鋼(gang)管(guan)在海(hai)洋工程中應用(yong)非常普遍,大體可分(fen)為三類:功能系(xi)統用(yong)鋼(gang)管(guan);工程結構用(yong)鋼(gang)管(guan);特殊用(yong)途鋼(gang)管(guan)。海(hai)洋工程鋼(gang)管(guan)設計與選用(yong),都是(shi)按船級社的海(hai)洋工程鋼(gang)結構規范,并參照API、AISC、ASTM、AWS、NACE等規范和準則(ze)。


1. 功能系(xi)統用(yong)(yong)管(包括常規系(xi)統和專用(yong)(yong)系(xi)統)


   為了保證海洋結構物功(gong)能的實現,既(ji)有常規(gui)系(xi)統(tong),又有專(zhuan)用(yong)系(xi)統(tong)中用(yong)的鋼(gang)管。常規(gui)系(xi)統(tong)主要(yao)有:艙底(di)水(shui)(shui)、壓載、疏(shu)排水(shui)(shui)、生(sheng)活污(wu)水(shui)(shui)、空氣(qi)(qi)、測(ce)量、注入、生(sheng)活用(yong)水(shui)(shui)、消防(fang)、貨油(you)(you)、掃艙、透氣(qi)(qi)、惰氣(qi)(qi)、加熱、冼艙、泡沫滅火(huo)、灑(sa)水(shui)(shui)、蒸(zheng)發氣(qi)(qi)、液位遙(yao)測(ce)、閥門(men)遙(yao)控等系(xi)統(tong)。專(zhuan)用(yong)系(xi)統(tong)是特(te)(te)種(zhong)用(yong)途的。如(ru)運輸液化(hua)石油(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)(LPG)、液化(hua)天然氣(qi)(qi)(LNG)等船的專(zhuan)用(yong)系(xi)統(tong);“海洋工程”的特(te)(te)殊(shu)的鉆采設備(bei)、原油(you)(you)處(chu)理(li)/液化(hua)石油(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)/液化(hua)天然氣(qi)(qi)處(chu)理(li)(流程)系(xi)統(tong)、特(te)(te)殊(shu)的系(xi)泊系(xi)統(tong)、火(huo)炬系(xi)統(tong)等。


   目前國內鋼管(guan)行業還未有將(jiang)這類用(yong)管(guan)納入海洋工程用(yong)管(guan)中(zhong),本(ben)文也(ye)不作進一步的(de)論述。


2. 工程(cheng)結構用管


“海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋工程(cheng)”除了功能系(xi)統中的“鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”外,還有(you)許多(duo)構(gou)造中大量(liang)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的“鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”。如:導管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)架、水下鋼(gang)(gang)樁(zhuang)、隔水套管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、系(xi)泊支(zhi)架、直升機平臺(tai)、火炬塔(ta)架等。這類(lei)“鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”的特點:規格多(duo)、材質高、比較雜,有(you)同徑、異徑,不同壁(bi)厚,還有(you)大量(liang)的Y、K、T型的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)節點。如導管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)架、鋼(gang)(gang)樁(zhuang)、井口(kou)隔水套等,多(duo)為大直徑尺寸的“鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”,一般都是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)板卷制(zhi)而(er)成(cheng)。它們的材質為E36-Z35,D36-Z35,E36,D36。這類(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)制(zhi)造所采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)準主要是(shi)(shi)《船(chuan)舶及海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋工程(cheng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)鋼(gang)(gang)》(GB 712-2011)和《結(jie)(jie)構(gou)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)制(zhi)造規范》(SY/T 10002-2000)(國家(jia)海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋石油(you)天(tian)然(ran)氣行業標(biao)準)。《船(chuan)舶及海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋工程(cheng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)鋼(gang)(gang)》(GB 712-2011)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)原《船(chuan)體結(jie)(jie)構(gou)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)》(GB 712-2000)的基礎(chu)上進行修訂,成(cheng)為我國首(shou)個海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋平臺(tai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)國家(jia)標(biao)準。


   由于(yu)我(wo)國沒有專門(men)海洋結構管(guan)(guan)制造企業。所以,通(tong)常(chang)都是由海洋平臺建(jian)造單位購置鋼板后,自行加工(gong)成型。近十多年來(lai)。國內鋼管(guan)(guan)企業建(jian)設(she)了一大批現代化(hua)的大型鋼管(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產線(包括無縫、焊管(guan)(guan)),可以生(sheng)產部分大直徑結構用管(guan)(guan),但(dan)還有部分更大規格仍需要采用輥式(shi)彎(wan)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)來(lai)生(sheng)產。


3. 特(te)殊用(yong)途鋼管


   特殊用途管(guan)一般是指特定工(gong)作(zuo)環境(jing)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)介質下使用的特種鋼(gang)管(guan)。目前鋼(gang)管(guan)行業將海(hai)底管(guan)線管(guan)列入海(hai)洋(yang)工(gong)程用管(guan)中。


   海(hai)(hai)(hai)底(di)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)鋼管(guan)(guan)與(yu)(yu)陸(lu)地(di)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)不同(tong),由于海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋環(huan)境惡(e)劣(lie),其工作(zuo)環(huan)境長期受到海(hai)(hai)(hai)水(shui)(shui)壓力(li)與(yu)(yu)腐蝕、波(bo)浪與(yu)(yu)洋流的(de)沖刷與(yu)(yu)振動、海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋浮游生物的(de)潛在破(po)壞、水(shui)(shui)上交通物的(de)機械破(po)壞等(deng),近年來,隨著海(hai)(hai)(hai)上油氣田向著深水(shui)(shui)、極(ji)地(di)的(de)開發,面對(dui)惡(e)劣(lie)的(de)海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋服役環(huan)境,對(dui)海(hai)(hai)(hai)底(di)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)提出了比陸(lu)地(di)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)更高(gao)的(de)質量要求,如:高(gao)鋼級、大厚壁、各(ge)向同(tong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、低屈強(qiang)比、低溫下的(de)高(gao)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)、高(gao)止(zhi)裂性(xing)(xing)(xing)、良好焊(han)接性(xing)(xing)(xing)、抗大應變性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)及抗酸性(xing)(xing)(xing)介質腐蝕等(deng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)。在目前(qian)國際上普(pu)遍執(zhi)行的(de)API標準中(zhong),管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)用鋼級別涵蓋了X42-X100的(de)焊(han)接高(gao)強(qiang)度鋼。
