  1998-2007年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)陽華菱不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)廠以(yi)減員增效、剝離(li)輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)、三項制度改革等為主(zhu)要內容,加快轉(zhuan)機建(jian)制步伐。按照(zhao)建(jian)立“政企分(fen)開(kai)、權(quan)責(ze)明確(que)、產權(quan)清晰、管(guan)理(li)科學”的(de)現代(dai)企業制度的(de)要求,衡(heng)鋼以(yi)資(zi)產經營為紐帶,大力推進“分(fen)離(li)輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)、精干主(zhu)體”的(de)企業改制工作,1998年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)1999年(nian)(nian),共剝離(li)9個(ge)輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)部門。在集團(tuan)公司的(de)扶植(zhi)下,輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)單位自(zi)我生存能力不斷(duan)增強。

   強化技術(shu)(shu)創新,“提(ti)檔(dang)加速”進(jin)軍(jun)高端產品市場(chang)。在(zai)引進(jin)和消化吸(xi)收(shou)國外先(xian)(xian)進(jin)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼管(guan)生產裝備和技術(shu)(shu)的基礎上,衡鋼插上科(ke)(ke)技創新的“翅膀(bang)”,開始(shi)在(zai)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼管(guan)制造(zao)的領域啟航(hang)并騰飛。從1987年(nian)到1997年(nian),衡鋼進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)大小130余項(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)改(gai)造(zao)和700余項(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)改(gai)進(jin),完(wan)成(cheng)重(zhong)大科(ke)(ke)研項(xiang)(xiang)目38個(ge),新技術(shu)(shu)推廣(guang)14個(ge),其中(zhong)5項(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)獲(huo)國家(jia)專利、6項(xiang)(xiang)獲(huo)省冶金系統科(ke)(ke)技進(jin)步獎、10項(xiang)(xiang)處于國內領先(xian)(xian)地(di)位。其中(zhong),企業(ye)自(zi)行(xing)設計(ji)的ф108mm三輥(gun)高精度熱軋(ya)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼管(guan)機(ji)組有(you)效填補了(le)(le)中(zhong)厚壁鋼管(guan)生產的空(kong)白,引進(jin)消化吸(xi)收(shou)的Φ89mm半浮芯棒連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組使企業(ye)在(zai)高壓鍋爐管(guan)、油管(guan)市場(chang)上搶占先(xian)(xian)機(ji)。


  2003年(nian)(nian),衡鋼拉開(kai)二次創業的(de)序(xu)幕,進(jin)入新(xin)一(yi)輪大技改時期,相繼建(jian)成了二連軋項(xiang)目、大管(guan)坯項(xiang)目、套(tao)管(guan)加工生產線等一(yi)大批管(guan)國家、省(sheng)市重點(dian)工程(cheng)。2007年(nian)(nian),圍繞“十一(yi)五”發(fa)展規劃(hua),實(shi)施了ф108mm機組改造,啟(qi)動了特(te)(te)大口(kou)徑軋機、煉鐵系(xi)統(tong)建(jian)設。2000年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)2007年(nian)(nian),衡鋼開(kai)發(fa)油田用(yong)管(guan)新(xin)鋼種35個,擁(yong)有自(zi)主知識產權的(de)經濟型油氣用(yong)管(guan)HS系(xi)列(lie)用(yong)鋼種6個,自(zi)主開(kai)發(fa)的(de)HSM特(te)(te)殊(shu)扣(kou)申請了專利。


  2008年(nian)至(zhi)2018年(nian),衡(heng)陽華菱(ling)不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)調整向高(gao)(gao)鋼級轉(zhuan)變、向具(ju)有(you)自主(zhu)知(zhi)識產(chan)權(quan)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)轉(zhuan)變邁出(chu)堅實(shi)步伐,高(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)產(chan)量(liang)穩步增(zeng)長,拳頭產(chan)品(pin)(pin)市(shi)場(chang)占有(you)率進(jin)一步擴大(da),新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)能(neng)力不(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)升(sheng),成為抵(di)御市(shi)場(chang)風險(xian)、增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)創效(xiao)能(neng)力的(de)(de)重(zhong)要砝碼(ma)。2008年(nian)成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)HS80N抗(kang)(kang)扭(niu)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗(kang)(kang)腐(fu)蝕套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)(gao)鋼級臂架用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)(ge)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2009年(nian)油(you)(you)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)量(liang)進(jin)入(ru)行業(ye)前三強(qiang)(qiang),成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)直(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)小套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特殊扣(kou)(kou)、3Cr-13Cr油(you)(you)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱采井(jing)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)(ge)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2010年(nian)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)6個(ge)(ge),具(ju)有(you)自主(zhu)知(zhi)識產(chan)權(quan)的(de)(de)HSM特殊扣(kou)(kou)銷(xiao)量(liang)突破(po)2萬噸(dun),同比(bi)增(zeng)長100%。2011年(nian),衡(heng)鋼與中國(guo)(guo)華電(dian)集團華電(dian)重(zhong)工(gong)裝備有(you)限(xian)公司(si)簽訂電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”第一單,填補了衡(heng)鋼在電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”市(shi)場(chang)業(ye)績空(kong)白(bai)的(de)(de)歷史,打破(po)了中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”長期依賴進(jin)口的(de)(de)格局(ju)。2014年(nian),衡(heng)鋼在高(gao)(gao)端(duan)油(you)(you)氣用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓力容器用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、機械(xie)加工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)化進(jin)程中“提(ti)(ti)檔加速(su)”。其中,大(da)口徑(jing)拖車氣瓶(ping)、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海(hai)工(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、石油(you)(you)機械(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)重(zhong)點品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)的(de)(de)技術障(zhang)礙得以掃除(chu),C110、V150油(you)(you)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)實(shi)現穩定生(sheng)產(chan)。2015年(nian),衡(heng)鋼全面啟(qi)動第三輪(lun)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)調整,部分高(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)市(shi)場(chang)取得突破(po),P91高(gao)(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆具(ju)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)銷(xiao)量(liang)大(da)幅增(zeng)長,L80-13Cr PSL3油(you)(you)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)油(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)實(shi)現批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)。HSM-2特殊扣(kou)(kou)批(pi)量(liang)進(jin)入(ru)中海(hai)油(you)(you)、江漢油(you)(you)田。4145、4147牌(pai)號大(da)口徑(jing)氣瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)首次出(chu)口美國(guo)(guo)。C110油(you)(you)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)批(pi)量(liang)供貨塔里(li)木(mu)、西(xi)北局(ju),石油(you)(you)機械(xie)加工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)入(ru)斯(si)倫貝謝,V150高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)高(gao)(gao)韌套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)軍中東中亞特殊市(shi)場(chang)。公司(si)成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)SQ14型(xing)(xing)(xing)150x150熱軋車軸(zhou)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁厚(hou)≤30mm的(de)(de)C110高(gao)(gao)鋼級機械(xie)加工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特殊扣(kou)(kou)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙臺肩螺紋(wen)直(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)油(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。范圍:ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)設計能(neng)力為25萬噸(dun)。


  2008-2018年,衡(heng)陽(yang)(yang)華菱不銹鋼管廠共有(you)29個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目獲(huo)市(shi)級(ji)及(ji)以上科技(ji)進步獎,國(guo)(guo)家科技(ji)進步獎實現(xian)從無到有(you),“電弧爐煉(lian)鋼復(fu)合吹煉(lian)技(ji)術的研究(jiu)應用”榮獲(huo)2016年度國(guo)(guo)家科技(ji)進步二等獎。P91無縫鋼管及(ji)其制備方法(fa)獲(huo)中國(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)利(li)優(you)秀獎,另有(you)5個(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)利(li)在湖南省、衡(heng)陽(yang)(yang)市(shi)獲(huo)獎。國(guo)(guo)際專(zhuan)利(li)申請實現(xian)突破,首次實施PCT專(zhuan)利(li)申請2個(ge)(ge)。主持(chi)制定國(guo)(guo)家和行業標(biao)(biao)準9個(ge)(ge),其中國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)5個(ge)(ge)、行標(biao)(biao)4個(ge)(ge)。
