不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)道分(fen)支(zhi)處(chu)補強方(fang)式的(de)選擇(ze),一般是(shi)通過定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)分(fen)析和定(ding)(ding)(ding)量計(ji)算相結合的(de)方(fang)式來確定(ding)(ding)(ding)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)量計(ji)算的(de)詳細講(jiang)述見本書第三章中(zhong)支(zhi)管(guan)連接形式的(de)選用與強度計(ji)算工程應用。


 1. 分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)連接方式的選(xuan)用(yong),主(zhu)要根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)道的設(she)計溫(wen)度、設(she)計壓力、腐(fu)蝕余量等設(she)計條件確定。分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)的方法基本為兩種,對(dui)于低壓大直(zhi)徑管(guan)(guan)(guan)則直(zhi)接把分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)焊(han)于主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上;其(qi)他多數是利(li)用(yong)分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件進行分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)。


   ①. 當從(cong)主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)管(guan)(guan),支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑與主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的(de)比值大(da)于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)0.5時(shi)(shi),采(cai)(cai)用異(yi)徑三通(tong)或(huo)等(deng)徑三通(tong);當主(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)為(wei)等(deng)徑時(shi)(shi),應采(cai)(cai)用三通(tong)。GB 50316規定(ding):公稱壓力(li)大(da)于(yu)或(huo)等(deng)于(yu)10MPa的(de)管(guan)(guan)道,主(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)為(wei)異(yi)徑時(shi)(shi),不宜采(cai)(cai)用焊(han)接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan),宜采(cai)(cai)用三通(tong)或(huo)在主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)上開孔并焊(han)接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺。當主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑大(da)于(yu)DN65而支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑為(wei)DN40和以(yi)下時(shi)(shi),根(gen)據(ju)設計壓力(li)的(de)大(da)小,采(cai)(cai)用支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺或(huo)半管(guan)(guan)接頭。

 

     有(you)的規范規定,一(yi)(yi)般主管尺寸的一(yi)(yi)半并降低兩(liang)個尺寸系(xi)列,就(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)有(you)三通可(ke)供(gong)使用了,如主管為12”,標準三通一(yi)(yi)般可(ke)做到5"(不常用的口徑),再低就(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)有(you)三通可(ke)供(gong)選用了。


   ②. 普通(tong)無腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)的低溫介質(如LNG),在中、低壓條件下(xia)(一般(ban)不大于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的分支(≤2”),選(xuan)用半管(guan)接頭(half coupling),在高壓條件下(xia)(一般(ban)大于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的分支(≤2")選(xuan)用對焊支管(guan)座(weldolet)。


   ③. 普通(tong)無腐蝕性的(de)低溫(wen)介質(zhi)(如LNG),在(zai)中、低壓條件(jian)(jian)下(一般<6MPa),大(da)尺寸的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(>2”),選(xuan)用補強板連接(reinforcing pad);在(zai)高壓條件(jian)(jian)下(一般大(da)于6MPa),大(da)尺寸的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(>2”)選(xuan)用對焊支(zhi)管座(Weldolet)。


   ④. 等級表中低溫(wen)管道(dao)的分(fen)支形式主要包(bao)括(kuo)標準三(san)通、半管接頭、對焊支管座、補強(qiang)板連接、直接開口(較少)等形式。


   ⑤. 其他工況支管連接方式的(de)選(xuan)用(yong):


      a. 主管(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)小于DN50時(shi),支管(guan)(guan)小于主管(guan)(guan),則用(yong)異徑(jing)三通或等徑(jing)三通加異徑(jing)短管(guan)(guan)。


      b. 設(she)(she)計(ji)壓力等(deng)(deng)(deng)于或(huo)大(da)于2.0MPa、設(she)(she)計(ji)溫(wen)度(du)超過(guo)250℃以及支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑之比大(da)于0.8,或(huo)承受機械振動(dong)、壓力脈動(dong)和溫(wen)度(du)急劇變化的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)分支,應采用(yong)(yong)(yong)等(deng)(deng)(deng)徑異徑三(san)通(tong);公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑小于或(huo)等(deng)(deng)(deng)于40mm的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),應采用(yong)(yong)(yong)承插焊(或(huo)螺紋(wen))鍛制三(san)通(tong);公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑等(deng)(deng)(deng)于或(huo)大(da)于50mm的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),應采用(yong)(yong)(yong)對焊三(san)通(tong)、對焊加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)(對焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)或(huo)嵌入式(鞍形(xing))支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)。


      c. 支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)通過(guo)加強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺)與主管(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie)是指將一個(ge)螺(luo)紋、承插焊或(huo)對焊的(de)管(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭或(huo)半(ban)管(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺)直接(jie)(jie)焊于主管(guan)(guan)上而制(zhi)成,螺(luo)紋、承插焊支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺用(yong)于直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie)。螺(luo)紋、承插焊支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺在任何(he)情(qing)況下其(qi)額定等級應大于等于2000lb。


      d. 其他支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)可用直接(jie)焊接(jie),但(dan)必(bi)(bi)須經校(xiao)核后明確是(shi)否增加補強。直接(jie)焊接(jie)在主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上的(de)(de)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie),不(bu)宜用于有(you)機(ji)械振(zhen)動、壓力脈動和溫度(du)急劇(ju)變(bian)化的(de)(de)部位及(ji)設計溫度(du)超過425℃的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,當支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)處承受由于支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)熱變(bian)形,外荷載(zai)及(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)架位移等引起的(de)(de)應力時,應對附加荷載(zai)在支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)處產(chan)生的(de)(de)影響進行分析并采(cai)取(qu)必(bi)(bi)要的(de)(de)加強措施。


   ⑥. 依據管道等(deng)級(ji)中已經確定的(de)法蘭(lan)壓力等(deng)級(ji)或公稱(cheng)壓力來(lai)選用支管連接(jie)件。


   一般,當法(fa)蘭的公稱(cheng)壓力(li)公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≤2.5MPa(磅(bang)級(ji)系(xi)列≤150lb)時(shi)(shi),綜合考慮其他(ta)工況(kuang)后,支(zhi)管(guan)可(ke)直(zhi)接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)在主(zhu)管(guan)上(shang);當公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥4.0MPa(磅(bang)級(ji)系(xi)列公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥300lb)時(shi)(shi),則根(gen)據主(zhu)管(guan)支(zhi)管(guan)公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)的不同按對焊(han)三通、對焊(han)加強管(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)、承(cheng)插焊(han)或(huo)螺紋連接(jie)三通、承(cheng)插焊(han)或(huo)螺紋加強管(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)的順序(xu)選用。


 2. 管件壁厚


   在(zai)確(que)定支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)時,應根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)等(deng)強度的(de)(de)原則以及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)連接(jie)方式(shi)而定。例如,當(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采(cai)用對焊(han)(han)連接(jie)時,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)應一致;而當(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采(cai)用承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)連接(jie)時,標準的(de)(de)承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)和螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)只(zhi)有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就(jiu)是Sch80,也就(jiu)是說只(zhi)要(yao)當(dang)(dang)承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)所連接(jie)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)不大于Sch80時,承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就(jiu)選(xuan)Sch80。而當(dang)(dang)所連接(jie)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)大于Sch80時,承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就(jiu)選(xuan)Sch60或XXS。


   當對(dui)焊三(san)通主管(guan)、支管(guan)所連(lian)接的(de)管(guan)子的(de)管(guan)子表(biao)號不(bu)同時,應注意三(san)通主管(guan)、支管(guan)端(duan)部(bu)的(de)管(guan)子表(biao)號應分別與其(qi)所連(lian)接的(de)管(guan)子的(de)管(guan)子表(biao)號相同,這(zhe)樣就非常方便管(guan)道(dao)施工,管(guan)件不(bu)必(bi)現場再打坡(po)口。


 3. 支(zhi)管直接(jie)焊于(yu)主管的(de)補強計算


    GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規范與ASME B31.3關于(yu)面積補(bu)強法的計算基本相同。
