強(qiang)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新(xin),“提檔加速”進(jin)軍高端產(chan)品市場(chang)。在引進(jin)和消化(hua)吸收(shou)國外先進(jin)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)生產(chan)裝備和技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的基礎上,衡鋼(gang)插(cha)上科技(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)的“翅膀”,開始在無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)制(zhi)造的領(ling)(ling)域啟(qi)航并騰飛。從(cong)1987年到(dao)1997年,衡鋼(gang)進(jin)行了(le)大小(xiao)130余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)改造和700余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)改進(jin),完成重大科研(yan)項(xiang)(xiang)目38個,新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)推廣14個,其中5項(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)獲國家專(zhuan)利、6項(xiang)(xiang)獲省(sheng)冶金系統科技(ji)進(jin)步獎、10項(xiang)(xiang)處于(yu)國內領(ling)(ling)先地位。其中,企業(ye)自行設計(ji)的ф108mm三輥(gun)高精度熱軋(ya)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)組有效(xiao)填補了(le)中厚壁鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)生產(chan)的空白,引進(jin)消化(hua)吸收(shou)的Φ89mm半浮(fu)芯棒連軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)組使企業(ye)在高壓鍋爐管(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)市場(chang)上搶(qiang)占先機(ji)。
2003年(nian)(nian),衡鋼拉開二次創業的(de)(de)序(xu)幕,進入新一(yi)輪(lun)大技改時期(qi),相(xiang)繼建成(cheng)了(le)(le)二連軋項(xiang)目、大管(guan)(guan)坯項(xiang)目、套管(guan)(guan)加工(gong)生(sheng)產線等一(yi)大批管(guan)(guan)國家、省(sheng)市重(zhong)點工(gong)程(cheng)。2007年(nian)(nian),圍(wei)繞“十一(yi)五”發展(zhan)規劃,實(shi)施(shi)了(le)(le)ф108mm機組改造,啟(qi)動了(le)(le)特(te)大口徑軋機、煉(lian)鐵系(xi)統建設。2000年(nian)(nian)至2007年(nian)(nian),衡鋼開發油田(tian)用管(guan)(guan)新鋼種35個(ge),擁有自主知識(shi)產權的(de)(de)經濟型油氣用管(guan)(guan)HS系(xi)列用鋼種6個(ge),自主開發的(de)(de)HSM特(te)殊扣申(shen)請了(le)(le)專(zhuan)利(li)。

2008-2018年(nian),衡陽華菱不銹鋼(gang)管廠共有29個(ge)(ge)項目(mu)獲(huo)市級(ji)及以上科技進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang),國家(jia)科技進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang)實(shi)現從無(wu)(wu)到有,“電弧(hu)爐煉鋼(gang)復合吹(chui)煉技術(shu)的研究應用”榮獲(huo)2016年(nian)度(du)國家(jia)科技進(jin)步(bu)二等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。P91無(wu)(wu)縫鋼(gang)管及其制備方(fang)法獲(huo)中國專(zhuan)利(li)優秀獎(jiang)(jiang),另(ling)有5個(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)利(li)在湖(hu)南(nan)省(sheng)、衡陽市獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)。國際專(zhuan)利(li)申請實(shi)現突(tu)破,首次(ci)實(shi)施PCT專(zhuan)利(li)申請2個(ge)(ge)。主持制定國家(jia)和行(xing)業標(biao)準9個(ge)(ge),其中國標(biao)5個(ge)(ge)、行(xing)標(biao)4個(ge)(ge)。
