1. 孔(kong)型系統


  生產寬幅(fu)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)板應用得最(zui)廣泛(fan)的是連續成型系統,首先彎中心波(bo)(bo)(bo),然(ran)后(hou)彎相鄰波(bo)(bo)(bo),最(zui)后(hou)彎邊波(bo)(bo)(bo)。


  單獨一(yi)個(ge)(ge)波(bo)彎(wan)曲(qu)變形(xing)時(shi)常出(chu)現下(xia)述情況,即當波(bo)形(xing)向(xiang)下(xia)(開口(kou)朝(chao)下(xia))成型時(shi),波(bo)形(xing)會延縱(zong)長(chang)方向(xiang)向(xiang)下(xia)彎(wan),而波(bo)形(xing)向(xiang)上(shang)(開口(kou)向(xiang)上(shang))成型時(shi),則(ze)向(xiang)上(shang)彎(wan)。之所以(yi)如此(ci)(ci),這是由(you)于波(bo)形(xing)斷(duan)面的邊部(bu)在(zai)彎(wan)曲(qu)側面時(shi)受(shou)到張緊(jin)力的作用時(shi),力圖(tu)將整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)斷(duan)面沿縱(zong)向(xiang)拉(la)(la)長(chang),但此(ci)(ci)張緊(jin)力不足以(yi)拉(la)(la)長(chang)整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)剛性斷(duan)面,因此(ci)(ci)導致(zhi)波(bo)形(xing)前端出(chu)現向(xiang)上(shang)或向(xiang)下(xia)彎(wan)曲(qu)的現象。


  為(wei)消(xiao)除縱(zong)向彎曲,將受(shou)拉的邊部置于整個(ge)斷面(mian)中性線上是必要(yao)的。


2. 鐓壓整形(xing)的專用孔型


 采用鐓壓整形(xing)的專用孔(kong)型(xing)(xing),可(ke)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)高質量的寬幅型(xing)(xing)鋼。鐓壓整形(xing)的成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)要求(qiu)在每道次都會(hui)對(dui)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)預彎(wan)(wan)(wan)曲(qu),且使(shi)型(xing)(xing)材斷面(mian)中(zhong)性線與成(cheng)品型(xing)(xing)材中(zhong)性線相(xiang)重合(he)。這時(shi)型(xing)(xing)材上下所(suo)受的力矩相(xiang)平衡,材不會(hui)發生(sheng)縱彎(wan)(wan)(wan)。其實(shi)質就是,在成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的開始階段就將板材彎(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)集(ji)中(zhong)間弧形(xing),然(ran)后從(cong)垂(chui)直方(fang)(fang)向鐓壓而形(xing)成(cheng)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)型(xing)(xing)材,這些(xie)中(zhong)間弧形(xing)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)在鐓壓過(guo)程中(zhong)被壓縮(suo)而產生(sheng)塑性彎(wan)(wan)(wan)曲(qu),完成(cheng)鐓壓成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)。


 對于冷(leng)彎成型2~4mm的板材,鐓(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)成型輥架數(shu)一(yi)般(ban)不超(chao)過4道(dao)次,鐓(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)角(jiao)逐(zhu)道(dao)遞減,前兩(liang)道(dao)鐓(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)角(jiao)均(jun)為上道(dao)鐓(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)角(jiao)的0.4~0.6倍。最(zui)后道(dao)次的鐓(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)角(jiao)不超(chao)過1°~2°。


 采(cai)用(yong)鐓(dui)壓整形(xing)方式生產(chan)波(bo)紋(wen)型材,斷(duan)面(mian)上各(ge)波(bo)紋(wen)軸線間(jian)距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)應(ying)等(deng)于坯料(liao)弧中心間(jian)距(ju)離(li)(li)(li),而各(ge)弧的周長應(ying)與斷(duan)面(mian)要求相對應(ying)。斷(duan)面(mian)斜直線區(qu)的中間(jian)點(dian),應(ying)是坯料(liao)弧形(xing)的接觸點(dian),并位于距(ju)波(bo)軸同(tong)一(yi)距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)上。


 考慮成型(xing)方法(fa)時,以(yi)每(mei)一道(dao)次水平位(wei)移不超過6mm 為(wei)限制條(tiao)件,如此要求,主要是為(wei)了使水平直線(xian)段彎(wan)曲變形不產(chan)生失穩現象。
