限動芯棒連軋(ya)管(guan)工(gong)藝(yi)被稱(cheng)(cheng)作“Retained mandrel mill”或“Multi-stand pipe mill”(簡稱(cheng)(cheng)MPM),前者是從芯棒運動受控這一(yi)特(te)點出發(fa)的,故稱(cheng)(cheng)為“限動芯棒連軋(ya)管(guan)工(gong)藝(yi)”,后者是從Calmes 取名的“Multi-stand pilger mill”中“Pilger”變以“Pipe”演變而來的。由(you)于這一(yi)歷史原因,這種軋(ya)機簡稱(cheng)(cheng)為 MPM軋(ya)機,而不是RMM.
采用這種工藝軋管,連軋不銹鋼管外徑最大可達406mm(16英寸),最佳尺寸為339.3mm(13 3/8英寸)。該工藝的實質是:在整個軋制過程中,控制芯棒運動速度,使其保持恒定;借助于脫管機,在軋制過程結束時,將芯棒從荒管中抽出,使其與芯棒裝置一起返回。
1. MPM工藝設備特征(zheng)
a. MPM軋(ya)機的特征
MPM軋機采用機械(xie)限(xian)(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)速(su)(su)度控制裝置(zhi),芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)快速(su)(su)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(穿心(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)、抽芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang))及限(xian)(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(軋制時(shi)控制芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)速(su)(su)度)靠(kao)36m長的(de)大齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)來(lai)(lai)實現。快速(su)(su)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)由兩臺500kW直(zhi)流(liu)電機分(fen)別驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)兩個齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪,從(cong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)的(de)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)側帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。限(xian)(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi),由8個齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(上(shang)(shang)下(xia)各(ge)4個)從(cong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)的(de)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)側帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)運動(dong)(dong)(dong),每個齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪均由1臺110kW直(zhi)流(liu)電機單獨傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式的(de)改(gai)變依靠(kao)氣動(dong)(dong)(dong)離合器分(fen)別接通或脫(tuo)開相應的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪來(lai)(lai)實現。芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)快速(su)(su)行(xing)程速(su)(su)度為(wei)6m/s,限(xian)(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)(su)度為(wei)0.2~0.5m/s,限(xian)(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)工作(zuo)(zuo)行(xing)程為(wei)5.0~5.2m.
在Dalmine公(gong)司進(jin)行試(shi)驗時,芯棒(bang)的(de)運(yun)動速(su)度采用液(ye)壓控制。但因(yin)液(ye)壓系統(tong)控制芯棒(bang)速(su)度不夠穩定,有芯棒(bang)斷續運(yun)動的(de)情況,隨(sui)后改為齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條傳動的(de)機械(xie)系統(tong)。
MPM的(de)軋輥(gun)孔型采用(yong)比普通連軋機(ji)開口角稍小的(de)封閉式圓孔(帶弧形(xing)開口),可以采用(yong)較大(da)的(de)伸長率。
b. 脫管機的特(te)征
MPM的(de)(de)(de)脫(tuo)管(guan)機(ji)與二(er)輥式定徑機(ji)相同(tong),由于(yu)MPM主軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)七(qi)、八機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)壓下量很小,僅靠第(di)七(qi)、八機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)軋(ya)(ya)輥的(de)(de)(de)作用無法(fa)推送管(guan)子前(qian)進和(he)使管(guan)子從芯棒前(qian)端脫(tuo)出(chu),故在MPM工藝(yi)中設置(zhi)幾架(jia)(jia)(jia)脫(tuo)管(guan)機(ji),起(qi)脫(tuo)管(guan)和(he)定徑的(de)(de)(de)作用。脫(tuo)管(guan)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)輥直(zhi)徑為720~850mm,輥身長420mm,第(di)一(yi)、三架(jia)(jia)(jia)由1臺(tai)450kW的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)流電(dian)機(ji)驅動,而第(di)二(er)架(jia)(jia)(jia)則單獨由1臺(tai)同(tong)型(xing)號電(dian)機(ji)驅動。脫(tuo)管(guan)速度必須按連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)原則確定,并(bing)與MPM軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)八機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)保持電(dian)氣連(lian)鎖。脫(tuo)管(guan)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)徑率(lv)為3.5%~4.6%,孔型(xing)與一(yi)般二(er)輥式定徑直(zhi)機(ji)相同(tong)。
c. MPM工藝的芯棒(bang)運(yun)動特征
軋制(zhi)過程(cheng)中,要控制(zhi)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的速(su)度(du),使其處于(yu)恒(heng)定狀態。雖然芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)也隨(sui)管子(zi)前進(jin)(jin),但其前進(jin)(jin)速(su)度(du)應遠小(xiao)于(yu)管子(zi)的速(su)度(du),軋制(zhi)結束后被(bei)抽(chou)出(chu)返(fan)回(hui)。軋制(zhi)28m長(chang)的管子(zi)時,芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)長(chang)度(du)為(wei)12m.芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)為(wei)中空水冷芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang),軋制(zhi)結束后,芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)溫度(du)為(wei)400℃,需要采(cai)用內外噴(pen)水使之均勻冷卻。
2. 限動芯棒連軋管工藝技術發(fa)展的4個階段(duan)
不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)限動芯(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)工(gong)藝的技術發(fa)展(zhan)史應溯(su)自(zi)1890年(nian),Pfeiffer在一(yi)篇文章中寫道:“1890年(nian)發(fa)明家Heckert 申請了(le)(le)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)技術專(zhuan)利,該技術采用十架兩輥(gun)高速(su)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機固(gu)定(ding)芯(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制空(kong)心管(guan)(guan)坯。可見(jian)在Calmes 多機架軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機問世前80年(nian),就已有(you)了(le)(le)雛形。”1968年(nian)A.H.Calmes 取(qu)得了(le)(le)MPM連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)工(gong)藝的權(quan)利,10年(nian)后,第一(yi)套MPM連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機在Dalmine Bergamo 鋼管(guan)(guan)廠投產,到(dao)2003年(nian)12月天津無縫不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)廠三輥(gun)式限動芯(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機投產,已經歷(li)了(le)(le)整整25年(nian)的時(shi)間,和全浮動芯(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)技術的發(fa)展(zhan)相比(bi),這種工(gong)藝技術的發(fa)展(zhan)顯得快(kuai)多了(le)(le)。這25年(nian)的發(fa)展(zhan)歷(li)程可劃分為四個階段,如表22-3所示。
