鋼(gang)(gang)管在海洋工(gong)程(cheng)中應用非常普遍,大體可分(fen)為三類:功能系統用鋼(gang)(gang)管;工(gong)程(cheng)結(jie)構(gou)用鋼(gang)(gang)管;特殊用途鋼(gang)(gang)管。海洋工(gong)程(cheng)鋼(gang)(gang)管設計與選(xuan)用,都是按船(chuan)級社的海洋工(gong)程(cheng)鋼(gang)(gang)結(jie)構(gou)規范,并參照API、AISC、ASTM、AWS、NACE等規范和準則。
1. 功能系統(tong)用(yong)管(包(bao)括(kuo)常規系統(tong)和(he)專(zhuan)用(yong)系統(tong))
為(wei)了保證海洋結構物功能(neng)的(de)實(shi)現,既有常規系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),又(you)有專用(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中用(yong)的(de)鋼管。常規系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要(yao)有:艙底水(shui)、壓載、疏排(pai)水(shui)、生活污水(shui)、空氣(qi)(qi)、測(ce)量、注入、生活用(yong)水(shui)、消防、貨(huo)油、掃(sao)艙、透氣(qi)(qi)、惰(duo)氣(qi)(qi)、加(jia)熱、冼艙、泡(pao)沫滅火(huo)(huo)、灑水(shui)、蒸發氣(qi)(qi)、液位(wei)遙測(ce)、閥(fa)門遙控等系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。專用(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是特(te)種用(yong)途的(de)。如運輸液化石油氣(qi)(qi)(LPG)、液化天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(LNG)等船的(de)專用(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);“海洋工(gong)程(cheng)”的(de)特(te)殊的(de)鉆采(cai)設備(bei)、原油處理/液化石油氣(qi)(qi)/液化天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)處理(流程(cheng))系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、特(te)殊的(de)系(xi)(xi)泊系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、火(huo)(huo)炬(ju)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等。
目前國內(nei)鋼管行業還未有將這類(lei)用(yong)(yong)管納入海洋工程(cheng)用(yong)(yong)管中,本(ben)文也(ye)不作進一步的論述。
2. 工(gong)程結構用管(guan)
“海(hai)洋(yang)(yang)工程”除了(le)功能系(xi)統中(zhong)的“鋼管(guan)(guan)”外(wai),還有(you)許多(duo)構造中(zhong)大量采用(yong)(yong)的“鋼管(guan)(guan)”。如:導管(guan)(guan)架、水(shui)下鋼樁(zhuang)、隔(ge)(ge)水(shui)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)、系(xi)泊(bo)支架、直(zhi)升(sheng)機平(ping)臺、火(huo)炬塔架等。這類“鋼管(guan)(guan)”的特點:規格多(duo)、材質高(gao)、比較雜,有(you)同徑(jing)、異徑(jing),不同壁厚,還有(you)大量的Y、K、T型的管(guan)(guan)節點。如導管(guan)(guan)架、鋼樁(zhuang)、井口隔(ge)(ge)水(shui)套(tao)(tao)等,多(duo)為大直(zhi)徑(jing)尺寸的“鋼管(guan)(guan)”,一(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)用(yong)(yong)鋼板卷制(zhi)(zhi)而成。它(ta)們的材質為E36-Z35,D36-Z35,E36,D36。這類鋼管(guan)(guan)制(zhi)(zhi)造所采用(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)主要是(shi)《船(chuan)舶(bo)及(ji)海(hai)洋(yang)(yang)工程用(yong)(yong)結(jie)構鋼》(GB 712-2011)和《結(jie)構鋼管(guan)(guan)制(zhi)(zhi)造規范》(SY/T 10002-2000)(國家海(hai)洋(yang)(yang)石(shi)油天然氣行(xing)業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun))。《船(chuan)舶(bo)及(ji)海(hai)洋(yang)(yang)工程用(yong)(yong)結(jie)構鋼》(GB 712-2011)是(shi)在原(yuan)《船(chuan)體(ti)結(jie)構用(yong)(yong)鋼》(GB 712-2000)的基礎上進(jin)行(xing)修訂(ding),成為我國首個海(hai)洋(yang)(yang)平(ping)臺用(yong)(yong)鋼國家標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。
由于我國沒有(you)專(zhuan)門海洋結(jie)(jie)構管制造企(qi)(qi)業。所以,通(tong)常都是由海洋平臺建(jian)造單位(wei)購置鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板后,自行(xing)加工成型。近(jin)十多(duo)年來(lai)。國內鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管企(qi)(qi)業建(jian)設了一大批現代化的大型鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管生(sheng)產(chan)線(包括(kuo)無縫、焊管),可以生(sheng)產(chan)部(bu)分(fen)大直徑結(jie)(jie)構用管,但(dan)還有(you)部(bu)分(fen)更大規格仍需要采用輥式彎(wan)管機(ji)來(lai)生(sheng)產(chan)。
3. 特(te)殊用途鋼管
特(te)(te)殊用途管(guan)(guan)(guan)一般(ban)是指特(te)(te)定工(gong)(gong)作環境(jing)和工(gong)(gong)作介質下使用的特(te)(te)種鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)。目前鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)行業將(jiang)海(hai)底(di)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線管(guan)(guan)(guan)列(lie)入海(hai)洋(yang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)中。
海(hai)(hai)底管(guan)線(xian)(xian)鋼(gang)管(guan)與陸(lu)地(di)(di)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)不同,由于海(hai)(hai)洋環(huan)境(jing)惡劣,其工(gong)作環(huan)境(jing)長期受到海(hai)(hai)水壓力與腐蝕、波浪與洋流的(de)沖刷與振動、海(hai)(hai)洋浮游生物的(de)潛在(zai)破(po)壞、水上(shang)交通物的(de)機械破(po)壞等,近年(nian)來,隨著海(hai)(hai)上(shang)油氣田向(xiang)著深水、極地(di)(di)的(de)開發,面對(dui)惡劣的(de)海(hai)(hai)洋服役環(huan)境(jing),對(dui)海(hai)(hai)底管(guan)線(xian)(xian)提(ti)出了比陸(lu)地(di)(di)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)更高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)質量要(yao)求,如:高(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼(gang)級(ji)、大厚(hou)壁、各向(xiang)同性、低屈(qu)強比、低溫下的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)韌性、高(gao)(gao)(gao)止裂性、良好焊接性、抗(kang)大應(ying)變性能及(ji)抗(kang)酸性介(jie)質腐蝕等性能。在(zai)目前(qian)國際上(shang)普遍執行的(de)API標準中,管(guan)線(xian)(xian)用(yong)鋼(gang)級(ji)別涵(han)蓋(gai)了X42-X100的(de)焊接高(gao)(gao)(gao)強度(du)鋼(gang)。
