①. 消聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)是允許氣(qi)流通(tong)過，卻又能阻(zu)止或減小聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)音(yin)傳播的(de)一(yi)種器(qi)件，是消除(chu)空氣(qi)動力性噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)重要措(cuo)施。消聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)主要由消聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)筒(tong)、消聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)片、上下封板（或封頭）、防雨帽、節(jie)流管、節(jie)流板、連(lian)接管（或法(fa)蘭）、支座(zuo)、起(qi)吊(diao)環、銘牌等(deng)零(ling)部件組成(cheng)。

  消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)可以分為阻性消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)、抗性消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)、阻抗復合式消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)、微穿孔板消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)、小孔消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)和(he)有(you)源(yuan)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)。

  消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)器的(de)(de)選用(yong)應根據防(fang)(fang)火(huo)、防(fang)(fang)潮、防(fang)(fang)腐、潔(jie)凈度(du)要求(qiu)，安裝的(de)(de)空(kong)間(jian)位置(zhi)，噪聲(sheng)(sheng)源頻譜特性，系統自然聲(sheng)(sheng)衰減(jian)，系統氣(qi)流再生(sheng)噪聲(sheng)(sheng)，房(fang)間(jian)允(yun)許噪聲(sheng)(sheng)級，允(yun)許壓(ya)(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)，設(she)備價格等諸多因素綜合考慮并根據實際情(qing)況(kuang)有所(suo)偏重。一(yi)般的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)是；消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)器的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)量越大(da)，壓(ya)(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)越大(da)，價格越高；消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)量相同時，如果壓(ya)(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)越小，消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)器所(suo)占空(kong)間(jian)就(jiu)越大(da)。

②. 消(xiao)聲器的布置

  a. 消(xiao)聲器可獨立支承(cheng)，在運行和(he)停(ting)運時可自由膨脹，使(shi)排(pai)汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)道不因消(xiao)聲器的安(an)裝而受到額(e)外(wai)載(zai)荷，保證排(pai)汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)道工作的安(an)全可靠(kao)性。

  b. 消聲(sheng)器應立式安裝，是(shi)否需要支承需視(shi)消聲(sheng)器的(de)(de)重量、排放(fang)管道的(de)(de)剛度、應力(li)的(de)(de)大小(xiao)等(deng)因素由安裝使(shi)用(yong)者確定(ding)。消聲(sheng)器本身的(de)(de)反力(li)和(he)振動不(bu)大。圖2.165所示的(de)(de)是(shi)蒸汽管道消聲(sheng)器的(de)(de)布置，3臺(tai)消聲(sheng)器統一(yi)布置在了管廊(lang)頂平(ping)臺(tai)上。

  c. 消聲器(qi)不得裝于室內，應放在室外空曠處。

  d. 油浴(yu)式消聲過濾器(qi)應與相應排氣量的空壓(ya)機配套。過濾器(qi)一般安裝在室(shi)外，其進氣管口(kou)應高于房屋頂(ding)面(mian)1m以上(shang)，并設(she)置防雨(yu)帽(mao)。
