1998-2007年,衡(heng)(heng)陽華(hua)菱不銹鋼管(guan)廠以減員(yuan)增(zeng)效、剝離(li)輔(fu)助(zhu)、三項制(zhi)度改革(ge)等(deng)為主要內容,加快轉機建制(zhi)步伐。按照建立“政企分(fen)(fen)開、權責(ze)明確、產權清晰、管(guan)理科學”的(de)現代(dai)企業(ye)制(zhi)度的(de)要求,衡(heng)(heng)鋼以資(zi)產經營(ying)為紐帶,大(da)力推進“分(fen)(fen)離(li)輔(fu)助(zhu)、精干主體”的(de)企業(ye)改制(zhi)工作,1998年至1999年,共剝離(li)9個輔(fu)助(zhu)部門。在集團公司的(de)扶植下,輔(fu)助(zhu)單位自我(wo)生(sheng)存能力不斷增(zeng)強。

2003年,衡鋼拉開(kai)二(er)(er)次創業的(de)(de)序幕,進入新一輪大技改(gai)時期,相繼建(jian)成了(le)二(er)(er)連(lian)軋(ya)項目、大管坯項目、套管加工生產線等一大批管國家、省市重點工程。2007年,圍繞“十一五”發(fa)展規劃,實施了(le)ф108mm機組改(gai)造(zao),啟動了(le)特大口徑(jing)軋(ya)機、煉鐵系統建(jian)設。2000年至(zhi)2007年,衡鋼開(kai)發(fa)油(you)田用(yong)管新鋼種35個,擁有(you)自主知識產權的(de)(de)經濟型(xing)油(you)氣用(yong)管HS系列(lie)用(yong)鋼種6個,自主開(kai)發(fa)的(de)(de)HSM特殊扣(kou)申請了(le)專(zhuan)利。
2008年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)2018年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)(heng)(heng)陽華菱(ling)不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)品(pin)種結構(gou)調整(zheng)向高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級轉變(bian)、向具(ju)有(you)自主(zhu)知識(shi)產(chan)(chan)權產(chan)(chan)品(pin)轉變(bian)邁出堅(jian)實步(bu)(bu)伐,高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)(liang)穩步(bu)(bu)增(zeng)長(chang),拳頭產(chan)(chan)品(pin)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)占有(you)率進一步(bu)(bu)擴大(da)(da),新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)開發能(neng)力不斷提升,成為抵御市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)風險、增(zeng)強創效能(neng)力的重要砝碼。2008年(nian)(nian)成功開發HS80N抗(kang)扭套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗(kang)腐(fu)蝕套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級臂架用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等7個(ge)新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)。2009年(nian)(nian)油(you)(you)(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)(liang)進入(ru)行(xing)業(ye)前三(san)強,成功開發直連(lian)型(xing)(xing)小(xiao)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特(te)(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣(kou)、3Cr-13Cr油(you)(you)(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱采井套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等7個(ge)新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)。2010年(nian)(nian)開發新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)6個(ge),具(ju)有(you)自主(zhu)知識(shi)產(chan)(chan)權的HSM特(te)(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣(kou)銷量(liang)(liang)突破2萬(wan)噸(dun),同比增(zeng)長(chang)100%。2011年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)(heng)(heng)鋼與中(zhong)(zhong)國華電(dian)集團華電(dian)重工(gong)裝(zhuang)備有(you)限公司簽訂(ding)電(dian)力“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)”第(di)一單,填補了衡(heng)(heng)(heng)鋼在(zai)電(dian)力“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)”市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)業(ye)績空(kong)白的歷史,打破了中(zhong)(zhong)國電(dian)力“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)”長(chang)期依賴進口的格局(ju)。2014年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)(heng)(heng)鋼在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端(duan)油(you)(you)(you)氣用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓力容器用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)國產(chan)(chan)化進程中(zhong)(zhong)“提檔(dang)加(jia)速(su)”。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)(da)口徑拖車氣瓶(ping)、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海工(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、石(shi)油(you)(you)(you)機(ji)械(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等重點品(pin)種的技術障礙得以掃(sao)除,C110、V150油(you)(you)(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等實現穩定生產(chan)(chan)。2015年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)(heng)(heng)鋼全(quan)面(mian)啟動第(di)三(san)輪(lun)結構(gou)調整(zheng),部(bu)分(fen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)取得突破,P91高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆具(ju)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)銷量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)幅(fu)增(zeng)長(chang),L80-13Cr PSL3油(you)(you)(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直連(lian)型(xing)(xing)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)實現批(pi)量(liang)(liang)生產(chan)(chan)。HSM-2特(te)(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣(kou)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)海油(you)(you)(you)、江漢油(you)(you)(you)田。4145、4147牌號大(da)(da)口徑氣瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)首次出口美國。C110油(you)(you)(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)(da)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)供貨塔里(li)木(mu)、西(xi)北(bei)局(ju),石(shi)油(you)(you)(you)機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進入(ru)斯倫貝(bei)謝,V150高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)強高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)韌套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進軍中(zhong)(zhong)東中(zhong)(zhong)亞特(te)(te)殊(shu)(shu)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)。公司成功開發SQ14型(xing)(xing)150x150熱軋車軸用(yong)(yong)(yong)無縫方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁厚≤30mm的C110高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特(te)(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣(kou)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙臺肩螺紋直連(lian)型(xing)(xing)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。范(fan)圍:ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)(nian)設計能(neng)力為25萬(wan)噸(dun)。
2008-2018年(nian),衡(heng)(heng)陽華菱不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管廠共有(you)29個(ge)項目獲(huo)(huo)市級及以上科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang),國(guo)家(jia)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang)實現從無到有(you),“電弧爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)復合吹煉(lian)(lian)技(ji)術的研究(jiu)應用”榮獲(huo)(huo)2016年(nian)度(du)國(guo)家(jia)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步(bu)二等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。P91無縫鋼(gang)管及其(qi)制備(bei)方法獲(huo)(huo)中國(guo)專(zhuan)利(li)優秀獎(jiang)(jiang),另有(you)5個(ge)專(zhuan)利(li)在湖(hu)南(nan)省、衡(heng)(heng)陽市獲(huo)(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)。國(guo)際專(zhuan)利(li)申(shen)請實現突破,首(shou)次實施PCT專(zhuan)利(li)申(shen)請2個(ge)。主(zhu)持(chi)制定國(guo)家(jia)和行(xing)業標(biao)準(zhun)9個(ge),其(qi)中國(guo)標(biao)5個(ge)、行(xing)標(biao)4個(ge)。
