不銹鋼管道分支處(chu)補(bu)強方式(shi)的(de)選擇,一(yi)般是通過定(ding)性(xing)分析(xi)和定(ding)量計算相結合(he)的(de)方式(shi)來確定(ding)。定(ding)量計算的(de)詳細(xi)講述見本書(shu)第三章中支管連(lian)接形式(shi)的(de)選用(yong)與強度計算工程(cheng)應用(yong)。


 1. 分支管連接(jie)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)選用,主(zhu)要根據管道的(de)設計溫(wen)度、設計壓(ya)力(li)、腐蝕(shi)余量等設計條件確定。分支的(de)方(fang)法基本為兩種,對于(yu)低壓(ya)大直(zhi)徑管則直(zhi)接(jie)把(ba)分支管焊于(yu)主(zhu)管上;其(qi)他多數(shu)是利用分支管件進(jin)行分支。


   ①. 當從主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)的比值大(da)于(yu)(yu)等于(yu)(yu)0.5時,采用(yong)異徑(jing)(jing)(jing)三(san)(san)(san)通或(huo)等徑(jing)(jing)(jing)三(san)(san)(san)通;當主(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為等徑(jing)(jing)(jing)時,應采用(yong)三(san)(san)(san)通。GB 50316規(gui)定:公稱壓力(li)大(da)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)等于(yu)(yu)10MPa的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,主(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為異徑(jing)(jing)(jing)時,不(bu)宜采用(yong)焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),宜采用(yong)三(san)(san)(san)通或(huo)在主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上開孔并焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)。當主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)大(da)于(yu)(yu)DN65而(er)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為DN40和以(yi)下時,根(gen)據設計(ji)壓力(li)的大(da)小(xiao),采用(yong)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)或(huo)半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。

 

     有的規(gui)范(fan)規(gui)定,一般(ban)主(zhu)管尺(chi)寸(cun)的一半并(bing)降低(di)兩(liang)個尺(chi)寸(cun)系列(lie),就沒(mei)有三通可(ke)供使用了,如主(zhu)管為12”,標準三通一般(ban)可(ke)做到5"(不常用的口徑),再低(di)就沒(mei)有三通可(ke)供選(xuan)用了。


   ②. 普(pu)通無腐蝕性的(de)低溫介質(如LNG),在(zai)中、低壓條(tiao)件下(一(yi)般(ban)不大(da)于9MPa),小(xiao)尺寸的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(≤2”),選用半管接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高壓條(tiao)件下(一(yi)般(ban)大(da)于9MPa),小(xiao)尺寸的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(≤2")選用對焊支(zhi)管座(weldolet)。


   ③. 普通無腐蝕性的(de)(de)低溫(wen)介(jie)質(如LNG),在中(zhong)、低壓條(tiao)件下(一般<6MPa),大(da)尺寸(cun)的(de)(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)(>2”),選(xuan)用補強(qiang)板連接(reinforcing pad);在高壓條(tiao)件下(一般大(da)于6MPa),大(da)尺寸(cun)的(de)(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)(>2”)選(xuan)用對焊支(zhi)(zhi)管座(Weldolet)。


   ④. 等(deng)級(ji)表中低(di)溫管道的分(fen)支(zhi)形式(shi)主要包(bao)括標準三通、半管接頭、對(dui)焊支(zhi)管座、補強板連(lian)接、直接開口(較少)等(deng)形式(shi)。


   ⑤. 其(qi)他工況支管連接方式(shi)的選用:


      a. 主管(guan)直徑(jing)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)DN50時,支管(guan)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)主管(guan),則用異徑(jing)三(san)通或(huo)等徑(jing)三(san)通加異徑(jing)短管(guan)。


      b. 設(she)計壓(ya)力(li)(li)等于(yu)(yu)或(huo)大于(yu)(yu)2.0MPa、設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過250℃以及(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)與主管(guan)(guan)公稱直(zhi)徑之(zhi)比大于(yu)(yu)0.8,或(huo)承受機械(xie)振動、壓(ya)力(li)(li)脈動和溫(wen)度(du)急(ji)劇變化的管(guan)(guan)道分支(zhi)(zhi),應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)等徑異徑三(san)通;公稱直(zhi)徑小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)等于(yu)(yu)40mm的管(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)承插焊(han)(或(huo)螺紋(wen))鍛(duan)制(zhi)三(san)通;公稱直(zhi)徑等于(yu)(yu)或(huo)大于(yu)(yu)50mm的管(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)對焊(han)三(san)通、對焊(han)加強管(guan)(guan)接頭(對焊(han)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺)或(huo)嵌入式(鞍(an)形)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)接頭。


      c. 支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通過加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)(支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)與主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接是指將一(yi)個螺紋、承(cheng)插(cha)焊(han)(han)或對焊(han)(han)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)(支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)直接焊(han)(han)于主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上而制成,螺紋、承(cheng)插(cha)焊(han)(han)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺用于直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接。螺紋、承(cheng)插(cha)焊(han)(han)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺在任何情(qing)況(kuang)下其額定等級應大于等于2000lb。


      d. 其他支(zhi)管連接(jie)(jie)可用直接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie),但必須經(jing)校核后明確(que)是否增(zeng)加(jia)補強。直接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)在(zai)(zai)主管上的(de)(de)支(zhi)管連接(jie)(jie),不(bu)宜用于有機械振動(dong)、壓力脈動(dong)和(he)溫(wen)度(du)急劇變(bian)化的(de)(de)部位(wei)及設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)超過(guo)425℃的(de)(de)管道,當支(zhi)管連接(jie)(jie)處(chu)承受由于支(zhi)管熱變(bian)形,外荷(he)載及支(zhi)架(jia)位(wei)移(yi)等引(yin)起(qi)的(de)(de)應力時,應對附加(jia)荷(he)載在(zai)(zai)支(zhi)管連接(jie)(jie)處(chu)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)影響進行分析并采取(qu)必要的(de)(de)加(jia)強措(cuo)施。


   ⑥. 依(yi)據管道等(deng)級中已經確定(ding)的法(fa)蘭壓(ya)力(li)等(deng)級或公稱壓(ya)力(li)來選用支管連接件(jian)。


   一般,當法蘭的(de)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)壓力(li)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)壓力(li)≤2.5MPa(磅(bang)級系列≤150lb)時(shi),綜(zong)合考慮其他工況后,支(zhi)管可直接(jie)焊(han)(han)接(jie)在主(zhu)管上;當公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥4.0MPa(磅(bang)級系列公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥300lb)時(shi),則根據主(zhu)管支(zhi)管公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)直徑的(de)不同(tong)按對(dui)焊(han)(han)三通、對(dui)焊(han)(han)加強管接(jie)頭、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺紋連接(jie)三通、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺紋加強管接(jie)頭的(de)順(shun)序(xu)選用。


 2. 管件壁厚


   在確定(ding)支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)時(shi)(shi),應根(gen)據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)等強度的(de)原則以(yi)及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)方式而定(ding)。例如,當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)采用對(dui)焊(han)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)應一致;而當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)采用承(cheng)插焊(han)或螺紋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),標準的(de)承(cheng)插焊(han)和螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)只有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)就是Sch80,也就是說只要當承(cheng)插焊(han)或螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)所(suo)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)不大(da)(da)于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承(cheng)插焊(han)或螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)就選Sch80。而當所(suo)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)大(da)(da)于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承(cheng)插焊(han)或螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)(hao)(hao)就選Sch60或XXS。


   當對焊三通(tong)主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)所(suo)連接的管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號不(bu)同時,應注意(yi)三通(tong)主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)端部的管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號應分(fen)別與其所(suo)連接的管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號相(xiang)同,這樣就(jiu)非(fei)常方便管(guan)(guan)(guan)道施工,管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)不(bu)必(bi)現(xian)場再打坡口(kou)。


 3. 支管直接焊于主管的補強計算


    GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規范與ASME B31.3關于面(mian)積補強法(fa)的計(ji)算基(ji)本相同(tong)。
