20世紀50年代以來,由于(yu)傳動(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)和(he)電氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)突破,連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)得到(dao)了(le)長足的(de)(de)發展。芯棒運(yun)行方式(shi)從浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯棒軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)到(dao)限動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯棒軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)以及半浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯棒軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)數從9~7架(jia)減少(shao)到(dao)6~5架(jia),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工藝(yi)從兩輥變為三輥,80年代后大(da)口徑、少(shao)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)限動(dong)(dong)芯棒連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)出(chu)現,使得鋼管(guan)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)更是爐火純(chun)青。生(sheng)產(chan)過程的(de)(de)操作方式(shi)由手動(dong)(dong)到(dao)區域(yu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)到(dao)整(zheng)條線由CPU、PLC控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)運(yun)行方式(shi),采用了(le)液(ye)壓小倉控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),配套了(le)工藝(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)軟件技(ji)(ji)術(shu),連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)整(zheng)體裝備水平有了(le)很大(da)的(de)(de)改變。與其(qi)他機(ji)(ji)型相比連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)以優(you)質(zhi)、高產(chan)、高效(xiao)率、低消耗等特點,成為世界無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)主要生(sheng)產(chan)企業(ye)的(de)(de)首選(xuan)機(ji)(ji)型。


  經過30余年的消化、吸收(shou)、再創新,國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)已基(ji)本達到國(guo)(guo)際先進水平(ping)。太(tai)原(yuan)重工繼與(yu)國(guo)(guo)外聯(lian)合(he)設(she)計寶鋼ф140機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和天津φ250機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)后,又(you)陸(lu)續(xu)制造(zao)了多套Φ159mm、φ180mm三(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)。太(tai)原(yuan)通澤(ze)重工繼2006年建(jian)(jian)設(she)了φ250mm 五機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)限(xian)動芯棒連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)后,又(you)陸(lu)續(xu)制造(zao)了φ114mm二輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和ф159mm、Φ273mm、Φ356mm等多個(ge)規格三(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu);中冶(ye)賽迪(di)分別于2012年、2017年自主集成建(jian)(jian)設(she)了φ76mm四機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)、ф89mm六機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)三(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和正在建(jian)(jian)設(she)的φ159mm三(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)。以上(shang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的設(she)備的控制精度逐(zhu)步(bu)提高(gao)(gao),代表了我國(guo)(guo)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)設(she)備制造(zao)和工藝水平(ping)。國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)的連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)推(tui)動了中國(guo)(guo)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工業的高(gao)(gao)速發展。截(jie)至2018年,國(guo)(guo)內共有連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)46套(含(han)在建(jian)(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu))。
