均超過(guo) 50%。2022年(nian)(nian),中(zhong)國光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行業總產(chan)值突破1.4萬(wan)億(yi)元。伴隨光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行業跨越(yue)式發展,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支架(jia)用鋼年(nian)(nian)需求量(liang)(liang)超過(guo)500萬(wan)噸并保持(chi)快速增長。
光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架系統是(shi)確保(bao)太陽能(neng)板高(gao)效、穩定(ding)(ding)、安全(quan)運行的主體(ti)結構,其中光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架用(yong)拉桿對(dui)系統起到支(zhi)撐和保(bao)護作用(yong),在(zai)直面自然環境侵蝕中容易(yi)腐蝕失效。為此,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架用(yong)拉桿主要采用(yong)低級別(bie)鋼種(zhong)經冷拔后(hou)熱(re)鍍鋅而成,生產工(gong)序(xu)流程長、污染嚴(yan)重并且(qie)傳統熱(re)鍍鋅層薄(bo)、容易(yi)剝落,無(wu)法滿足光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)項目全(quan)壽(shou)命周(zhou)期要求,后(hou)期還(huan)需定(ding)(ding)期維護、翻新。因(yin)此,高(gao)污染、高(gao)能(neng)耗、高(gao)成本已(yi)經成為制約光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架用(yong)拉桿選材(cai)、用(yong)材(cai)的瓶頸。
在(zai)“雙碳(tan)”背(bei)景下,寶(bao)武(wu)中(zhong)央(yang)研究院深刻認識(shi)到,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行(xing)業已成(cheng)為綠色(se)低碳(tan)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)新賽(sai)道,節能環保材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)研發(fa)和應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)迫在(zai)眉睫(jie),耐候鋼(gang)在(zai)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行(xing)業的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)必將成(cheng)為一種趨勢(shi)。針對光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支架用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)拉桿(gan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)綠色(se)升級的(de)(de)(de)“痛點”,寶(bao)武(wu)中(zhong)央(yang)研究院與相關單位密(mi)切協同,通過(guo)自主(zhu)創新,打(da)破(po)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行(xing)業用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)材傳(chuan)統,成(cheng)功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)出擁有完(wan)全(quan)自主(zhu)知(zhi)識(shi)產權(quan)的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支架用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)超級耐候拉桿(gan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang),滿足光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)(fu)項目全(quan)壽命(ming)周期免(mian)涂鍍(du)、免(mian)維(wei)護的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)要(yao)求并實(shi)現材料(liao)韌性提升150%以上。
此次寶武光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架(jia)用(yong)超級耐候拉桿用(yong)鋼的成功開發(fa),進一(yi)步降低(di)(di)光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)項目建設與運營成本,滿(man)足光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)發(fa)電(dian)多應用(yong)場景需求,推動(dong)我國光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)行業(ye)可持續發(fa)展(zhan),而且開辟(pi)出光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架(jia)用(yong)拉桿用(yong)鋼發(fa)展(zhan)新賽道(dao),有力促進鋼鐵(tie)與光伏(fu)(fu)(fu)產業(ye)鏈的綠色低(di)(di)碳化發(fa)展(zhan)。
