普通低(di)(di)(di)(di)合金(jin)(jin)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)雖溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度降低(di)(di)(di)(di)強度有(you)所增加(jia),塑韌性(xing)卻急劇降低(di)(di)(di)(di),這類鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)用(yong)于(yu)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下工作(zuo)的(de)結構(gou)上,而低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)在(zai)相應的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)條(tiao)件(jian)下仍具(ju)有(you)良好的(de)韌性(xing)和(he)抗脆斷能(neng)力(li),能(neng)夠(gou)確(que)保結構(gou)的(de)使用(yong)安全。低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)主要用(yong)于(yu)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下工作(zuo)的(de)容(rong)器、管道和(he)結構(gou),如石油化工設備(化肥(fei)、乙烯(xi)、煤(mei)液化、液化石油氣(qi)等)、冷(leng)凍設備、食(shi)品工業(ye)及液態(tai)氣(qi)體(ti)儲(chu)存設備等。低(di)(di)(di)(di)合金(jin)(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)一般用(yong)于(yu)-110~-20℃工況條(tiao)件(jian)。按適(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度范圍,低(di)(di)(di)(di)合金(jin)(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)可分(fen)為-40℃、-70℃、-90℃、-110℃鋼(gang)(gang)(gang);按照鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)材的(de)合金(jin)(jin)體(ti)系,低(di)(di)(di)(di)合金(jin)(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)可分(fen)為不(bu)(bu)含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)及含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)的(de)兩大類。不(bu)(bu)含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)一般工作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度在(zai)-40℃以上,而含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)根據鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)含(han)量的(de)高低(di)(di)(di)(di),可以工作(zuo)在(zai)較低(di)(di)(di)(di)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度下,如2.5%Ni鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)可以用(yong)于(yu)-60℃以下,3.5%Ni鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)可以用(yong)于(yu)-110~-90℃。表(biao)1-10和(he)表(biao)1-11列出了我國(guo)常(chang)用(yong)低(di)(di)(di)(di)合金(jin)(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓力(li)容(rong)器用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)化學成分(fen)及力(li)學性(xing)能(neng)。
低(di)(di)(di)合金低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)一般(ban)是(shi)通過合金元(yuan)素(su)的(de)固溶強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)、晶(jing)(jing)粒細化(hua)(hua),并(bing)通過正火或正火+回火處理細化(hua)(hua)組織晶(jing)(jing)粒,從而獲(huo)得良好的(de)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)韌性。在低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)中常用(yong)合金元(yuan)素(su)是(shi)Mn、Ni、V、Nb等(deng),如(ru)我(wo)國低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力容器用(yong)鋼(gang)09Mn2VDR、15MnNiDR及(ji)09MnNiDR等(deng),為保(bao)證低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)韌性,在低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)中盡量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)碳含量(liang)(liang),并(bing)嚴格控制硫、磷含量(liang)(liang)。低(di)(di)(di)合金低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)還有(you)相應的(de)鑄件、鍛(duan)件及(ji)管(guan)材,JB4727-2000中對(dui)5種常用(yong)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)合金低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)鋼(gang)鍛(duan)件的(de)化(hua)(hua)學成分(fen)、力學性能做(zuo)出了規定,見表(biao)1-12及(ji)表(biao)1-13所示。
